The Chargers are among five teams that are rumored to debut alternate helmets this summer, according to SportsLogos.net.
The new alternate helmets haven't been leaked yet, but are expected to debut sometime in July.

On Wednesday, general manager Joe Hortiz might have hinted that the rumors are true on his appearance on The Up & Adams Show.
When asked if he could confirm, Hortiz responded, "I can't confirm. But I know that we dabbled with some stuff, so I'm sure there's something coming."
Hortiz revealed that he hasn't seen anything, but there was one day they were doing a photoshoot overlooking the field but they had curtains wrapped around so he was unable to see anything.
If I were to guess, it would likely be a navy blue helmet that matches their Color Rush uniforms, which have gold lightning bolts on the sides.

Adam Schefter gives update on Jalen Ramsey trade timeline, preferred teams

Where Miami Dolphins cornerback Jalen Ramsey ends up to start the 2025 NFL season is one of the biggest mysteries this summer. The veteran is widely expected to be traded away, but so far there have been few updates. Well, ESPN's Adam Schefter has some answers. Advertisement Schefter told The Pat McAfee Show this week that he expects Ramsey to be traded before the start of training camps and that he prefers to go to the West Coast — either the Los Angeles Rams or the Los Angeles Chargers." "Jalen Ramsey will get traded," Schefter said. "It'll be, I would expect before the start of training camp. We'll see how it shakes out, where he goes. I think he would like to go to the West Coast. To Los Angeles. Rams, Chargers, something like that." The Rams haven't said much about their purported interest in a reunion, although Ramsey was in L.A. recently to work out with ex-Rams and Chargers safety Eric Weddle. Advertisement Ramsey, 30, played four years with the Rams from 2019 to 2022 where he made three Pro Bowls and one All-Pro team. He racked up 242 combined tackles, 10 interceptions and defended 47 passes before L.A. traded him to the Dolphins ahead of the 2023 season. Bringing Ramsey back could be costly, but he would upgrade a mediocre secondary that returned the entire 2024 lineup that gave up the 26th-most passing yards during that season. But it takes two to tango, and the Rams may not want to pay up to bring back their star cornerback. Sunday Ticket's move to YouTube helped NFL reach a younger audience, YouTube CEO says

When YouTube became a major NFL TV partner with its acquisition of the Sunday Ticket rights, it did more than just make Sunday Ticket more convenient for viewers who couldn't get DirecTV. It also opened the NFL up to younger viewers. That's the word from YouTube CEO Neal Mohan, who said the company 'aged down' the NFL's audience, according to Sports Business Journal. Advertisement Mohan told that the NFL's partnership with YouTube allows NFL games to 'live alongside all of this other amazing creator-first sports content,' which a younger audience goes to YouTube to see. Sunday Ticket is an expensive subscription, so few people would buy it without already being big NFL fans. But Mohan said that when YouTube shows the Week One Chiefs-Chargers game in Brazil on September 5 for free to the whole world, it will be a major step toward helping the league attract a significant new audience — and a significantly younger audience.
