Helen Skelton reveals she has 'finally found her happiness'

The 41-year-old presenter of Countryfile and On The Farm is no stranger to soaking up the great outdoors.
A mum-of-three, she says getting out is always her priority, no matter how long her to-do list is.
Speaking to Closer magazine, she said: "I've always loved being outdoors, it's so important to me.
We've had lots of new arrivals on the farm over the last few days - one of them being this adorable American Miniature Horse, pictured with mum Pearl!

"I grew up on a farm surrounded by fields, and the ability to wake up and look at greenery everyday is something I've never taken for granted - it brings me so much happiness.
"I might have a million things to do but I'll still go for a swim, paddle or walk. Even if I've got dishes to do, bills to sort and emails to answer, prioritising being outside and doing something active is as important to me as waking up and brushing my teeth."
"I take one day at a time and I don't overthink things. My motto in life has always been, "How do you eat an elephant?" You just go little by little, bit by bit.

"I break it down, and I use that approach with everything. I might have kayaked 2010 miles down the Amazon, but in my head I only ever kayaked 16 miles loads of times. I've run loads of marathons, but in my head I haven't. I've only ever run five miles loads of times.
"When I did Strictly Come Dancing, my friends would be thinking about what their next dance was, but I never ever let Gorka [Marquez] talk about the next week. Think about what you need to do today and tomorrow.
"That'll get you one step closer to where you'd ultimately like to be."

Annabel Croft, 58, shares 'exciting' baby news - 'I'm looking forward to it'

Strictly Come Dancing star Annabel Croft shared some exciting baby news as she discussed her love for her family in a recent interview Strictly Come Dancing star Annabel Croft revealed she's becoming a grandmother as her daughter Amber is due to give birth to her first child with husband Hector in September. The 58-year-old said she's "looking forward to enjoying every second of it" as she discussed her loving family. While Amber, 31, is waiting to give birth, Annabel's son Charlie, 29, will be marrying Boodles heiress Honour Wainwright in August. Her younger daughter Lily, 27, lives in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with her partner of five years, Felix. Speaking of becoming a grandmother, Annabel said: "It's given us something so positive to look forward to." ‌ ‌ The former tennis player said all her children have "wonderful partners" and the family all love spending time with each other. 'I'm really excited to become a grandmother," she said to Hello!"When you have children yourself, it's such a whirlwind and you spend your life sort of treading water, and you don't enjoy the good bits. But now I'm looking forward to just enjoying every second." Television host Annabel went on to gush over her love for babies, adding they're "full of personality". Annabel recently discussed the death of her husband, Mel Coleman. She said Strictly Come Dancing"saved her" following his death in May 2023 from stomach cancer. The couple married in 1993 after Mel, a professional yachtsman, taught Annabel how to sail for a TV programme. The grief hit Annabel hard, particularly as she and Mel had planned to retire and downsize in southwest London. It was only when she agreed to - and lasted 10 weeks on - Strictly Come Dancing that Annabel, who won the San Diego Open in 1985, felt she could tackle her bereavement. ‌ Speaking to The Telegraph this month, the TV and radio host revealed: "I don't know what I would have done without being busy. I would have sunk... Literally within a few weeks [of losing him] I was on the phone to my agent. "He said, 'I've signed you up to Strictly. You're giving an interview tomorrow because they are announcing it'." Following the series, in which Annabel came fourth, the grief became less raw. ‌ The former tennis star said the pain now "comes in rain showers but they are getting less and then it's gone". She added: "I didn't know I had an incredible marriage, but I did." With Amber's pregnancy and Annabel's plans to move to a smaller house near the Thames, there is "so much to be positive about". "I don't want to be a professional widow. I understand that a lot of people can identify with what I've been through, but I don't want grief to define me," Annabel, who won Celebrity Wrestling on ITV in 2005, said.

‘Are you ready for Strictly?' – Snooker star Shaun Murphy shows off amazing dance moves while onboard a ‘wine train'

SHAUN MURPHY could be getting ready for Strictly Come Dancing after showing off his dance moves on board a wine train. The snooker star, 42, enjoyed a well-earned break following the conclusion of the 2024-25 season. 2 Murphy earned £327,900 to rank ninth in the one-year World Snooker Tour list. He suffered a second-round exit to No2 seed Judd Trump at the World Championship. And then the Englishman lost 4-3 to Mark Williams in the Helsinki International Cup in May. Now Murphy is home after letting his hair down with a holiday in America. The Magician took to Instagram with a pair of posts from the trip. The first was a picture of Murphy smiling in a restaurant earlier in June. He captioned it: "Off season going well - not sure I'll remember how to play snooker at this rate." Then the next post from Friday showed Murphy dancing along to music while riding along the road - with a drink in hand. He was decked out in a pink shirt, grey trousers and sunglasses as September by Earth, Wind & Fire pumped out of the speakers. Murphy wrote: "Just back from a two-week holiday in the States. Ronnie O'Sullivan is BACK with Strictly star Laila Rouass as they ditch Essex for shock new life abroad "I promise it wasn't all drinking and dancing. "Looking forward to getting back on the baize!" And the brilliant video sparked plenty of reaction in the comments. Fellow snooker great Stephen Hendry said: "Oh dear." BBC Sport's Jason Mohammad replied: "Scenes." Another added: "Hate him or love him, but you cannot deny, he got the moves!!! Enjoy it!!!" A fourth typed: "I can't unsee this unfortunately." And a fifth quipped: "Are you ready for Strictly?" But upon his return home, Murphy did not have long to get ready for his 2025-26 season opener. The 2005 world champ took to Instagram again on Sunday afternoon with a photo of himself in action and wrote: "How is it time for the new season???? "Wuhan Qualifier, tomorrow 2.30pm (UK time)."
