Yes, we pretty much mean it when we say that Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys have five superstars waiting to get paid …
And that this franchise needs to update. It's thinking and accelerate. It's action and sign. All five of them as soon as possible…
Like, today.
CowboysCountry.com's Landon Holifield is offering up some disturbing financial facts about the differences between the way the Philadelphia Eagles and the Cowboys do their salary cap business.
Two critical points …
One, the gold-standard Eagles have 10 players making $10 million or more. Dallas has half that.

Two, the Eagles "use the credit card'' to manipulate the cap and have a whopping $452 million in future void year allocations. Dallas has .. just $44 million in future void years.
As Lando points out, the Cowboys are simply refusing to use every tool (or loophole) available to win now.

Logistically, that's obviously a toughie.
But should it be the mindset of Jerry and Stephen Jones and their roster-building cap-management work?
The Philadelphia Eagles know that answer. The Joneses should, too.

The made deep shot caused an uproar on social media. ESPN posted a video of Reese's made 3-pointer on X. In the video's first three and a half hours, the clip received more than 700,000 views. The 3-pointer was actually Reese's only shot attempt Saturday afternoon versus the Mercury. Reese posted nine points behind going 6-for-6 at the free-throw line. Despite all that production, though, Thomas wasn't among the top 20 players in the first round of WNBA All-Star voting. Thomas was second for the Mercury with 96,141 votes. Fellow forward Satou Sabally led all Phoenix players and placed 12th across the entire league with 175,611 votes. Fan voting will account for 50% of what determines the WNBA All-Star rosters. Players and the media will combine to account for the other 50%. Fan voters may cast a ballot once a day until the end of voting on June 28. June 27 will be the final day votes can cast two ballots.
