Moscow - (Saba):
The Russian Ministry of Defense announced today, Friday, that its air defense systems have brought down 61 Ukrainian drones last night.
The ministry wrote in a statement: "During the last night, from 20:00 Moscow time on June 19 this year until 07:00 Moscow time on June 20 this year, the operational air defense systems destroyed 61 Ukrainian drones."
It is noteworthy that 22 of them were destroyed over the province of Oriol, 14 over the Kursk region, seven over Bilgorod Province, and five over the province of Foreung, as three marches were dropped over both Volgograd, Rostov, Tola and Bransk, and another was destroyed over the lands of the Moscow region.
Kiev followed terrorist methods, foremost of which is the use of offensive marches, artillery shelling against civilians and civilian establishments in Russia, in an attempt to pay attention to the failure of what it calls the "counter -attack", which had been announced in June 2023.

Araghchi: Washington requests talks, Tehran refuses amid Israeli aggression
Tehran – SABA: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated on Friday that the United States has requested talks with Iran, but Tehran has rejected the overture, declaring such dialogue impossible while Israeli attacks and aggression continue. In an interview with Iranian state television, Araghchi said: "Under the current circumstances, with the Zionist regime's ongoing attacks against Iran, we have no interest in talks with anyone... The Americans want this—they have sent messages multiple times, serious messages—but we have made it clear to them that unless the aggression stops, there is no room for dialogue or diplomacy," according to Sputnik News Agency. Araghchi emphasized that Iran views the U.S. as a complicit partner in Israel's aggression against the Islamic Republic. "Some countries have mediated and presented proposals, but we have not engaged with the U.S. and will not engage," he added, dismissing reports of direct communication as false.
