Former TOWIE star Lauren Goodger has said she hates her body and thinks she's 'ruined her looks' after undergoing a number of cosmetic surgery procedures Reality TV legend Lauren Goodger has heartbreakingly admitted she regrets some of her cosmetic surgery and currently hates her appearance. The Only Way Is Essex icon has confessed that she believes her cosmetic procedures have 'ruined her looks' and plans to reverse them. Lauren, 38, first appeared on our TV screens when TOWIE premiered in 2010 and has been in the public eye ever since - with her looks often securitised by cruel trolls. ‌ Last month, the Essex native revealed she's planning to remove her breast implants after 11 years, as she wants to feel like her 'normal self' again and go back to being 'natural'. ‌ Captioning a photo of herself in pink lingerie, Lauren told her Instagram followers: "11 years ago, I had a breast augmentation, one of the things I regret later in life. I had the perfect boobs... they have been great over the years but since being a mum and breastfeeding for one year they have now changed and I've always found they make me look bigger! "Also they are heavy and I don't like the idea of an implant being in me all these years and I miss my old boobs so much .. so after looking around I've found someone that I feel really keen with having my consultation with @marksolomos! This is a HUGE step for me I've wanted to have them removed for so long but suffering with serve anxiety surgery is the last thing I can do!" In a new interview, Lauren, who was once engaged to childhood sweetheart Mark Wright, reflected further on her past surgeries and admitted they've left her feeling that her body appears 'abnormal'. She told The Sun that her 'massive boobs and bum' make her appear larger than she is, and shared her desire to return to her previous appearance. Lauren confessed: "I've ruined my looks with surgery - I hate my fake boobs and bum now. I feel like my body looks abnormal - I don't need these massive boobs and massive bum. When I look at myself naked in the mirror, all I see is lumps and bumps everywhere." ‌ The reality TV star, shares daughter Larose, three, with her ex Charles Drury and late daughter Lorena who died at birth in 2022, has previously also spoken about her 'Brazilian butt lift' (BBL) procedure done in Turkey in 2017. The surgery, which transferred fat from various parts of her body to her buttocks, is now something she wishes she could undo. Speaking to Closer magazine last year, she said: "When I had everything done, I looked the b****ks. My boobs looked amazing, I loved how I looked in pictures and all the attention. But now I wish I'd never had anything. I want it all out." She lamented the physical discomfort and aesthetic issues caused by her enhanced features, stating: "My bum and boobs make me look bigger and cause me pain. I want to reverse it all and go back to natural." Speaking to OK! magazine, the Celebrity Big Brother and Dancing on Ice star revealed that she hasn't had fillers for more than two years, although she opts for Botox thrice annually. Lauren also explained how she abstains from alcohol, cigarettes, vaping, and caffeine, aiming to lead a 'healthier and happier' lifestyle.

Victoria Beckham's agony over 'tell-all' woman as Kim Turnbull breaks silence

Romeo Beckham's ex, Kim Turnbull, set the record straight on her relationship with Brooklyn Beckham yesterday after finding herself at the centre of the family's feud Victoria Beckham is "petrified" her son's ex, Kim Turnbull, is going to lift the lid on the famous family's "secrets", according to reports. Kim, who split up with model, Romeo, recently, broke her silence yesterday after finding herself at the centre of the family's feud. Taking to Instagram with a defiant statement, Kim insisted she had never dated Brooklyn after it was reported that the hot sauce enthusiast was 'concerned' about the DJ's motive for dating his younger brother amid whispers Brooklyn and Kim had dated when they were younger. However, Kim fired back, saying she was 'embarrassed by the lies' and 'can't stay quiet any longer', insisting: "I have never been romantically involved in ANY capacity with the person in question." ‌ ‌ Romeo's mum, Victoria, is now said to be concerned that Kim might share private details about her time with the Beckham family, having been a big part of their inner circle - attending numerous family gatherings, and even David's 50th birthday celebrations that Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola snubbed. Speaking to Closer, a source said: "Just when Vic though the family drama couldn't get any worse, Romeo's split from Kim has poured more fuel on the fire. Not only was Romeo upset about the break-up, but they've heard whispers that Kim is hell bent on the world knowing the truth, given the allegations that she's the reason the feud erupted in the first place." They continued: "Kim was privy to a lot of to a lot of personal details during her time with Romeo, including family secrets that Vic is now petrified she's going to spill - not only to clear her name, but to boost her profile now she's no longer tied to the Beckhams." On Monday, Kim spoke about the drama for the first time that has engulfed the Beckhams and cast a shadow over David's knighthood announcement this weekend as his eldest son, Brooklyn, continues to ignore his achievement. Taking to Instagram, newly-single Kim fired: "I've avoided speaking on this topic to prevent adding fuel to the fire, however it's come to a point where I feel the need to address it so I can move on." She continued: "I will not continue to receive harassment or be embarrassed on the basis of lies, to fit a certain narrative." ‌ Seemingly addressing the Brooklyn rumours, Kim then clarified: "I have never been romantically involved in ANY capacity at ANY point with the person in question. Nothing between us has occurred further than a school friendship at age 16. "I would like to remove myself from the ongoing conversation and set the record straight for the sake of everyone involved." Following the strongly-worded statement, Victoria is said to be feeling very "anxious" that Kim is going to set the record straight on the feud, which has been plaguing the Beckhams for month. ‌ Claiming the artist formerly known as Posh Spice wanted to have NDAs (non disclosure agreement) "put in place" for her sons' partners, the source said: "Vic's feeling very anxious about it. It's her worst fears imagined and the exact reason why she tried so hard to have NDAs put in place for her her sons' significant others - which they all fought her so hard and refused to have them do. "Now she's petrified they're going to pay the price and that Kim won't hold back in setting the record straight, which she [Victoria] fears will only make the feud worse." The Mirror has contacted reps for Victoria and Kim on this story.

Beautiful Mint Life packs out 3-day festival

54 artists each performed for almost an hour across three separate stages Celebrating its 16th anniversary this year, Korea's leading spring music festival Beautiful Mint Life 2025 (BML) came to a close Sunday following three days of indie music at its very best. Held Friday to Sunday across the Olympic Park area in Songpa-gu, Seoul, Beautiful Mint Life featured performances on three main stages: the outdoor Mint Breeze Stage set up at the 88 Lawn Field, the indoor Cafe Blossom House at Kspo Dome and the lakeside Loving Forest Garden. A total of 45,000 festivalgoers filled the venue over three days. Despite the hot weather on the final day of the festival, all three stages were packed with fans, leaving no room to spare. While last year's festival featured 36 teams over two days, this year's schedule expanded to three days, featuring 54 artists. Each artist was given 50 to 60 minutes, creating a full-scale concert vibe. The first artist to take the Mint Breeze Stage on Sunday was Jung Woo-seok, a former member of the boy band Pentagon, who debuted his new band Kik, whose lineup includes Jung Min-hyuk, guitarist of Lacuna, and Oh Myung-seok, drummer of Surl. Kik announced the upcoming release of its first EP on June 30, drawing enthusiastic cheers from the crowd. The acts that followed included Hanroro, who opened for Coldplay at their concert in Korea in April; YdBB, known for refreshing melodies; and Roy Kim, who delighted the audience with his warm sentiments and hit songs. As the sun began to set, Kim Sung-kyu, leader of Infinite, returned to the Mint Breeze Stage for the second consecutive year and performed "Closer," an unreleased track. This year's headliner was singer-songwriter Younha, celebrating her 20th debut anniversary. Themed around the concept of "voyage," she took the stage in sailor-inspired attire and thrilled the audience with powerful renditions of songs like 'Point Nemo' and 'Event Horizon.' Lee Seok-hoon, a member of vocal group SG Wannabe and a solo artist, made his BML debut this year, performing on the Cafe Blossom House stage. He touched hearts with the self-penned song 'It Was You,' dedicated to his son. Next up was 10CM, whose sole official member, Kwon Jung-yeol, sang this year's BML theme song, 'To Reach You.' His cool vocals and witty stage presence energized the indoor crowd seeking shelter from the heat. The final act on the indoor stage was Davichi, who connected with fans in a spectacular sing-along of hit tracks. Throughout the festival, a variety of events took place in one corner of the lawn, including a beer-chugging contest with artists, calligraphy workshops, DIY classes, a poetry contest and a drawing competition. Winners of these events received tickets to Waterbomb 2025 and the Grand Mint Festival 2025, leading to enthusiastic participation and fierce competition. The flea market offering LPs and music-related merchandise was also a big hit.

Helen Skelton reveals she has 'finally found her happiness'

The 41-year-old presenter of Countryfile and On The Farm is no stranger to soaking up the great outdoors. A mum-of-three, she says getting out is always her priority, no matter how long her to-do list is. Speaking to Closer magazine, she said: "I've always loved being outdoors, it's so important to me. We've had lots of new arrivals on the farm over the last few days - one of them being this adorable American Miniature Horse, pictured with mum Pearl! Watch as Farmer Rob checked in on them yesterday: "I grew up on a farm surrounded by fields, and the ability to wake up and look at greenery everyday is something I've never taken for granted - it brings me so much happiness. "I might have a million things to do but I'll still go for a swim, paddle or walk. Even if I've got dishes to do, bills to sort and emails to answer, prioritising being outside and doing something active is as important to me as waking up and brushing my teeth." "I take one day at a time and I don't overthink things. My motto in life has always been, "How do you eat an elephant?" You just go little by little, bit by bit. Recommended reading: "I break it down, and I use that approach with everything. I might have kayaked 2010 miles down the Amazon, but in my head I only ever kayaked 16 miles loads of times. I've run loads of marathons, but in my head I haven't. I've only ever run five miles loads of times. "When I did Strictly Come Dancing, my friends would be thinking about what their next dance was, but I never ever let Gorka [Marquez] talk about the next week. Think about what you need to do today and tomorrow. "That'll get you one step closer to where you'd ultimately like to be."
