shared some beautiful news regarding his family recently.
Sting has been one of the most recognized figures in the history of professional wrestling. The Franchise of WCW has carved out a remarkable in-ring career that spanned over three decades.
He took the final bow from in-ring competition last year and is now spending his life outside the squared circle. Recently, The Icon shared some good news about his family life, which has brought immense happiness to him and the other members of his clan.
Sting's family announced the arrival of a new family member to their clan
In a recent tweet on X, Sting announced that he is set to become a grandfather. His son, Garrett Borden, and his wife are set to become parents to a beautiful baby. The former WCW Champion tweeted, "Old Man Sting is one happy grandpa!" This comes as great news for him and his family to get set and welcome the next generation to the world.
Sting's illustrious legacy will add a new member later this year. The Icon has been a renowned superstar in the industry who started coming to prominence in his career in World Championship Wrestling back in the 1990s. He started out as a colorful surfer character and made an impact upon winning his first WCW World Heavyweight Championship from none other than The Nature Boy, Ric Flair.
In his later years, Sting transitioned into his famous Black and White crow character which became highly popular. Following WCW's closure in 2001, he wrestled for other promotions like TNA Wrestling before finally making his debut in
WWE
in 2014.
