Dhanashree opened up about navigating personal challenges, public scrutiny, and the unwavering support of her family—especially her mother, who recently went viral for praising her strength and growth post-divorce.
Reacting to the moment, she said, "My mother recently praised my hard work, and it was such a special, organic moment. We were just walking out of a store when it happened. It wasn't planned, just something heartfelt that was captured naturally.
I usually keep my family away from the entertainment world to protect them from negativity. Why would anyone want their parents to be targeted or dragged into something they didn't sign up for?"
Her mother's words were simple and sincere, not part of any promotional effort.

"My mother simply spoke the truth. She's not playing any PR game; she's just a proud mom. Some people tried to twist that moment, but I didn't let it affect me, my family, or my work. I've been dealing with online noise since the beginning, right from when I first went viral doing song covers on Instagram and YouTube. People now say my fame is tied to a certain relationship, but that's not true.
I had already built a name for myself in the industry," she added.
Navigating public opinion with resilience, she chooses to stay grounded in what matters most. Dhanashree said, "Trolling and negativity are, unfortunately, part of fame. But I've learned to focus on what matters: my craft, my growth, and the people who genuinely support me. There will always be those who focus only on the negative, but I choose not to engage. You attract what you focus on, and I choose positivity. Whether it was before or after my divorce, my mindset hasn't changed.
I stay focused on delivering my best work. At the end of the day, I just want to come home feeling content with what I've created, and that's what keeps me going."
Addressing the narratives that often surround public figures during personal transitions, she made it clear that much of what's said doesn't align with her reality. "The narratives circulating around me are far from the truth. None of it reflects who I am, and I don't engage with it because I know my values, my upbringing, and the kind of person I am.
I've always believed in maintaining dignity and grace. Putting others down has never been my way, and it never helps anyone rise in life," she said.
For her, the focus remains firmly on her own journey. She added, "What truly matters is staying focused on your work, your intentions, and the good people around you. Self-growth, self-love, and discipline have always guided me. I believe that when you waste energy on negativity, you take away from your own growth.
I choose to put that energy into becoming better every day."
"I'm a deeply spiritual person, and my faith in God and the universe keeps me grounded. At the end of the day, I believe your success, your values, and your truth will eventually speak for themselves, and that's all that really matters," she concluded.

A battle of supernaturals: Kajol's Maa V/S Sonakshi Sinha's Nikita Roy

Bollywood's horror genre is experiencing a revival, highlighted by the June 27, 2025, clash between Kajol's 'Maa' and Sonakshi Sinha's 'Nikita Roy,' both women-led supernatural thrillers. This face-off reflects a growing trend of blending horror with comedy, folklore, and psychological elements, as seen in the success of films like 'Stree' and 'Shaitaan. On June 27, 2025, the Hindi box office is about to witness a fascinating face-off — one that's not between action heroes or romantic leads, but between two women-led supernatural films. Kajol 's Maa and Sonakshi Sinha 's Nikita Roy are both slated for release on the same day, marking a rare occasion when two horror thrillers with prominent female leads will go head-to-head. Exclusive | Kajol CANDID On Horror Fears and Son Yug's Voice Debut In 'Karate Kids: Legends' While the horror genre in Hindi cinema has traditionally been niche, surviving on loyal but limited audiences, the last few years have seen a gradual revival of interest in supernatural narratives. Thanks to films like Stree (2018), Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 (2022), and more recently Shaitaan (2024), the genre has been quietly reinventing itself, mixing horror with humor, folklore, or psychological thrill. This June's clash is not just a battle between two films, but a reflection of a growing trend in Bollywood's content landscape. The Contenders: Maa and Nikita Roy Kajol, who was last seen in the emotional drama Salaam Venky, returns to the big screen with Maa, a supernatural thriller produced by her husband Ajay Devgn 's banner. Directed by Vishal Furia, he film promises an unsettling blend of familial drama and supernatural horror. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Costco Shoppers Say This Wrinkle Cream Is "Actually Worth It" The Skincare Magazine Undo Kajol, known for her versatility, will be seen in a character grappling with the line between madness and possession. The film stars Sonakshi Sinha in a role far removed from her earlier glamorous or action-oriented avatars. The narrative, interspersed with occult rituals and cryptic folklore, leans heavily into classic horror elements — creaking mansions, shadowy figures, and ancestral secrets. Both films are banking not only on their star power but on the promise of atmospheric horror that appeals to contemporary audiences who have begun to appreciate psychological and supernatural thrillers beyond jump scares. A Growing Appetite for the Supernatural This box office clash arrives at a time when Bollywood seems increasingly fascinated with horror and supernatural themes. The success of Abhay Verma and Sharvari led Munjya, a horror-comedy from the makers of Stree, reinforced the appetite for horror rooted in Indian mythology and folklore. Released last year, Munjya opened to solid numbers and positive word of mouth, proving that audiences are eager for stories that blend scares with cultural references. Moreover, the horror genre's viability was firmly reestablished with the blockbuster success of Shaitaan in 2024. Starring Ajay Devgn, R. Madhavan, and Jyotika, the film dealt with black magic and demonic possession and grossed over Rs 148 crore at the domestic box office. Its sequel, Shaitaan 2 is already in the works. In fact Ajay Devgn is also planning another horror film for his nephew Amaan Devgn who was launched this year with Azaad. Several more projects tapping into the supernatural are in the pipeline. Ayushmann Khurrana 's Thama, a horror thriller based on a legend, is slated for a Diwali 2025 release. Shraddha Kapoor , Rajukkmar Rao, Abhishek Banerjee, Aparshakti Khurrana and Pankaj Tripathi will return in Stree 2, one of the most anticipated horror-comedies of the year. What's Behind Bollywood's Horror Revival? The renewed interest in horror can be attributed to a few factors. Firstly, horror films have always offered producers a low-to-mid budget model with high returns. The genre's inherently immersive nature ensures a theatrical pull, as audiences still seek the collective experience of being scared in a dark cinema hall. Secondly, today's horror films are increasingly driven by narratives rooted in Indian settings, folklores, and superstitions. From the ghost of Stree to the demonic entity in Shaitaan, the genre is localizing its monsters, making them more relatable and hence more terrifying. Thirdly, filmmakers are blending horror with other genres — comedy, thriller, or emotional drama — broadening their appeal. Stree was as much a comedy as it was a horror film, while Shaitaan was a family drama interrupted by an unholy force. This fusion model allows horror films to tap into multiple audience segments. The Star Power Factor While the horror genre often leans on fresh faces or character actors, the current wave sees mainstream stars lending credibility to these films. Kajol, who seldom ventures into horror, choosing Maa suggests the genre's growing clout. Similarly, Sonakshi Sinha or Ajay Devgn or Shraddha Kapoor have also ventured into the space. Actors bring established fanbases and acting heft, which can help draw in audiences who might otherwise be hesitant about horror titles. The promotional material for both films has emphasized their strong performances and atmospheric storytelling, steering clear of campy horror tropes.

Rishabh Rikhiram Sharma: Indian music is not just healing; it's cool, stylish, and full of swag!

Rishabh Rikhiram Sharma, a sitarist and instrument maker, carries forward his family's musical legacy while innovating with contemporary sounds. He emphasizes the timelessness and global appeal of Indian classical music, highlighting its ability to unite diverse audiences. Today, on World Music Day, we turn the spotlight on a sitarist, instrument maker and someone touted to be a torchbearer of a legendary musical legacy – Rishabh Rikhiram Sharma. The youngest and the last disciple of the legendary Pandit Ravi Shankar and son of luthier Sanjay Sharma, Rishabh has carved a niche for himself in the global music scene by blending tradition with innovation. In a candid interview with us, the artiste reflects on the timeless power of Indian classical music, the responsibility of heritage, and why he believes music is one of the few forces that can truly unite the world. You've been carrying forward the Rikhiram legacy in traditional Indian music – the instrument maker's son, Rishabh. How has your family's heritage shaped your own musical journey? Being born to Sanjay Rikhiram Sharma, I had the privilege of growing up around the finest instruments in the world, many of them replicas made for my Guruji, Pandit Ravi Shankar. But for the longest time, people only saw me as the instrument maker's son, not as a performer. It's been incredibly fulfilling to finally carve a path of my own, where my passion and purpose are seen and celebrated. From traditional sitar playing to experimenting with contemporary forms, how do you find balance between preserving classical roots and evolving with modern sensibilities? I always say: tradition should be the centrepiece, not the background. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Novi ortopedski sandali za moške poletje 2025. Fiippy KUPITE ZDAJ Undo Just like in a museum, the artwork is the focus, you design everything else around it to enhance it. That's how I approach fusion. The sitar stays at the heart, and modern sounds or production techniques simply decorate the space around it. That balance is what keeps the music alive and relatable. What role do you think traditional Indian music plays on the global stage today, especially among younger audiences? Our music is timeless. On my last India tour, I saw children as young as 8 and elders over 80 vibing together with the same energy, that's the power of traditional Indian music. It's not just healing; it's cool, it's stylish, it's full of swag. I think the world was just waiting for someone to say it out loud, and maybe I'm that someone! You've performed both in India and internationally. How do audiences differ in their response to traditional Indian music across the world? Audiences everywhere are receptive, as long as the music is shared with intention. In India, there's a deep understanding of raga and taal, while international audiences are curious, open, and eager to learn. That's why education and storytelling are such an integral part of my performances. We're planning to expand globally this year to build deeper cultural bridges through Sitar for Mental Health. In an age of digital streaming and short-form content, how can we sustain interest in long-format classical performances? If people begin practicing meditation daily, they'll naturally be drawn to long-format traditional Indian music, it's meditation through sound. The deeper you go, the more rewarding it becomes. We just have to make that entry point inviting. You've also been involved in crafting and restoring instruments. How does that craft influence your understanding and performance of music? Learning the art of making and maintaining instruments from my father has been a huge blessing. It's allowed me to innovate and experiment with sound while being self-sufficient on tour. I studied both the art of playing and the science of construction. Few musicians in the world understand the sitar inside and out the way I do, and that's something I'm deeply proud of. I hope to one day hold workshops globally, teaching others how to care for and preserve our instruments. Which collaboration or performance stands out as particularly transformative in your musical career? Performing at the White House for Diwali in 2023 was life changing. To have your music and mission recognized at that level, especially for a cause like mental health, was incredibly validating. It reminded me that this path I've chosen is bigger than just performance; it's about impact. What advice would you give to aspiring musicians trying to find their voice in a world of rapidly changing musical tastes? Be yourself, loudly and unapologetically. Even when I do covers, I do them my way. Authenticity is your greatest strength. In a world full of trends, being true to your sound is what makes you timeless. World Music Day celebrates the universal language of music. What does this day mean to you personally and as a musician? To me, World Music Day is a celebration of every genre, every sound, and every culture that has left an imprint on our lives. It's a day to honor the global influences that shape our musical journeys, and to reflect on the fact that music—no matter where it comes from—has the power to connect us all. On this World Music Day, what message would you like to share with music lovers across the globe? Music is a language beyond words, beyond borders. In a world that often feels divided, music is what brings us together. I can't wait to bring this tour to audiences worldwide, and celebrate the divine gift that music truly is.

Frogan removes all twitch videos and clips amid viral legal dispute with Ethan Klein

(Image via YouTube/@EthanKleinH3/@frogan) In a surprising turn of events, Twitch streamer Frogan appears to have wiped her entire video archive following a lawsuit filed by YouTuber Ethan Klein. The sudden move comes in the wake of Klein's legal action against three creators, accusing them of copyright infringement linked to his viral 'Content Nuke' video. What Sparked the Lawsuit? On June 19, Ethan Klein publicly confirmed he is suing three Twitch streamers—Frogan, Kaceytron, and Denims—for what he claims is blatant copyright infringement. At the center of the dispute is Klein's "Content Nuke" video, a critical breakdown of fellow creator HasanAbi. Klein alleges that the streamers used his video without proper commentary or transformation, violating fair use laws. Frogan, a political content creator known for her sharp takes and Twitch debates, was specifically called out by Klein for offering minimal input during her reaction streams. He also accused her of encouraging viewers to 'watch through her,' implying a deliberate attempt to divert traffic away from the original video. Frogan Reportedly Deleted All of Her Twitch Clips Shortly after the lawsuit became public knowledge, Frogan's Twitch channel underwent a drastic transformation. Viewers noticed that nearly all of her past VODs and clips had vanished. The only piece of content left standing was a now-viral clip of AI HasanAbi telling Frogan her therapy sessions weren't working—an odd remnant amidst the digital purge. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Cardiologists Shocked: 1 Spoonful a Day Melts Lower Belly Fat Fast Hollywood News | USA Click Here Undo Frogan hasn't issued a formal statement addressing the lawsuit or her decision to delete her content. Her silence stands in contrast to fellow defendant Denims, who has launched a crowdfunding campaign to help cover legal fees. Ethan Klein is Suing EVERYONE Ethan Klein's Case Against Frogan Klein didn't hold back when explaining why Frogan is among the specific individuals targeted in his legal action. In a recent video, he highlighted a moment where Frogan left his video running while stepping out of frame, adding no commentary or value to the original work. He argued that such behavior fails the 'transformative' test required for fair use protection. He also mentioned that Frogan's own viewers criticized her lack of engagement during the stream. For Klein, the final straw came when Frogan allegedly encouraged others to view his content 'through her,' framing it as ethical consumption. According to him, this move indicated an intentional effort to divert viewership, what he calls 'malicious intent to steal.' What's Next? With over 66,000 followers and an average of nearly 100 viewers per stream, Frogan's Twitch career is now under intense scrutiny. Whether her mass deletion was legal damage control or an emotional response remains unknown. For now, her content void speaks louder than any tweet. Ethan Klein's legal claims are likely to ignite broader discussions around the ethics of 'react content,' fair use, and where creators should draw the line. And while some fans stand divided, one thing's for sure—the drama's far from over. Game On Season 1 kicks off with Sakshi Malik's inspiring story. Watch Episode 1 here
