Inter Milan are now rapidly approaching the closing stage of negotiations with Parma for striker Ange-Yoan Bonny.
The Nerazzurri's interest in the 21-year-old is certainly no secret. They had already been targeting him before appointing Cristian Chivu as coach – and the Romanian has further pushed them towards a deal.
Inter see Bonny as an ideal player to follow in the footsteps of Marcus Thuram.

Tuttosport confirm that Parma value Bonny at between €23-25 million.
Inter are ready to make a deal for the Frenchman on the basis of such a valuation.

However, Tuttosport report, Inter could also look to lower that valuation by offering a player going the other way.
22-year-old striker Sebastiano Esposito is back at Inter after a season on loan with Empoli. However, he will hardly be staying at the San Siro for long.
And according to Tuttosport, there is every possibility that Esposito could in fact join Parma as part of a deal for Bonny.
He would be valued at around €8-10 million in any such player-plus-cash swap deal.

AJ Ginnis, former U.S. Ski Team athlete, to be first 2026 Olympic torchbearer

AJ Ginnis, former U.S. Ski Team athlete, to be first 2026 Olympic torchbearer Greek Alpine skier AJ Ginnis, a world slalom silver medalist and former U.S. Ski Team member, will be the first torchbearer of the 2026 Milan Cortina Olympic torch relay that starts Nov. 26. Ginnis, who eyes his Olympic debut in February at age 31, will receive the flame in the ancient Olympic site of Olympia, Greece, to start the torch relay. A Greek athlete traditionally is the first torchbearer before an athlete from the Olympic host nation. Advertisement 'It is a great honor for me, something that I never imagined as a child," Ginnis said, according to the Greek Olympic Committee. The relay will culminate at the Feb. 6 Opening Ceremony at the San Siro Stadium in Milan. The relay typically spends multiple days in Greece, the birthplace of the Olympics, before moving to the host nation. For Milan Cortina, the Italy portion of the relay will start Dec. 4 in Rome. Ginnis, 30, missed most of last season due to knee surgery. In 2023, he earned what is believed to be Greece's first world championships medal in any Winter Olympic program event when he took slalom silver. Advertisement The best Greek finish in any event at a Winter Olympics was 13th in women's skeleton in 2002. Ginnis previously raced for the U.S. at the 2017 Worlds, then was dropped from the national team after the 2017-18 season following several injuries and a best World Cup finish of 26th at the time. He switched to his birth nation of Greece, where he had learned to ski at Mount Parnassus, a 2 1/2-hour drive from Athens. He moved to Austria at age 12 and then Vermont three years after that. Ginnis has undergone at least seven knee surgeries in his career. He tore an ACL in summer 2021, ruling him out of the 2022 Winter Games. Advertisement He thought he was done with ski racing when he went to Beijing to work the 2022 Olympics for NBC. 'When I came back, I told myself, my goal is to go into the next Olympic cycle being a medal contender,' he said at the 2023 Worlds. 'Fighting back from injuries, getting cut from teams, trying to fundraise for what we're doing now. ... This is a dream come true on every level.' Report – Inter Milan Will Have To Spend €50M To Replace Hakan Calhanoglu

Report – Inter Milan Will Have To Spend €50M To Replace Hakan Calhanoglu Inter Milan will reportedly have to spend at least €50 million if they are to replace midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu this summer. This according to today's print edition of Milan-based newspaper Corriere della Sera, via FCInterNews. They note that that would be the fee for either Nicolo Rovella or Ederson. Advertisement Inter Milan are bracing for the possibility that Hakan Calhanoglu could leave this summer. The Nerazzurri know full well that Galatasaray are keen to sign the 31-year-old. And they are just waiting to see if the Turkish champions make an offer. Therefore, in the meantime, Inter are planning for the possibility of a future without Calhanoglu. Inter Milan Must Spend €50M To Replace Hakan Calhanoglu MONZA, ITALY – MAY 04: Ederson of Atalanta BC in action during the Serie A match between AC Monza and Atalanta BC at U-Power Stadium on May 04, 2025 in Monza, Italy. (Photo by) As the Corriere della Sera note, if Hakan Calhanoglu were to leave, a replacement wouldn't come cheap. Inter would have to target a player suitable to replace the Turkish international. And Calhanoglu is a player who has been absolutely pivotal for them for several years. Advertisement One possibility would be Lazio midfielder Nicolo Rovella. And the Biancocelesti are unlikely to allow the 23-year-old to leave for anything less than his €50 million release clause. Meanwhile, Atalanta's Ederson is another player on Inter's radar to replace Calhanoglu should the Turk depart. And €50 million is also around the fee that the 25-year-old would likely command. Atalanta will ask for €60 million to begin negotiations.
