The card from March also saw Harley Benn and Roman Fury set to fight, however the pair went elsewhere, with Roman fighting on brother Tommy's recent card in Hungary.
Tempo Arts, currently 4-0 on Misfits, will make his return to boxing action and is a former Misfits heavyweight champion.
Tempo Arts vacated his title in November 2024, with champion Chase DeMoor set to defend the belt later on in the night.
He clashes Big Tobz (0-2-0), Godson (0-1-0) and former Love Islander Curtis Pritchard - who famously grew close with Tommy Fury during his time in the villa.
Pritchard will be making his boxing debut.
SunSport explains everything about the four-way matchup.
What is a Survivor Tag bout on Misfits?
A survivor tag bout is not 1 vs 1 or even 2 vs 2, but every man for himself.
However, only two fighters are allowed in the ring at one time, and fighters can tag in and out of the match.
If a fighter refuses to enter after being tagged in, they will be eliminated.
If a fighter is knocked down or knocked out - or if there is a stoppage from the corner - they are eliminated.
Once a fighter is eliminated, the next fighter will be chosen clockwise from the corner of the eliminated fighter.
The match is fought over six rounds, each lasting three minutes, and at the end of every round the fighters in the ring change.
Fighters are awarded eight to 10 performance based points per round, and if a fighter is not tagged in they are automatically awarded nine points.
By the end of round three, there will be a mandatory elimination for the participants with the least cumulative points.
Going into round five, there will only be two remaining boxers.
When is Misfits 21?
Tempo Arts vs Big Tobz vs Godson vs Curtis Pritchard is part of the rescheduled Misfits Boxing 21 card.
The event will take place THIS Friday, May 16.
The card was set for March 29, before KSI pulled out of his clash with Dillon Danis.
It will be held at the Vaillant Live Arena in Derby.
Doors open at 5pm with coverage set from 7pm BST.
The main event between Darren Till and Darren Stewart is expected at 10.30pm BST.
How to watch Misfits 21 and is there a live stream?
Misfits 21 will be aired on DAZN TV and streamed on their website and downloadable app.
DAZN costs £14.99 month or £119.99 annually, or £24.99 on a flexible deal that can be cancelled at any time.
The card is set to start at 5pm with DAZN coverage from 7pm.
Ring walk times have not yet been announced, but Tempo Arts vs Big Tobz vs Godson vs Curtis Pritchard is set to take place around 7pm BST.

My abdomen is real sore, but I've endured worse, and so I'm feeling pretty good actually. Advertisement 'Progress is good. I believe they got all the cancer, which is great. So, I'm very blessed in that regard. I was scared to death for a while. "I have to be honest with you. It's that mysterious thing that you don't know how — did they get everything they needed to get? Are we okay? "But I have a real good surgeon. He's taken care of me… I'm very blessed in that regard.' Ross already has his sights set on returning to the commentary booth for AEW Wrestling. The trailblazing TV star handed out an award at the annual ceremony as well as accepting the Stronger Together prize in celebration of the trans community. Speaking to The Sun, Ella revealed how she would be removing her current breast implants in order to get a smaller chest. Ella told us: "So I'm taking them out. "I've had some complications with one of them and I think I'm realising now that I'm in my 30s, maybe, I don't need the lip filler and I don't need the big boobs. "In my dress tonight, they look ginormous. "I think when I see them like this, it does make me think, I'm just not feeling it anymore." Opening up about the heartbreaking reason why she decided to go for larger boobs upon her transition, Ella confessed: "When I first got them done, it was because part of me did it because I felt like I had to be more feminine and by having big boobs, I would look like a Barbie doll. "And also I did it to please guys. "Now I'm like, actually I don't really care. Like, I love myself inside and out. MAFS star Ella Morgan takes a swipe at ex JJ Slater after Katie Price romance "So yeah, they're probably going to be going and not coming back. It's all about the small t**s. "Everyone's skinny now. Everyone's on Ozempic, but no one's got any boobs!" Ahead of Ella's new surgery plans, the TV star is making a name for herself in the beauty world after bagging a big-money deal to be face of Superdrug with her own range of products. Ella's face is now plastered across local Superdrug stores with her products available to buy in store. Speaking about the collaboration, Ella said: I'm very lucky to be given such big deals - it doesn't usually happen. "When you go on Love Island, you're more likely to get a bigger career and platform but when you're on Married at First Sight, that is unlikely to happen. "I'm like the only one from the cast I think that has kind of carried on in the media world. "Two years down the line, I've still got a career. I'm still doing well. "I'm so proud of myself. And actually I feel like without being big-headed, I deserve it because trans people do not get the same platforms or opportunities that a lot of other people do."
