Paddy horrified by Bear's behaviour in Emmerdale as Mandy steps in

Metro4 days ago

Ahead of his new Emmerdale storyline, Bear Wolf (Joshua Richards) starts displaying concerning changes in his behaviour.
Bear arrived in the show back in 2019 and was introduced as Paddy's biological dad. Shortly after the two characters met, Bear made his way to Emmerdale.
While the character has family around him, he is somewhat of a lonely soul. He had a brief fling with Faith Dingle (Sally Dexter) but following her death, love hasn't exactly been on the cards for Bear.
In the not too distant future, Bear will suddenly vanish from the village.
Producer Laura Shaw explained more: 'He's going to go off screen for a little while and go missing, and when he comes back, what you'll see is a very different Bear in a really different situation and we're all going to be watching saying 'what the hell has happened here?''.
The foundations are laid next week, as Paddy (Dominic Brunt) continues to grow frustrated towards his dad. After Bear was gifting an old motorbike to fix up, he is now leaving parts dotted around the house. Paddy tries, but it's clear he is struggling to live with his dad now. More Trending
To allow a bit of space, Paddy tells Bear that he can fix up the bike at the garage. Later in the week though, Pads and Mandy (Lisa Riley) are worried when they watch Bear snap and threaten Kammy (Shebz Miah). He's irritated at something regarding his bike and takes it out on the new face, prompting Paddy to step in and put a stop to it.

That afternoon, when Bear heads home, he acts as if nothing has happened, leaving Paddy and Mandy confused.
They attempt to question him but Bear becomes irritated and heads upstairs. Just as Mandy persuades Paddy to confront his worries about his dad, he realises that Bear and the bike have disappeared.
But where has Bear gone?

More info Emmerdale enthusiasts are speculating a surrogacy plot twist for Sarah Sugden, and they believe they've figured out who will bear her child. Sarah (played by Katie Hill), the offspring of Andy Sugden (Kelvin Fletcher) and Debbie Dingle (Charley Webb), has certainly experienced her fair share of turmoil during her time in the Dales. The character has spent a significant portion of her life in hospital due to a life-altering diagnosis. Sarah was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder known as Fanconi anaemia when she was just six years old. This diagnosis necessitated a life-saving bone marrow transplant and a heart transplant, leaving her anxious about her lifespan compared to her fellow villagers. In addition to this, Sarah has fought cancer twice and suffered from heart failure in 2018, a side effect of chemotherapy, reports Belfast Live. Recently, Sarah has expressed a strong desire to have a baby and underwent IVF treatment. However, during the process, she was diagnosed with cervical cancer. In upcoming episodes, Sarah is scheduled to undergo surgery for her cancer. But things take an unexpected turn when a surgeon informs her grandmother Charity (Emma Atkins) that the operation didn't go as planned. Now, fans are convinced that Sarah will opt for surrogacy, and they think they've deduced who will carry her baby - a returning soap legend. On an Emmerdale Facebook fan page, one individual speculated: "I have a feeling Sarah will be unable to have a baby. Her carrying a baby was already incredibly risky so I think there's going to be a surrogacy person concurred: "I thought that too. " A third fan suggested Sarah's mum Debbie as a potential surrogate for Sarah's child." I did think of Charity as the surrogate but maybe Debbie could do it?" they pondered. Another agreed: "I'd love that, and then she can finally return!" Debbie Dingle is a soap icon, having made her first appearance in 2002. As Cain's (Jeff Hordley) daughter, she has been involved in numerous major storylines until her departure in 2021.

Netflix star killed in horror hit-and-run as police hunt driver

Police are hunting the driver who left Million Dollar Beach House star Sara Burack for dead. A former star of Netflix's Million Dollar Beach House has tragically died after being struck in a hit-and-run in New York. Sara Burack, 40, was hit by a vehicle in the early hours of Thursday morning in Hampton Bays. The driver fled the scene and, as of Thursday night, has yet to be traced. A police investigation remains ongoing. ‌ Sara's body was found just before 3am on Montauk Highway, near the Villa Paul Restaurant. A 911 caller reported seeing a woman lying in the road. Emergency crews rushed to the scene and found her unconscious, with injuries consistent with being hit by a car. She was taken to hospital but died later that day, reports the Mirror. ‌ Sara made her name in the luxury property world as an agent for Nest Seekers International — the high-end firm featured in the Netflix reality show following brokers selling multi-million-dollar beach homes in the Hamptons. Although she left the firm over a year ago, colleagues said she remained close to many in the industry. Geoff Gifkins, Hamptons regional manager for Nest Seekers, said: 'Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends. This is a tremendous loss.' Friend and fellow agent Paulette Corsair paid tribute to Sara's kindness and dedication. 'She was an amazing person who really cared for people,' she said. 'A hardworking agent who was loved by many and deeply close to her family.' Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community! "I hope Bobby brings viewers a lot of laughs in the vein of some of the street's classic comedy characters." But The Sun can reveal that Jack filmed his final scenes back in March, with his low-key exit airing on screen last month after his storyline came to a natural end. In scenes that played out on the 12th May, Bobby decided to fly out to Spain for a last minute holiday after close friend Lauren Bolton accused him of being her blackmailer. He told his aunt Carla, actress Alison King, that he would be joining Simon Barlow on his travels. Simon Barlow actor Alex Bain was also axed by bosses and left the soap last year. A Corrie source said: 'Jack loved his time on the cobbles but it came to a natural end for now. 'He did 18 months on the street and loved every minute of it. 'His exit was very low-key and even the viewers didn't realise his last minute holiday to Spain would be a permanent move. 'Jack wanted to go quietly and not make a fuss. Jack Carroll on Britain's Got Talent 'The door is very much open for him to return in future storylines.' Jack shot to fame at 14 when he was the runner up on the seventh series of Britain's Got Talent in 2014. Coronation Street's 2024 shock exits Corrie has said goodbye to several cast members this year. Let's break down who's left the famous soap: Eliza Woodrow (Savannah Kunyo) has said farewell to Corrie to start a new life in Germany. The youngster moved to live with her dad Dom Everett, who went back on the £10,000 bribe Eliza's grandfather Stu had offered to keep him out of her life. Paul Foreman (Peter Ash) will bow out of the soap this summer when he loses his fight with motor neurone disease (MND) in tragic scenes. After being diagnosed last year, the fan favourite was devastated to learn he only had months left to live. Viewers know he is planning to take his own life to end his suffering. Summer Spellman (Harriet Bibby) departed the cobbles after being offered the opportunity of a lifetime to study in America. Though she struggled to decide with her stepdad Paul's impending death from MND, she was convinced she had to live her life to the full. Simon Barlow (Alex Bain) has struggled with the sudden departure of his father Peter from the cobbles. The Weatherfield legend left his family and loved ones behind on Boxing Day, 2023, when his wife Carla Connor encouraged him to travel around the world with a friend. Simon's been on a downward spiral ever since and his exit could end in tragedy. Alya Nazir is set to leave the cobbles as actress Sair Khan prepares to go on maternity leave ahead of the birth of her first child. It looks likely she'll be heading to Dublin after securing a lucrative new job, leaving her colleague and fling Adam Barlow behind. Show stalwart Sue Cleaver, who plays Eileen Grimshaw, is taking a break to star in the Sister Act The Musical UK tour. She will be back filming in May once her dates on the tour come to an end. Her character left the Street after her son Jason broke his back after falling off a moped in Asia. His stand up comedy routine was a hit with the judges and viewers alike and he went on to appear on Saturday Night at the London Palladium, Jason Manford's Funny Old Week and Live At the Apollo as well as completing his first national live tour. Since filming his Corrie exit Jack has been busy with a new podcast, Love int North, which celebrates the most northern love stories.
