Police seek suspects after $600 theft at Odessa Ulta Beauty

ODESSA, Texas- The Odessa Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in identifying two individuals involved in a theft at Ulta Beauty.
The incident occurred at the Ulta Beauty store located at 6317 E. Highway 191. On the day of the theft, an unidentified male and female entered the store and stole over $600 worth of merchandise. The suspects were captured on in-store surveillance cameras, and still images have been obtained from the footage.
The Odessa Police Department is now turning to the community for help. If you recognize either individual shown in the surveillance photos, contact Detective M. Troglin directly at 432-284-2012.
Anonymous tips can also be submitted through Odessa Crime Stoppers by calling 432-333-TIPS or by using the P3 Tips mobile app. Be sure to reference Case #25-0006173 when providing any information.

The theft happened Tuesday at the Ulta Beauty on South Veterans Parkway. Officials did not go into detail about the crime or the value of stolen merchandise, but they did release images of the suspects. One is a Black male who was wearing a navy-blue jacket, a white t-shirt and a blue baseball cap. The other is a Black, dark-haired woman who was wearing a red or orange top and floral-patterned pants.
