Tim Lovejoy has stepped down from hosting Sunday Brunch after 13 years and fans are already loving his replacement.
The 57-year-old presenter announced he would be taking a break from the Sunday food and talk show, which he has starred on since 2012.
Long-time co-host Simon Rimmer will instead be joined by a fresh-faced TV star who is already being praised for bringing some 'feminine energy'.
Reality TV icon, radio presenter and beloved Geordie Shore legend, Vicky Pattison, is taking on the job.
She rocked a slicked-back ponytail and a yellow button-up dress for her first day as official co-host, beaming as she stepped up to the challenge.
After dancing during the intro, Vicky, 37, declared she was so excited to be hosting, she was 'buzzing like an old fridge'.
'I HAVE SOME EXCITING NEWS!!!!' wrote Vicky on Instagram when she announced the news, days before her debut.
She continued: 'As a long time friend of @sundaybrunchc4 it is an absolute HONOUR to be wearing a slightly different hat this week! I will be joining my good pal @rimmersimon as his cohost while the lovely @timlovejoy_official has a very well deserved break!!! 🩷😍
'I am buzzing like an old fridge to chat to all of our gorgeous guests, eat some delicious food and hopefully give anyone watching and nursing a hangover a bit of light comedy reprieve 😂
'See you bright and early Sunday my loves… and wish me luck 💜🥹.'
Along with the message, Vicky shared snaps of herself on the Channel 4 show over the years plus some backstage memories.
Her news was met with overwhelming positivity from fans and famous friends, as Chloe Burrows commented applause and heart emojis. https://www.instagram.com/p/DLHjhuQsB19/?hl=en&img_index=5
'Omg I'm SO excited for this girl 😍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻amazing news,' said internet star Charley Marlowe as Myleene Klass sent applause emojis.
'Absolutely brilliant Vicky well done!!!! 👏❤️🙌,' wrote Celebs Go Dating expert Anna Williamson.
Steph McGovern added: 'Congratulations! You're gonna have a right laugh with our Rimmer! 😍😍.'
Over on X, her first appearance gained a fair amount of praise with SpiritWalkTalk saying: 'Joke about Vicki all you want, but its good to have some feminine energy co-presenting and female POV on the sofa while chatting with the guests.'
TashaConnor shared: 'Haters going to hate but I am loving @VickyPattison on Sunday Brunch! Such a breath of fresh wine!' More Trending
Sullivan11 said: 'It's great to see @VickyPattison hosting the show today, she's amazing, hopefully she'll be on again.'
There were some who weren't so pleased, with some asking if she was 'drunk' after a glass of wine and complaining they 'can't understand' her accent.
Many complaints came from those upset that Rosie Jones was also on the show, which the comedian has regularly responded to.
Last year, when she was announced for Taskmaster, Rosie's not-so-subtle reply was simply to stick up her middle finger to the haters.

Former Love Island winner Jess Harding hits out at 'b**chy' 2025 contestant
Jess Harding, who won ITV's Love Island back in 2023, has shared her thoughts on current contestant Antonia 'Toni' Laites - who has been causing drama in the villa Former Love Island winner Jess Harding has lashed out at one of the current contestants in a scathing social media post. The 2025 season of ITV's long-running reality dating show began earlier this month and 16 contestants are currently housed in the villa. But tensions have been bubbling between some of the contestants and 24-year-olds Antonia 'Toni' Laites and Emily Moran have clashed while taking part in the show. Viewers were startled to see Toni accuse Emily of sticking her nose in her business during a fiery exchange that aired on Friday night. Jess, 24 - who won Love Island in 2023 alongside then-boyfriend Sammy Root, 24 - was among those watching at home to take to social media to dissect the unsettling scenes. The reality star shared her shock at Toni's outburst against Emily. Siding with the British star, Jess accused American bombshell Toni of being "b**chy". In a message shared via Instagram stories, the star wrote: "Ok what the hell, just because someone isn't your cup of tea doesn't mean you can cause a big drama over it?!" Jess continued: "Toni girl I loved you but I don't like b****y behaviour & pulling crying behaviour." And she added: "Why can't the girls be 1 big group cos these men be acting CRAZY." On Friday night, fans saw tension escalate between Toni and Emily as the 2025 season endured one of its most dramatic arguments so far. Friction came to a head after the two ladies took a near instant dislike to each other after Emily entered the villa as a bombshell on day five. Toni's feather's were ruffled when she overheard a conversation between Emily and Irish contestant Conor Phillips, 25. The American bombshell then found a confidant in Shakira Khan, 22, who she shared her frustrations with. But Emily later accused Toni of talking behind her back, while fellow Islander Megan 'Meg' Moore, 25, warned Emily that Toni had branded her "nosey" and "Little Miss Sunshine." An almighty row erupted, with Emily despairing that Toni was "just trying to cause a problem," and "she's f****g nuts." All the drama could be helping generate interest in the long-running show, however. While the 2025 season got off to a low viewership start when it launched on 9 June, the audience then reportedly grew by 1.7 million streams on ITVX after the first episode aired. Some past contestants have started campaigning for the series to be axed, however, and the show has a long history of being tied to the tragic mental health declines of past contestants. This weekend, Malin Andersson, who starred on the show in 2016, voiced her concerns about the way the series is made. She told The Mirror: "It should be axed. When I was on it, we were naive, it felt more organic – still scripted but more authentic. Even then, it wasn't pure, it was full of toxicity. Now millions watch it, especially young people, and their idea of love gets completely skewed." She added: "I felt disposable, like a piece of rubbish tossed aside. In there, you're fighting to be seen, to be a main character, seeking validation. It's not healthy – it creates unrealistic drama and messes up how viewers see love." Love Island has come under fire in the past for failing to support contestant that take part in the series - however, strict after care rules were introduced in 2019 after the deaths of former contestants Sophie Gradon and Mike Thalassitis.

Gogglebox's Mary Killen, 67, addicted to vaping after 'never smoking cigarettes'
Gogglebox star Mary Killen has revealed that she has become 'addicted' to vaping in her 60s as a lifelong non-smoker. The 67-year-old TV personality appears on the Channel 4 reality show with her husband Giles, with the pair amusing the nation with their upper class aesthetic and, occasionally, out-of-touch commentary on the hottest cultural topics. They've been dubbed everything from 'posh' to 'eccentric' with their unique brand of humour and have been a staple on the show for a decade, after joining in 2015. For the most part, casual viewers have pieced together an image of their cottage-dwelling life from snippets they've revealed on the show and Mary's past as an author, Spectator columnist and etiquette expert. Now, she has opened up about a vice that has haunted her in her later years – vaping, in a new column for Mail Online. The media star explained that she only picked up the habit 'a couple of years ago' after having a puff from a Juul offered by her 22-year-old son of a friend. Mary revealed that she had 'never been interested in normal cigarettes' and would even 'decline' smoking them during her younger years when all her peers were, somewhat influenced by the fact that her father was a doctor. She doesn't even 'drink alcohol'. As for the appeal of the vape (which her son's friend casually gifted to her), she explained: 'I loved inhaling the odourless air and blowing it out again. It just looked so chic and felt cooling in the palm of the hand.' Soon enough, she found herself buying 'replacement pods', reasoning that it would 'be good if I were to appear to have at least one addiction' and allow her most social acceptability in 'drinking circles'. There is currently no long-term research on the health effects of vaping, with the NHS cautioning against taking up the vice if you do not smoke, while Mary herself cited one UK health website which even advocated for the benefits of nicotine as a 'stimulant'. According to the NHS website, 'nicotine vaping is less harmful than smoking' and is used as a tool for those looking to quit cigarettes. The website stipulates, however: 'Vaping is not completely harmless and we don't know yet what the long-term effects may be. Children and non-smokers should never vape.' She added, however: 'Nicotine is highly addictive and I now waste about £14 a week on four Juul replacement pods, each one delivering roughly the same amount of nicotine as 20 cigarettes.' 'And the addiction is a problem, because if I run out of replacement pods I become self-pitying and argumentative.' All this (as well as new studies on the impact on children's health) has prompted her to make a new resolve to quit vaping, although she joked she would 'probably kill or be killed' by family members is she went 'cold turkey'. Ultimately, she called the habit 'very enjoyable' with no especially scary health risks, and there was easy access to 'feed' her addiction. More Trending On the screen, Mary and her husband remain a controversial inclusion to the Gogglebox line-up. In February, they faced backlash from viewers after they commiserated about a by-election in which there had been a massive swing against the Conservative party with fans calling them 'insufferable' and 'utterly unbearable' View More » Then, in March, Mary got into hot water after calling Stephen Graham 'that actor who always plays short northerners' during the height of Adolescence's popularity.
