Addison Rae fans have been left frustrated by the American pop star's small venues for her Australian tour.
Disgruntled punters complained they were stuck in queues of more than 50,000 people vying to buy the 2000 to 2500 tickets available for each of her six shows.
The TikTok queen's debut album Addison debuted at No. 2 on the ARIA charts and despite her enormous popularity here, she has booked theatres rather than arenas for her November tour.
It is most likely she couldn't secure the bigger venues which have capacity of about 5000 people such as Sydney's Hordern Pavilion, which hosted the first big gigs by Tate Macrae and Gracie Abrams, as November is the peak touring month in Australia.

Huge demand during the pre-sales for the Addison tour, her debut global headlining run, prompted Frontier Touring to add second shows in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
'52k in queue for sydney, idk where everyone came from omg,' noted on fan on the Frontier Touring Instagram channel during the pre-sale on Thursday.
A Melbourne punter said The Forum venue, which has a standing room capacity of 2000 people, was too small considering the size of her fanbase in Australia.
Rae, who has more than 88 million followers on TikTok, with over 5.8 billion likes, has exploded on the global pop charts over the past year courtesy of co-starring on the Charli XCX track Von Dutch and her own breakout hit Diet Pepsi.
'I'm not sure what genius decided The Forum was the best venue. Probably could fill Rod Laver Arena more than once. Easy,' he wrote.

Several ticket buyers also complained that the venues in Melbourne and Brisbane restricted tickets to punters over 18 years, shutting out her younger fans.
Only Sydney's Enmore Theatre shows are open to all ages.
'A bigger venue that is not 18+ would be appreciated,' wrote one fan.
There was an interesting difference in the ticket pricing for the Melbourne and Brisbane shows compared with Sydney for the tour.
General admission tickets for the Melbourne gigs and two concerts at Brisbane's Fortitude Music are $99, while Sydney fans can choose between standing for $99 or a seat for $149.

'Why am I paying $50 more to sit up the back?' opined an Addison diehard.
The virtual queues are predicted to be even more hectic on Friday when general tickets go on sale from 10am (local time).
Rae performs at the Forum in Melbourne on November 11 and 12 (Ticketek), Brisbane's Fortitude Music Hall (Ticketmaster) on November 14 and 15 and Sydney's Enmore Theatre (Ticketek) on November 17 and 18.

‘Feeling a little bit weird': Aussie woman's gross find at the bottom of her Chinese takeaway

An Australian woman got more than she bargained for when she found an unsual item at the bottom of her Chinese takeaway. TikTokker Shraddha, or shraddyvibes, posted a video to the social media platform detailing the story of how she ended up getting $50 back from her meal from the bizarre find. After eating a portion of the meal, the Adelaide woman kept picking away at the stir fry until she noticed something was off. 'The container was feeling a little bit weird... at the bottom of the container was a working phone,' she explained. 'I pressed on the screen and it said the screen was (too hot), it was still working.' She had come away with a meal and a new phone from the takeaway, a bizarre find to say the least. After the gross realisation, she decided to get to the bottom of it and gave the restaurant a buzz. Loading TikTok Post 'I rang the place and said 'Hey I found a phone in my hotpot',' the woman said. 'Apparently the chef put the phone down in the takeaway container, and because it was black... it just blended in with the container. 'Then someone else had grabbed the container and put the hotpot on top.' The TikTokker drove back to the establishment and was greeted by apologetic staff — and a cheeky refund. 'I paid $35 for the hotpot originally and they gave me $50 back, and the chef was also like 'let me know when you're here next time and I'll give you free hotpot,' she said. Luckily she lived close by to the restaurant and didn't need to heat up the food, otherwise it could of ended in a disaster. Despite the mishap, the woman elected not to name and shame the restaurant saying, 'mistakes happen'. Viewers also found humour in the incident. 'Dinner with a side of phone ! 😂,' one person commented. 'This has to be an original experience 🤣💯,' another wrote.

Don't miss out on the headlines from Celebrity Life. Followed categories will be added to My News. It's about damn time. Lizzo has spoken about her weight loss journey - and clarified her Ozempic use - months after clapping back at rumours about the drug. 'I've tried everything,' the singer, 37, said on Trisha Paytas' Just Trish podcast on Thursday, per Page Six. The Grammy winner explained however that she abandoned the semaglutide, which has not been approved for use for weight loss in Australia, early into her journey. 'Ozempic works because you eat less food, yeah? So if you eat right, it makes you feel full,' she said. 'But if you can just do that on your own and get mind over matter, it's the same thing.' Ozempic is also associated with a number of side-effects including most commonly gastrointestinal disorders like nausea, diarrhoea and vomiting, in a way that doctor-approved changes to diet and exercise are not. Lizzo opened up about her recent body transformation. Picture: Instagram She spoke candidly about losing weight. Picture: Instagram Lizzo revealed that she saw the best results when she ditched her vegan diet. 'When I was vegan, I was consuming a lot of fake meats, I was eating a lot of bread, I was eating a lot of rice and I had to eat a lot of it to stay full,' she recalled. 'When I started actually eating whole foods and eating, like, beef and chicken and fish, I was actually full and not expanding my stomach by putting a lot of fake things in there that [weren't] actually filling me up,' the songwriter continued. According to the TGA in Australia, 'Ozempic has been included in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. This means that the medicine has been evaluated by the TGA for its safety, quality and efficacy for that indication only.' Lizzo made headlines in September 2024 for hitting back at an Instagram hater questioning whether she was taking the type II diabetes drug. 'Whyyyy [sic] do u follow me?' she asked at the time. Ezra Miller gives bizarre interview about ‘tentative' Hollywood return after shocking Cannes appearance

Don't miss out on the headlines from Celebrity Life. Followed categories will be added to My News. Ezra Miller gave a rare — and peculiar — interview in which they addressed their return to Hollywood as well as their extremely surprising Cannes appearance earlier this year. The actor posed on the red carpet for the first time in two years at the Filming Italy Sardegna Festival in Cagliari, Italy, on Thursday and told Italian outlet, Lo Speciale Giornale, that their relationship to cinema is now 'on tentative grounds'. Miller — who had a slew of legal issues in 2022 — also spoke out about their blink-and-you-miss-it red carpet appearance at Cannes in May, during which they sprinted across the media line at the premiere of Lynne Ramsey's Die, My Love, reports The New York Post'sPage Six. 'I came to Cannes to support one of my closest friends in the world who is Lynne Ramsey — who I think is one of the greatest living filmmakers,' Miller said of Ramsey, who previously directed Miller in 2011's We Need to Talk About Kevin. Miller claimed they're writing an unnamed film with Ramsey, and added, 'that will likely be the first thing I do' when returning to Hollywood. 'I've been writing a lot, because you can do that in solitude,' Miller remarked, 'which has been friendly to me'. Miller has given a peculiar new interview. Picture: YouTube They also said they'd 'do anything' for Ramsey, despite Cannes being a 'tough re-entry point' to the industry. 'If you've been in the woods for three years, I do not recommend going straight to Cannes, where every photographer and every weirdo, every rich genocidal freak be there, you know what I mean?' The Perks of Being a Wallflower star was memorably arrested and charged in Hawaii following two alleged incidents at a karaoke bar in March 2022, to which they pleaded no contest. Then, they were hit with a restraining order by two residents claiming they harassed and threatened them, which was later dropped. X SUBSCRIBER ONLY A month later, Miller was arrested on a second degree assault chair after they allegedly threw a chair and hit a woman during an encounter at a private residence. In June 2022, a parent accused Miller of grooming their child from the age of 12. Another parent came forward the same month with an allegation that Miller 'menaced their family one evening in their downstairs neighbour's home and acted inappropriately toward' a 12-year-old minor. No charges were filed against Miller and they later released a statement saying, 'I have been unjustly and directly targeted by an individual who the facts have shown has a history of such manipulative and destructive action'. That same month they were accused of allegedly housing a mother and her three children in an unsafe environment at a Vermont farm — though by August, Miller told cops the family hadn't lived there in months. Miller as The Flash in a scene from the DC film. Also in August 2022, Miller was accused of burglarising a Vermont home and allegedly stealing several bottles of alcohol. They pleaded guilty to misdemeanour unlawful trespass and was put on one-year probation. Miller issued an apology later that month and announced they were seeking treatment. 'Having recently gone through a time of intense crisis, I now understand that I am suffering complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment,' they told Variety at the time. 'I want to apologise to everyone that I have alarmed and upset with my past behaviour. I am committed to doing the necessary work to get back to a healthy, safe and productive stage in my life.' The actor has been at the centre of a series of controversies in recent years. Picture:During the interview with the Italian outlet on Thursday, Miller seemingly addressed the drama, waxing philosophical in a rambling set of comments. 'When we go through those crucibles, if we can survive, which was up in the air for me if I'm being real, we then have that capacity to see other people in their crucibles and just to reach towards them,' they said. 'I think that grows more and more rarefied in our world too. Like, the capacity to do that, the desire to do that, the willingness to do that,' they continued. 'We've become very consumed in notions of perception, self-perception, how we're perceived in the world. I really believe in digging past that and being a friend to people. And the people who did that for me, they have my lifelong devotion,' they explained. 'And also I'm grateful for the revelations of who was not that,' they said. 'When you work in this industry, you'll find yourself in deep, deep relation with a lot of people who do not give a single f**k about you, or your well-being, at all. And so, not that I don't hold a lot of remorse and lamentation for a lot of things that I did and a lot of things that happened in that time, but I'm really, really grateful for the lessons that came with that abyss.'
