Molly-Mae's 'eye catching' red carpet earrings are from affordable high-street brand

Molly-Mae Hague has made a name for herself as not only an influencer and former Love Islander but for being quite the style maven too. Alongside her own label, Maebe, the 26 year old certainly turned heads at the BAFTAs earlier this year, radiating elegance, timeless allure, and glamour - and fans were delighted to learn that the former Love Island star' s outfit featured a number of high-street jewellery items that are still up for grabs. Wearing a striking black blazer co-ord from Arakii, Molly-Mae complemented her look with a selection of standout silver ear-stacks and cuffs, including a piece from the well-loved high-street label Astrid and Miyu. After doing some digging, it looks like she donned the brand's 'beautiful' Cosmic Illusion Crystal Ear Cuff in Silver, which retails for £50. She was also spotted wearing what seems to be the brand's Essential Crystal Small Hoops in Silver, priced at £60. While Molly-Mae has kept relatively quiet about where her earrings are from, a close-up image shared by her hair stylist, Jack Luckhurst, reveals the exquisite stack. The dainty Cosmic Illusion Crystal Ear Cuff in Silver is made from rhodium-plated recycled sterling silver and comes in gold (although it's currently sold out), though Molly-Mae chose the silver option, reports OK!. This elegant cuff boasts a star-shaped adornment on the earlobe, paired with a pavé band that creates a dazzling shimmer effect. Shoppers who have snapped up this item have lauded its stylish design, with one customer saying: "Very chic ear cuff, love how it sits perfectly and buying a few more for my friends as cute little presents." Another satisfied buyer exclaimed: "I love this ear cuff, it's very comfy to wear, super sparkly and actually looks like a real piercing." Another user praised the accessory, commenting: "Perfect ear cuff, looks so pretty, quite flexible if you need to pinch it or open it slightly depending on ear shape." Echoing, a fourth added: " I love this ear cuff, it's very comfy to wear, super sparkly and actually looks like a real piercing!" For those who can't quite bring themselves to spend £50 on an ear cuff, Missoma's Lucy Williams Mini Orb Ear Cuff, which is decorated with small bobbles of gold to add texture, is available for £25, and Oliver Bonas offers the Donna Disco Faceted Silver Ear Cuff at a more wallet-friendly £22. With a 4.9 star rating, the earring has very little negative feedback - the only four star review on the website cited the customer preferring the gold iteration: "I do prefer the gold," although they added: "I love the ear cuffs and being able to have more ear jewels without the piercing." Molly-Mae seems to have combined the Cosmic Illusion Crystal Ear Cuff with what appears to be the brand's Essential Crystal Small Hoops in Silver, priced at £60. These hoops, made from Recycled Sterling Silver, are praised for having 'just the right amount of sparkle'. Their delicate nature doesn't detract from their striking pavé finish that certainly make a significant statement. A near-perfect 4.9-star rating reflects the quality and style, with the only negative comment stating: "These are fairly simple, not stand out quality - they are cute and a really nice size!" while another said they may not be worth the £60 price tag. Although for the most part, the feedback was glistening as one person remarked: "These are gorgeous earrings. So delicate and pretty they sparkle so bright. They are lightweight but still feel excellent quality." While 26 year old Molly-Mae sported them at the BAFTAs, they've been described as the ideal day-to-day hoop: "I wear these daily and they have a lovely sparkle yet work for an everyday pair of earrings," said one Astrid & Miyu fan.

Love Island's Ekin-Su shares new life outlook after split and 'losing' herself

The reality star says charity cancer trek was "eye opening" and allowed her to show the real her Love Island favourite Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu says she looks at the world differently now after a 'humbling' experience meeting women affected by cancer. The reality star joined actress Giovanna Fletcher and more than 100 women on the five-day trip to the Isle of Skye for the CoppaFeel! Trek this week, battling minus six temperatures, strong winds and torrential downpours. 'I didn't realise it was gonna be so hard,' admits two-time Love Islander Ekin. 'When you get to know all the women and their backgrounds and how they're still here and giving everything to life, the things that people complain about back home don't matter. There's people who have got cancer. Every day they have to live with it, and every day feels like it could be their last day. It's been a massive eye opener for me.' ‌ ‌ Raising awareness of breast cancer, they also helped raise £418,888, almost hitting their £450,000 target. Ekin, 30, says hearing the stories of cancer has made her want to get her breasts checked for the first time. 'Some told me, 'I might have a few years' - that's what I'm taking out of this trip, that nothing is more precious than life," she told. "I definitely want to get my breasts checked for sure. I've never even felt my breasts and all I'm thinking about is that. And I want to find the nearest GP when I'm home and get my breasts checked for peace of mind. I want to tell my mum, friends, people younger than me. Catching it early is key.' Ekin detailed a powerful moment where all the ladies stood topless on the top of a mountain. 'We had a picture, all the ladies together, tops off,' she recalled. 'Everyone showing their breasts. They're the reason why we're here. It just felt so natural. I embraced everything with the ladies and I felt connected when we had our tops off. We most beautiful scenery as well in the background on a mountain. Luckily no one saw us, there were no men walking past!' Waking at 6am and trekking almost 10 hours a day, Ekin was totally out of her comfort zone, having never camped before. 'My friends were shocked,' she chuckled. The trek was a far cry from Ekin's glamorous Love Island days. 'I haven't washed my hair since I got here,' laughed Ekin. 'I've showered, don't worry! You don't think about those sort of things when you're here. You just think about living in the moment.' ‌ She says she enjoyed being with 'wholesome, genuine, lovely, strong' people - and said it was a welcome reality check from the celebrity world. 'It's been very humbling,' said Ekin. Known for her stints on Love Island, The Traitors US and Celebrity Big Brother, Ekin said it was nice to show her fellow trekkers the real her. 'I did say to them my industry is very lonely and it is a very ego high industry where you can lose yourself," told Ekin, who finished third in this year's Love Island All Stars with dancer Curtis Pritchard - but the pair split announced their split last month. "You can't always show who you really are. And moments like this make you very vulnerable and it shows your emotions, which is the real you. So that was nice for the ladies to see.' She was joined by Great British Bake Off winner Candice Brown, and journalist Bryony Gordon alongside actress, author and CoppaFeel! patron Giovanna Fletcher, who led the group for UK's only youth focused breast cancer charity, CoppaFeel!. ‌ Giovanna said the participation of one woman exemplified the importance of their campaign. 'She heard about CoppaFeel! from Instagram because of the treks,' she began. 'From that, she knew about signs and symptoms and six months later she found her own lump in which the doctor misdiagnosed. She has only just finished her treatment and is now trekking with us. I always say one of the reasons that we do these treks is so that people that are diagnosed can be diagnosed early and then walk with us in years to come.' Love Islander is producer plant claim fans as they rant ‘she CANNOT be real'

It comes after fans also branded this Islander the 'real villa villain' VILLA MOLE Love Islander is producer plant claim fans as they rant 'she CANNOT be real' Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) LOVE Island viewers are convinced that one of the Islanders has been planted by producers as they rant, "she CANNOT be real!". Since arriving in the villa last week, this Islander has been ruffling feathers left right and centre - and fans think they know why. So far she has asked Dejon for a threesome, propositioned Harry, and talked no stop about sex - despite saying she had only slept with two men. Taking to X, formerly Twitter, one wrote: "I am convinced Yasmin is a producer plant and was told to f**k s**t up. She cannot me real!" Another added: "Yasmin has to be a producer plant because there is no way." Someone else fumed: "You cannot convince me she isn't some sort of producer plant put in to stir the pot this season." 'REAL VILLA VILLIAN' Fans have also branded Yasmin "the real villain" of the villa as they feel she is doing all she can to split up Meg and Dejon. Yasmin has come under fire over her flirty interactions with Dejon, and also asking him for a "threesome". Taking to X, one fan vented: "Yasmin is a villain she just doesn't give a fuck." Another added: "Yasmin is actually a beg AND a weirdo omg what a villain." Someone else fumed: "They hating Malisha when the real villain is Yasmin." Love Island star turns on girl he's coupled up with after she snogs another Islander It all kicked off after Yasmin turned to Dejon on Tuesday night's episode, and asked: 'I have a question for you, it's a bit rogue, would you have a threesome with me and Toni?' Dejon laughed - but was soon saved from answering as Meg called out: 'Come here please!" He joked: "You called me at a good time! Oh my god! We'll continue that question." However, the flirty tone continued as she followed up with: 'It was in my head, I had to say it. Intrusive thoughts, intrusive thoughts." Yasmin tried to defend the comment as innocent fun, insisting: 'It was just flirty banter. I think all of us talk really openly about sex and what we want to experience.' But Meg wasn't having it, firing back: 'It just seems to be you three all the time.' In the same episode, bombshell Yasmin revealed to some of the Islanders, including Harry and Dejon, that a man had never given her an orgasm before - which came amid another very shocking claim. The Londoner also confessed that she has only ever slept with two men before, despite speaking about sex frequently with guys in the villa. Then, in Wednesday night's instalment, Yasmin spoke to Harry on the terrace when things got very flirty. She spoke about being "bent over" and he said she was "undressing" him with her eyes.

Love Island star's healthy cousin, 28, dies suddenly from 'terrible' condition

Love Island star Konnor Ewudzi has revealed that his family "suffered terribly" due to Sickle cell - and even lead to the devastating loss of his cousin at just 28-years-old. Love Island contestant Konnor Ewudzi is raising awareness for World Sickle Cell Day (June 19) by sharing the devastating effect of the condition, effecting a large majority of his own family. Sickle cell is a genetic condition that affects the development of a person's red blood cells, where they develop into crescent shapes that can create blockages of blood vessels. These blockages of cells cause a lot of pain and even damage organs. ‌ Konnor, who starred in the 2024 season of Love Island, and now works as a barber in Cornwall, shared how he was lucky enough not to inherit the genetic condition that requires two parents who both have the gene. He explained: "I am on one of the lucky ones. My Mum Siobhan is mixed race, and she didn't carry the trait, which is why I am so fortunate," charting his "luck" to his mother's mixed heritage. ‌ However the rest of his family were not so lucky. Konnor shared how his father Godfrey, sister Billie-May, Auntie Freda, Uncle Richard and late Cousin Alexander "suffered terribly growing up, with hospital visits and blood transfusions required to help them with their pain" due to Sickle cell. Leaving a permanent effect on his family, the Love Islander opened up about the death of his cousin due to the condition. He said: "My cousin, Alexander was born with sickle cell. He died at just 28, out of the blue". Alexander's death was unexpected, occurring just after he graduated from Cambridge University as an architect. "He was not sick or suffering any long term illnesses – his organs just gave up one day. It is so sad that this can rob us of such beautiful lives at such young ages. Testing is so key. And blood giving even more so," Konnor said. In an effort to avoid further tragedy, Konnor's family now advocate for testing of Sickle Cell. "Seeing the way it has affected Freda, my Brother Richard and the sad loss of my late nephew, Alexander, is just heart-breaking. We just want to help more people avoid what we went through if possible," his dad, Godfrey, explained. ‌ The star's sister, Billie-May, a sufferer of Sickle Cell, added: "[Testing] is definitely something I have to think about when I meet a new partner. Like it is on my mind when I start dating someone new – I don't talk about it much but it is really important young people are aware of it". To raise awareness and encourage people to test for the debilitating disease, Konnor's family gathered in Abbey Wood's estate, East London, for a photoshoot to highlight the effects the condition has on real people and families. Abbey Wood is the location of where Netflix 's Supacell was filmed, with Konnor highlight how the hit series excellently raised awareness for the condition. He said: "The series did an amazing job of highlighting the condition to the public, but there is so much more people need to know". ‌ Help us improve our content by completing the survey below. We'd love to hear from you! Affecting over 18,000 people in the UK, Rachel Simpson, the communications officer and SEL lead mentor for Sickle Cell Society, urges anyone who is unsure of their genotype to get tested before planning a family planning, should they wish to. Rachel said: "What we really need more than anything is for people to give more blood. Blood transfusions are the main treatment process for people with the disorder, and many don't know that people with the trait can give blood. It's so important to donate if you can". Konnor also pointed out that 'one blood unit or donation which takes 20 mins can help up to three patients" and that he hopes, by sharing his story, the numbers of unit donations increase.

Construction worker Blu, 26, became this series' first evicted lad last week following a savage villa twist. 3 Dumped Love Island star Blu has revealed the girls he pulled for chats in unaired scenes, and said 'so much went on that people didn't see" Credit: ITV 3 Blu was getting to know all of the girls, he claims Credit: ITV Now, speaking on The Morning After podcast, he didn't bite his tongue when asked about his time on the show. Blu said: 'You could only see me pulling Shakira on the show. 'But I pulled every single girl in that villa for chats, I think that's why it didn't get clipped, because it was too much. It's not the Blu show. 'I went for Meg straight away - she's my type to a T - but I couldn't because she was locked off with Tommy, so I wanted to explore all the other girls and get to know them. 'But there wasn't a connection there so it was quite difficult to pursue anything.' Blu continued: 'There was so much other stuff going on that wasn't shown.' The Love Island star didn't bite his tongue when asked about couple Remell Mullings, 24, and Alima Gagigo, 23 either. 'Right for right now is the perfect way to describe them,' Blu said when asked if they had long-term potential. He added: 'If a bombshell comes in that he fancies, he's going to go with that bombshell.' Dumped Love Islander Blu takes bitter swipe at rival Shea after showdown It seems Blu isn't convinced by Remell's connection with Alima – despite their on-screen chemistry and shared kiss. The Londoner said: 'He started to vibe with everyone a few days in. But if someone else walks in, I think it's game over.' Hosts Amy Hart and Indiyah Polack also predicted doom for the couple. The first week had viewers gripped with villa drama and explosive moments. Despite recent tensions, a U-turn saw them share a passionate kiss in Tuesday's episode. Speaking on the podcast, Amy said: "Thing is as well, with Remell and Alima, most people can count, right? "You go in the villa and there's more boys than girls. Which means that boys will be at risk. "So, I need to find a girl - and I'm not saying that Alima was an easy option. "She's a beautiful girl with a beautiful heart and she's amazing." Continuing, Amy remarked how Remell "didn't even speak to anyone else" and observed her bond with Blu wasn't the strongest. She added: "He saw her and was like, 'That's my target' and then now he's wanting to kiss people in the challenge. "I just think, on paper, it looks like Remell came straight in for Alima, went for her and now they're in a couple. "Whereas it's not all those things."The villa couple previously butted heads when Remell kissed anyone but his partner in a challenge.
