Cincinnati Bengals' 2025 schedule: Primetime games vs Broncos, Steelers, Ravens, Dolphins
The Cincinnati Bengals are scheduled to play four primetime games next season, including a Thanksgiving night game against the AFC North rival Baltimore Ravens.
The Bengals' scheduled primetime games come in Week 4, September 29 against the Broncos in Denver on Monday Night Football; Week 7, October 16 at home against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday Night Football; Week 13, the Thanksgiving night game November 27 in Baltimore on NBC; and Week 16, December 21 against the Dolphins in Miami on Sunday Night Football.

"Cincinnati's season slate doesn't include many perceived breaks, and it's clear the stretch run from Thanksgiving through Christmas is built for the Bengals to prove themselves," NFL.com's Nick Shook wrote.

Ravens Sign Pro Bowl CB Jaire Alexander

The Pittsburgh Steelers had been connected to Alexander as a potential trade candidate earlier this offseason. The Green Bay Packers released Alexander after apparently being unable to come to terms on a re-worked contract, according to a report by Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Advertisement Alexander now joins a Ravens secondary that features All-Pro cornerback Marlon Humphrey, second-year cornerback Nate Wiggins, rookie safety Malaki Starks and All-Pro safety Kyle Hamilton. It's not clear if the Steelers would nice still have any interest in Alexander at this point. None of he, Slay or Joey Porter Jr. have played very much slot cornerback in their career, so it would be an awkward fit at this point. In addition to Slay and Porter, the Steelers also have former draft pick Cory Trice and free agent Brandin Echols at outside cornerback, and an addition would create a bit of a logjam. Alexander, 28, has also struggled to stay healthy as of late, playing in just seven games in each of the past two seasons. However, when healthy, he is still one of the best ballhawks in the league. Advertisement Since being selected in the first-round (No. 18 overall) in the 2018 NFL Draft, Alexander has recorded 287 tackles, 1.5 sacks, three forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, 12 interceptions and 70 passes defensed. Alexander still had two years left on the four-year, $84 million contract extension he signed ahead of the 2022 season and was scheduled to earn a base salary of $16.15 million in 2025. Bengals' Orlando Brown throws out his take on Steelers' T.J. Watt
The Cincinnati Bengals aren't the only AFC North team embroiled in a major contract standoff with a star pass-rusher right now. Granted, nothing around the league seems as public and messy as Cincinnati's standstill with Hendrickson, unless one counts the contract standoff with Shemar Stewart, too. But the Pittsburgh Steelers are another team going through the same thing with edge rusher T.J. Watt. Ask Bengals offensive tackle Orlando Brown Jr., Watt is one of those guys right up there with Hendrickson. 'I gotta put my man T.J. Watt in here,' Brown said on ESPN's NFL Live. 'As everybody knows with T.J., man, he's impossible to keep off the stat-sheet,' Brown said. 'I mean, there's been times I've played him, I thought I did a good job in pass-protection. And he's got two tackles for a loss on me, man.' Regardless, Brown is right that Watt deserves to be right up there with the best names in the NFL, hence the contract saga there, too.
