Salzburg see it out

Serie A giants Juventus cruised to an opening Group G victory at Audi Field, with Kenan Yildiz completing the scoring Getty Images Getty Images
We did get our finale in the second Group H game, after adverse weather delayed the second half.
It was 1-0 to RB Salzburg when that happened, but Bryan Gonzalez got Pachuca back level swiftly after the restart.
There was a sting in the tail for the Mexicans however, as Karim Onisiwo napped the winner some 15 minutes from time, earning the Swiss side a 2-1 win in Cincinnati. Getty Images
It's been a while since Juventus had it this good.
You have to go back to February 2018 for the last time they scored four goals in a first half, which was against Sassuolo.
That is according to Opta.
Here is that gorgeous fourth goal from Randal Kolo Muani.
It will be interesting to see how Juventus handle the second half, as in truth this game is already won.
HT: Al Ain 0-4 Juventus
And that is half-time. Sure, it's not quite Bayern Munich vs Auckland City, but it doesn't feel far off it.
Juventus have been impressive going forward, but boy have they had the freedom of Audi Field to look it.
45+4' Al Ain 0-4 Juventus
Wonderful run as Randal Kolo Muani is played in behind by Khephren Thuram.
Lovely ball, gorgeous first touch and an even better finish with the outside of his right foot.
Juve cruising in DC.
45+1' Al Ain 0-3 Juventus
A couple more flashes from Laba, which dinks a little cross into the centre that was headed clear — and saved a certain goal.
The ball falls back to Laba, who turns neatly before firing low at the near post.
It's a sharp effort, but also a shot you would expect Michele Di Gregorio to save.
And he does.
We have five added minutes to come at the end of this first half. Getty Images
41' Al Ain 0-3 Juventus
As close as Al Ain have come to a goal here, as Zabala whips in a beautiful inswinging cross that just evades the waiting Laba from a few yards out.
In truth though, Juventus are in total control here.
37' Al Ain 0-3 Juventus
Another fluent counter as Juventus go from one end to the other. Thuram and Kelly providing a powerful threat down the left consistently.
In the end, Kelly's cross scoots through the box without the final finish it deserves.
But this has been pretty ugly for Al Ain so far, and it doesn't yet look like Juve are going to let up — to that point, Conceicao sees his latest shot tipped around the post by Rui Patricio.
31' Al Ain 0-3 Juventus
Oh, what a lovely finish from Kenan Yildiz, driving a low shot with his right foot, in off the inside of the post.
Rui Patricio with no chance to his right.
Juve averaging a goal every 10 minutes here…
23' Al Ain 0-2 Juventus
There is a brief VAR check over a potential handball in the build-up, which looks like when Alberto Costa is sent tumbling to the floor — it looks pretty incidental and that is the final verdict too.
But it does take a bit of time, the commentary team finds out before the referee, and her mic never switches on despite her trying to announce the news.
Instead, the PA confirms the goal.
Anyway, all good here for Juve.
21' Al Ain 0-2 Juventus
I have to say, that is terrible defending. Francisco Conceicao is allowed to dribble off the byline in the penalty box, find and angle to shoot — and then get his shot away.
It deflects up and over Rui Patricio, and Juventus lead 2-0 after just 21 minutes.
17' Al Ain 0-1 Juventus
We've got some proper back and forth here. Al Ain's break is unceremoniously ended by Cambiaso and that brings the second Juventus booking inside 15 minutes from referee Tori Penso.
The free kick is right on the edge of the box and it causes some brief panic in the Juventus box, but they survive.
They then break forward, and this is where they look so dangerous. A nice move sees Lloyd Kelly at the byline — but his cross is cleared from a few yards out.
11' Al Ain 0-1 Juventus
It was patient build-up, symptomatic of this Juventus start. They look confident and engaged.
Alberto Costa's swinging cross from the right was a dream — and Kolo Muani read it perfectly to meet it at full pelt and send his header into the top corner.
Rui Patricio had no chance, and Al Ain will be sensing this could be a difficult evening already.
11' Al Ain 0-1 Juventus
That didn't take long! Wonderfully worked opener sees Randal Kolo Muani head a fine goal to give Juve a deserved lead.
Bang!
9' Al Ain 0-0 Juventus
This has been a fun start. Juventus park themselves on the edge of the Al Ain penalty box and then Khephren Thuram takes a tumble in it, looking around to see if there might be a penalty in it.
Appeals waved away.
Then on the run, Facundo Zabala is first to fire on goal — the save is comfortable in the end, but the run was lively.
5' Al Ain 0-0 Juventus
Competitive start and an early late foot from Weston McKennie on Park Yong-woo.
That brings out a rapid booking, which seems a bit hard. I doubt we'll see a quicker one all tournament.
He's actually going to need to be careful now for the remaining 86-plus minutes.
1' Al Ain 0-0 Juventus
Here we go. The only two teams we're yet to see take to the field at this Club World Cup.
The final Group G game, following Manchester City's 2-0 win over Wydad AC earlier in Philadelphia.
Let's get this done… Getty Images
And here's Al Ain forward Kaku getting used to the Audi Field surroundings.
We're now just minutes from kick-off. Getty Images
Warm-ups all done and dusted, with Juventus sporting some rather fetching pre-match tops…

Report – Inter Milan Inquire About £40M Rated Man United & England Star

Inter Milan have reportedly inquired about the availability of out-of-favour Man United striker Marcus Rashford. This according to UK outlet Manchester Evening News. They report, however, that any deal would have to be on loan, and that the Englishman's wages could pose a problem. Advertisement Inter Milan have been in talks with Manchester United in recent weeks. Initially, the Nerazzurri had shown an interest in signing Red Devils striker Joshua Zirkzee. However, they then turned their attention to another former Serie A forward, Rasmus Hojlund. By all accounts, Hojlund is a top target for the Nerazzurri in attack this summer. However, reports Manchester Evening News, there's yet another United striker who Inter have also sounded out a move for. Inter Inquire About Man United Striker Marcus Rashford SOUTHAMPTON, ENGLAND – APRIL 12: Marcus Rashford of Aston Villa during the Premier League match between Southampton FC and Aston Villa FC at St Mary's Stadium on April 12, 2025 in Southampton, England. (Photo by) According to Manchester Evening News, the Nerazzurri asked United about the availability of Marcus Rashford this summer. Advertisement There is certainly little doubt that the Europa League finalists will aim to offload the 27-year-old this summer. Rashford had spent the second half of last season on loan with Aston Villa. And he is still not in the plans of Manchester United coach Ruben Amorim. Manchester Evening News report that United are resigned to the fact that they'll likely have to loan Rashford out this summer, rather than selling him outright. The outlet anticipate that the Red Devils value Rashford at around £40 million. Inter have sounded out whether there would be scope for a loan deal in their talks with United. One issue for the Nerazzurri would be Rashford's wages, however. The England international earns £325,000 net per week at Old Trafford.
