Katy Perry & Orlando Bloom Reportedly ‘Over' as Her ‘Deep Frustration' Caused ‘Tension' in Their Relationship
Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom may never walk down the aisle. The couple, who started dating in January 2016, got engaged on Valentine's Day 2019. However, more than six years later, they still haven't set a wedding date, and that day may never come.
'They have been spending more and more time apart,' a source told Us Weekly in June 2025. 'They've grown apart and aren't living the same lives anymore.' Another insider noted that Perry and Bloom's relationship issues aren't news to those around them. 'It's an unspoken thing that they are having issues and have for a while now,' the source said. 'Everyone around them knows.'

While Perry and Bloom's inner circles are aware of their relationship problems, the second source claimed that Bloom is still trying to keep their issues 'close to the vest' as he's been 'out and about more often' without Perry. 'Katy has been very busy working, and they are apart often,' the insider said. 'That has caused tension.'
Another source of tension has been Perry's procrastination in setting a wedding date. '[They] never set a date for the wedding or got around to planning anything and Orlando is 'over it,'' the second insider said. A third source added, 'Things aren't good.'
A source also told People in June 2025 that the negative reception of Perry's newest album, 143, which came out in September 2024, was also a source of 'tension' for the couple. 'Katy was deeply frustrated following the reception of her new album,' the insider said. 'It made her very stressed. Orlando was understanding, but it did cause some tension.'
A second source also claimed that the reception of Perry's Lifetimes world tour, which she's currently on, also added 'stress' to their relationship.' She was also disappointed in some of the tour reviews. It's put stress on their relationship,' the insider said.
Despite reports that they're still trying to make their relationship work, a source told Page Six that the couple are just waiting for Perry's tour to be done to officially call it quits. 'It's over,' the insider said. 'They are waiting 'til her tour is over before they split.' Perry's Lifetimes world tour, which started in April 2025, it set to end on December 7.
Before her relationship with Bloom, Perry was married to comedian Russell Brand from 2010 to 2012. Bloom, for his part, was married to model Miranda Kerr from 2010 to 2013. The two share son Christopher Blanchard Copeland, who was born in 2011. Perry and Bloom welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Daisy Dove Bloom, in 2020.
While Perry and Bloom's relationship seems to be on the rocks, they still seem to be supporting each other by 'liking' each other's social media posts. Bloom also supported Perry when she traveled to space on the Blue Origin Rocket with an all-female crew, including Gayle King and Lauren Sanchez in April 2025.

Dakota Johnson's ‘Ex' Chris Martin Makes Appearance Amid Breakup Rumors
Coldplay star Chris Martin has made his first public appearance since rumors of his breakup with Dakota Johnson surfaced on the internet. The 48-year-old English singer was spotted taking a walk in New York City on June 16. Chris Martin, rumored to be Dakota Johnson's ex-boyfriend, was seen in New York City with his son, Moses Martin. For his casual stroll in NYC, Martin opted for business-casual attire, sporting a black T-shirt, a blazer, and aviator sunglasses (via E! Online). Meanwhile, rumors of Dakota Johnson and Chris Martin started surfacing on June 4, three days after the Coldplay frontman urged his fans to watch 'Materialists' in theaters. A source told People that the breakup 'feels final this time.' Insiders close to the couple had previously claimed that Martin and Johnson had 'taken breaks' in their seven-year-long relationship. But they were at a 'great place' even in 2024. A source claimed last year, 'Sure, they've had issues and taken breaks in the past, but things are great now.' The insider added, 'They both love their careers. They are balancing things the best they can.' As for the reason for their 'final' breakup, sources claim that the Madame Web star tried to work their relationship out several times. An insider told Page Six, 'Dakota has been desperate for her and Chris to work out for years.' 'Every time they broke up, she was devastated and in tears,' the insider stated. The source further alleged, 'They really tried to work through their issues, but the age gap was often a problem. She'd (also) expressed that she may want children in the future, whereas Chris is kind of done with that part of his life.' While both Johnson and Martin love each other deeply, the source claimed, 'things were just never lining up for them, and it was very up and down.' 'It was very up and down,' the source added. Despite the rumored split, it seems like the singer and Johnson have an amicable connection. On June 1, Martin mentioned Johnson's new work at his final show in Stanford, California. The Grammy winner had gushed, 'Be kind to yourself, be kind to each other. Don't forget to see Materialists!' 'Superman''s David Corenswet Recalls ‘Intense' Time He Screen-Tested for the Movie During Wife's Pregnancy (Exclusive)
David Corenswet tells PEOPLE that he and his wife had to keep two big secrets when they found out she was pregnant and he was cast as Superman "We had these two quite huge secrets that we just had between the two of us," he says Corenswet is PEOPLE's latest cover star as the new Superman movie is poised to take flight this summerFor Superman star David Corenswet, 2023 was a busy year: He learned he'd be a father and landed the part of the Man of Steel. In PEOPLE's new cover story, the Philadelphia native, 31, recalls going through the 'intense' time with wife Julia, 34. 'She told me that she was pregnant two days after I found out I was going to screen test for Superman,' says Corenswet. 'For the first several months of her pregnancy, as is sort of protocol, we weren't telling anybody. We had these two quite huge secrets that we just had between the two of us. And that was intense.' 'For a period we had just each other for these two huge things,' continues Corenswet, who says Julia's due date originally coincided with when he was set to start filming in early 2024. 'It was very close. It wasn't direct, but it was still very close. But it was just having to do two big unknown things at the same time. And they were both great things,' he says. The good-natured Corenswet found the lighter side of the situation. 'She gained about 40 pounds while she was pregnant and in the same period I gained about 40 pounds gaining weight for Superman,' he recalls. 'I started snoring and had to use her pregnancy pillow.' The actor says he was at his home, on a break from making the 2024 movie Twisters, when he got the call from Superman director James Gunn telling him he had been cast in the lead role. 'It started with, 'Hey David, it's James Gunn.' And I said, 'Can you prove that?' I guess in the moment before when I saw the unknown 310 number, I thought, 'I'm pretty sure this is James telling me whether or not I got the part, but it could be anybody from Los Angeles who has my number and maybe somebody's going to play a prank on me,' " Corenswet says of the phone call that changed his life. 'Anyway, I think he appreciated that and he said, 'That's a good point. I'm calling to offer you the role of Superman.' And I said, 'Well, you're the only person who could do that, so it must be you,'' Corenswet continues. Now he's hoping he did the role justice. 'I feel much more a sense of responsibility than a sense of accomplishment having done the role. I also know that so much in life and especially the life of an actor is up to chance and good luck, and certainly you get what you make of your situation,' he says. 'I just think of it as a great stroke of luck and I better do everything I can to earn the responsibility,' Corenswet continues. Heather Graham's secrets to fountain of youth as she admits she's happier than ever in her 50s
Heather Graham navigates the pressures of staying youthful in Hollywood with ease. Graham shared her secrets with Retreat Magazine about her philosophy when it comes to aging. Advertisement 'I think what matters most is how you feel inside. Decide that you're hot and enjoy your life. What other people think of you is none of your business. If you feel good about yourself, no one can take that away from you. Pursue the things that fill you with joy, and surround yourself with loving people,' the 55-year-old actress said. Graham continued, 'I don't drink or do drugs, and I get a lot of sleep. Eating healthy makes me feel good. I like cooking for myself and other people. And I love it when people cook for me. Basically, I like eating! Also, I do affirmations. I think they are very powerful. I work on strengthening my inner loving parent muscle, so I can be supportive and loving to myself. One of my affirmations is: 'This is the best time of my life.'' During an interview with People in April, Graham admitted to being a happier person after she turned 55. 'I feel like as I get older, I just care less about things that don't matter. Everyone gets upset sometimes, but I think that I'm happier. I've done enough hard work on myself that I feel like I'm a happier person now,' Graham, who turned 55 in January, told the outlet. During her interview, Graham shared that she is 'ahead of her time' when it comes to embracing her sexuality. 'When the movie came out, I was 18, living at home had become more difficult,' she said.
