Coronation Street's Dylan Wilson turns threatening in tonight's episode after being released from the Secure Training Centre.
Dylan is given a chance for a fresh start after serving his time in the STC, but it seems that his troubles are far from over as he continues his feud with Brody Michaelis.
As Dylan settles back into Weatherfield life, he insists on a low-key comeback and turns down his dad Sean's ideas for a celebration.
Dylan suggests a quick lunch at the café instead, but when Brody pops in, it's clear that it won't be easy for the lads to live in such close proximity to each other.

Sean frets over Brody's presence, promising Dylan that he won't let him get hurt.
Darkly, Dylan responds that Brody is the one who needs to be worried – feeling cocky after previously beating up his rival during their time together in the STC.
Later, Dylan goes further by following Brody to the ginnel and laying down a few ground rules now that he's back.
Dylan warns: "You won't be giving me any orders. Pushing me around. Making me feel small. That's done with, right?
"This is the only warning you're going to get, you understand? You see me coming, cross the road."

Dylan's menacing moment is interrupted when Glenda Shuttleworth comes round the back of The Rovers, which prevents the situation from getting out of hand.
Has Dylan changed after his time in the STC – and if so, how will Sean cope with his son's behaviour?

Coronation Street star reportedly quits with final scenes having already aired

A Coronation Street star is said to have left the ITV soap, with fans having already watched his final scenes. Jack Carroll, known for his role as Bobby Crawford, is reported to have left the show after two years. The 26-year-old first came to wider attention after appearing on Britain's Got Talent back in 2013. In the seventh series of the ITV talent show, his comedic act saw him finish as runner-up. Since then, he has acted in a few films and TV shows, including Trollied, Eaten By Lions, Doctors, Father Brown and more. He arrived on Coronation Street in 2023 as the nephew of Carla Connor, and the secret son of Rob Donovan. In a recent storyline, Bobby and Lauren Bolton clashed when she wrongly accused him of blackmailing her. This infuriated Bobby, who told Lauren that they were no longer friends, and decided to go on a lads' holiday to Spain with Simon Barlow. According to reports, this apparently has marked Carroll's exit from the soap, which his last episode having aired back on May 12. A source told The Mirror: "Bobby has had a dramatic couple of years on the cobbles, but the time has come to bid farewell. "Actor Jack enjoyed his time on the soap, but it's time to move on. Viewers won't see the character exit the street as he's already left, with Jack filming his final scenes some time ago. "The door has been left open for Jack should he wish to come back to the show in the future. With his Aunty Carla there, Bobby will always have a place in Weatherfield." Mother of Bronx high school student detained by ICE says family now lives in fear

Saturday marks one month since a Bronx high school student was taken into United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody following an immigration hearing. Dylan, 20, was the first New York City public school student that we know of to be detained as part of the Trump administration's ramped-up enforcement. It was the first high-profile arrest of its kind, not only sparking outrage and protests in the city, but giving us a glimpse at the strategies that federal agents are now using regularly – dismissing cases in immigration court before immigrants or those seeking asylum are detained and brought to parts unknown. "The conditions in the facility are deplorable" Dylan's mother, Raiza, spoke exclusively to CBS News New York's Doug Williams about the day she watched agents take her son away in handcuffs. "We were leaving the hearing, but as we walked towards the elevator, we noticed these two men who were following us. They told us to move towards the right side and that we were arrested. I told my son, 'It's ICE,'" Raiza said in Spanish. "They were violent." Raiza says Dylan was helping her raise his younger siblings, who are 7 and 10 years old, and it has been difficult to be without him. "I'm a single mom and he is my support," she said. The lawyers who represent the family say after his detainment, Dylan went from New York City to New Jersey, then to Texas, then to Louisiana, then to Pennsylvania, where he is now. Raiza said she spoke to Dylan as recently as Thursday. "A few days ago he told me they gave him rotten eggs for breakfast and he didn't eat them. Many times the food is spoiled," she said. "The conditions in the facility are deplorable. There are worms in the sink, and it's what they use to drink water ... He's felt sick, but instead of giving him meds, they just yell." A Department of Homeland Security official said in a statement, in part, "ICE takes its commitment to promoting safe, secure, humane environments for those in our custody very seriously. It is a longstanding practice to provide comprehensive medical care from the moment an alien enters ICE custody." DHS added that Dylan is "an illegal alien from Venezuela who illegally entered the U.S. more than one year ago." "This is unjust" Raiza was asked if this experience has changed how she feels about what America represents as a country and a place to live. "We are trying to do things well, follow the law, and for this to happen, makes us fearful. This is unjust," she said. Raiza said her days are spent working to bring her son home, but at night, she is left to think about how far away her son still is. She was emotional when asked how she's been able to sleep. "I wait for his call at night. I pray to God for justice," she said. Dylan has a court date set for early July.

Machine Gun Kelly Jokes He Got Bob Dylan to Do His Album Trailer Through ‘Pure Desperation'

Machine Gun Kelly has officially confirmed the obvious — that it was Bob Dylan narrating his recent album announcement trailer. But in Dylan-esque fashion, MGK declined to give a straight answer as to how the collaboration came about. When asked point blank about Dylan's cameo on Today, MGK quipped, 'A magician never reveals his secrets.' He then continued with something resembling an answer, but still clearly jokey: 'Pure desperation. Just knocking on his door relentlessly, not going away.' More from Rolling Stone Joan Baez on America Under Trump: 'It Feels Like Torn Fabric' Noted Machine Gun Kelly Fan Bob Dylan Narrated MGK's New Album Trailer Troubadour Eric Andersen on New Album and Why 'A Complete Unknown' Was a Tad 'Sugarcoated' That's not to say Machine Gun Kelly wasn't extremely grateful for Dylan's contribution to the Lost Americana trailer. 'I have been blessed with… I don't know, maybe it's just one pioneer seeing something that I am doing that, in the long term, will be looked back [at] and be understood,' MGK said, before quickly adding: 'Not calling myself a pioneer, but him.' Despite not knowing many specifics, it is possible to paint a pretty broad picture of the MGK-Dylan relationship. Earlier this year, Dylan, seemingly out of nowhere, posted on a video on Instagram of MGK rapping at a record store. One (very believable) theory as to how the singer-songwriter stumbled across the clip in the first place was floated by Dylan scholar Ray Padgett, who suggested on Bluesky, 'All because the dude has the same name as an old gangster Bob was googling.' Then in May, evidence emerged of an in-person meeting when MGK attended the Los Angeles stop of Willie Nelson's Outlaw Festival Tour, which Dylan is a part of. The day after the show, MGK tweeted not-so-cryptically, 'i met and had a conversation with someone last night that i never thought i'd get the honor to meet all because of a video of me rapping in a music store 10 years ago. i love music.' MGK released the Lost Americana trailer earlier this month. The clip features a montage of home movie-style footage, with Dylan delivering koans such as, 'Lost Americana is a personal excavation of the American dream — a journey to find what's been lost' and, 'From the gold neon diners to the rumble of the motorcycles, this is music that celebrates the beauty found in the in-between spaces. Where the past is reimagined and the future is forged on your own terms.' Lost Americana is set to arrive Aug. 8. The album marks MGK's first in three years following 2022's Mainstream Sellout. The musician has yet to reveal the full track list for the album, but it will feature his recent single, 'Cliché.'
