Not everyone turned on Vince McMahon— WWE Stars still praise him amid allegations!
विंस मैकमोहन Vince McMahon is gone from WWE , but not forgotten by those who are still close to him. Vince McMahon became one of the most prominent figures in the business world. His most notable achievement was transforming a regional wrestling promotion he bought from his father into a global giant we know today as WWE. However, he left the company in 2024 after major allegations by former employee Janel Grant. Despite the seriousness of the issue, there are reportedly many within the industry who have not changed their opinion about McMahon to this date. What is the perception about Vince McMahon among those he worked closely with? Sports Illustrated journalist Justin Barrasso recently reported on McMahon's perspective within the wrestling industry. According to him, the former WWE Chairman and CEO is still in high regard among wrestlers who possibly worked with him during his time as the company's frontrunner. He said, 'Speaking with wrestlers off-the-record, there is a great deal of support for McMahon, as many note that McMahon is still held in high regard.' Vince McMahon's reputation did take a hit after the lawsuit filed by Janel Grant became public. Despite that, superstars like John Cena , Natalya, Carmella, and others spoke highly of the boss and credited him for their success in the wrestling business. Elsewhere, McMahon has been busy setting up his new company, '14th&I..' Barasso in the same report also stated that fans should not expect it to produce scripted content. 'Those with inside knowledge are not sold on the idea that McMahon's investment firm, 14TH & I, is going to suddenly develop television shows or movies, a process that generally takes years to materialize' , said Barasso. Moreover, there have been heavy rumors circulating about McMahon possibly looking to purchase WWE's partner promotion, TNA Wrestling, which signed a multi-year deal with the Stamford-based company this year for talent exchanges and crossover matches. Regarding his lawsuit against Janel Grant, the former WWE Chairman is still under federal investigation. Despite being distanced by WWE's parent company, TKO Group Holdings, Vince McMahon looks to be commanding major respect for his contributions to the world of professional wrestling. Hulk Hogan on his deathbed? – NO, Addresses Rumors
The WWE wrestler Terry Gene Bollea, popularly known as Hulk Hogan, was recently hospitalised because of his ongoing neck and back issues. Due to this reason, a speculation of him being on his deathbed started spreading, and so he shared with 'E! News' on June 18, 'no reasons to panic. ' His rep continued that over the years, the star has for years 'had problems with his back,' adding that he underwent neck surgery and the procedure 'has indeed been successful.' When did the rumours actually start? It first started spreading after the social media content creator 'Bubba The Love Sponge' claimed during a stream that the wrestler was "in the hospital" and "might not make it." His rep had previously told 'TMZ' in May that Hulk simply needed a 'little fusion procedure." He had many surgeries before Hulk tied the knot with Sky Daily in 2023 and was previously married to Jennifer McDaniel and Linda Hogan. He is no stranger to a procedure or two, as he previously stated he's had around 25 surgeries. He told Jake Paul on the 'Impaulsive' podcast in September 2024, 'I've had like 25 surgeries in the last ten years. 10 of them were back surgeries," further saying, "I've had 10 back surgeries, both knees and both hips replaced, shoulders—everything. ' This news broke out after less than 3 months of his daughter's statement about the family Brooke Hogan, with whom he shares Linda along with son Nick Hogan, wrote in a post on social media, 'No contact with my Mom has nothing to do with my Dad, and no contact with my Father has nothing to do with my Mother," wrote on a post of a social media. Further, she had written, 'I so badly wanted to see good in them, protect, help, and start anew-just to be disrespected again and again. I longed for a normal family, but it never came to fruition. ' She added, "Their behavior became more painful than their absence." Hulk has yet to speak out about the family part and has kept silent excluding the part where he got hospitalised.

Host of UFC personalities appear in new trailer for 'The Naked Gun' reboot
Host of UFC personalities appear in new trailer for 'The Naked Gun' reboot More than 30 years after the character last appeared on the big screen, a legendary cop returns in a few weeks – sort of. Lt. Frank Drebin is back in legacy sequel of "The Naked Gun," but it's as Frank Jr., played by Liam Neeson, and not Leslie Nielsen. The movie arrives in theaters Aug. 1 – and it will have a strong UFC presence, too. For a few quick frames in the new trailer for the film, Neeson can be seen punching out UFC announcer Bruce Buffer and longtime referee and former Bellator analyst John McCarthy while a broadcast team including UFC play-by-play voice Jon Anik and commentator Michael Bisping call the action. "The Naked Gun" will be the fourth film in the franchise. The original was released in 1988, starring Nielsen and Priscilla Presley, and was based on the 1980s police spoof TV series "Police Squad." Two sequels, "The Naked Gun 2 1/2" and "The Naked Gun 33 1/3," were released in 1991 and 1994. The new version stars Neeson as the son of Nielsen's Drebin; Pamela Anderson as his love interest; Paul Walter Houser as Drebin Sr.'s former partner's son; and even WWE wrestler Cody Rhodes. The film is directed by Akiva Schaffer of "Saturday Night Live" and The Lonely Island fame, and counts "Family Guy" creator Seth MacFarlane among its production team. Check out the trailer above. Damien Priest is not about to miss his "home games" for any reason this summer
Damien Priest (Image via) Damien Priest has been quietly making his place in the WWE from the very beginning, and his tenure with the SmackDown brand only shows how much he has grown over the years. He was last seen at the Saturday Night's Main Event on May 24, where he faced off against Drew McIntyre in a rematch contested in a Steel Cage match. Priest won the match by escaping the cage, ending his feud with the latter. McIntyre has since taken some time off to heal and recover from multiple injuries that he suffered. And looks like it could be the same for Priest. Is Damien Priest planning to take some time off the ring? Rumors are afloat that Damien Priest could be taking some time off from wrestling this summer, which could possibly mean that he would miss out on SummerSlam. After Liv Morgan 's unexpected injury, she will need time to recuperate, and many think Priest could be joining her on the same. But the wrestling star has shut off that idea totally, saying there is no way he will miss his "home games." Fightful Select had previously reported that Priest is pretty "banged up" after facing off against McIntyre, but the Archer of Infamy seems eager to come back to the ring during the SummerSlam event, which will happen over two nights in New Jersey. And given that Priest himself is from New York, it's easy to understand why he would count this event to be "home games." by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like 남재현 원장, 복부둘레 반토막 내는 "이것".. 똥뱃살 빼고 싶다면? 남재현 체지방 다이어트 더 알아보기 Undo Sources inside WWE are also very happy with his dedication, and "noted that working through Summerslam seemed to be important to him as it's a 'home game' for him." Drew McIntyre is on a long hiatus from the ring, but his opponent is not taking off for now, and we will see him at the SummerSlam event, set to take place over the weekend of August 2 and August 3, 2025, at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Rapper Cardi B will be hosting the event, and it will be two nights of extra fun and chaos in WWE. Rikishi delivers incredible rant after Jey Uso WWE Championship loss
The post Rikishi delivers incredible rant after Jey Uso WWE Championship loss appeared first on ClutchPoints. When Gunther successfully recaptured his World Heavyweight Championship in a RAW main event match against Jey Uso, WWE fans the world over knew one person would have something to say on the matter: Rikishi. Advertisement The patriarch of the Fatu wrestling family, with three sons in WWE and counting, the former Headshrinker took to his Off The Top podcast to deliver an absolute rant blasting the promotion's booking, noting that he believes the writers did his son dirty. 'Are we talking about a kid that 16 plus years, that put in work? We talk about a kid that, combined with him and his brother, merchandise sales to the roof as a tag team now breaks off as single competitor. If you can tell me that anybody else is selling any merchandise higher than 'YEET,' I want you to tell me, by all means, generating revenue for the company. What was that saying? 'What's good for business?' Then you have a kid that put his heart and soul, just like everybody else that's out there on the roster, put their heart and soul to get to that main event spot. Finally, when he gets there, you know what I feel? Here's what I feel. I feel that those are writing for this kid his storyline, you didn't do him justice. You didn't feed this champion the right talent to be able to continue to make this champion. Not a fair shot in my eyes,' Rikishi said via Fightful. 'So you go 51 days. I say fire those that are writing for this kid here, if you can't come up with something simple to promote and push your champion, that you, not me, you decide to put this kid in that position, and then that's it. All of a sudden, the brains went cloudy. You can't write, you can't think of an angle for Jey? Well, if you can't do your job, I say [best of luck in your future endeavors]. Get the h*ll out of the way. Put somebody in that position, because the longer you keep the belt on this kid, the longer merchandise sales go through the roof.' Now, as Dave Metlzer pointed out on social media, this decision wasn't any writer's fault, as WWE creative calls come right from the top, but that didn't stop Rikishi from doubling down on his take, noting that his son deserved better for his years of hard work and merch sales. Advertisement 'So now they passed the belt on to Gunther for whatever reason. Hey, I ain't got no beef with Gunther. I ain't got no beef with any of those that are on the roster. I ain't got no beef with that. If I do, I'm going to say it to your face, because that's just the type of man I am,' Rikishi noted. 'But let me back up. Good luck if that's what your choice is to go that way. But let me back up and continue my thoughts on my son as far as his run as the World Champion. I didn't think it was just his. I didn't think it was fair. 51 days, that was it. I mean, Intercontinental belt? A short run, that was it. What is it against my boy? Would you have done that to Randy Orton? Would you have done that to John Cena?' Why did WWE take the belt off of Uso? Well, that might be because they want to run Gunther versus Bill Goldberg on Saturday Night's Main Event as counterprogramming for AEW All In. But that bit of booking info likely won't quell the fire inside of Rikishi, as he feels WWE did his son dirty and might have a point.
