The former Little Mix songstress took to her Instagram page to post a video showing her with baby-daddy Zion Foster, 26, as they sat in a hospital ward.
Jesy, 33, is being looked after by doctors due to the high risk pregnancy.
The Boyz hitmaker was previously diagnosed with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS), a rare but serious condition in which blood flows unevenly between identical twins sharing a placenta - putting both babies at risk.
Yet despite the fact she has been frequently hospitalised during her first maternity experience, fans reckon she's now soon set to give birth.
This is because her latest video, which saw Zion applying Jesy's make-up, was captioned with the words: "Part two, the final look."
They were seen sitting in front of a hospital bed as Zion applied Jesy's lipliner.
He asked her: "Does it have to be sharp?" to which she replied: "It doesn't have to be sharp, I just like it to look like my actual lipline."
He rounded off the beauty transformation and said: "That's all done now, happy, everyone's happy.
"Thank you guys."
Yet Jesy, who recently uploaded a series of glam black and white snaps flashing her bump alongside her partner, squealed: "No you haven't finished!"

As he applied blusher with a huge swishing movement she said: "When you watch me do my my make up when have you ever seen me do that on my face?"
As she giggled Zion looked at the camera and said: "There's two different ways to put salt on chips."
Meanwhile, dad to be Zion recently ran the London marathon with less than five weeks training, in order to raise money for the charity Twins Trust in honour of their little ones.

"But, unfortunately, there are complications that come with having identical twins."
Sitting close to partner Zion for comfort, the popstar continued: "The type of twins we are having are called mono/di twins and so normally most twins will have two placentas that they feed off of.
"But when you have mono/di twins, that means your twins live off one placenta which can lead to lots of complications - one of them being one baby might take all the nutrients which, and it's really awful to say, but could lead to both babies dying."
Jesy then said she would be having two scans a week so that her babies were monitored closely.
The popstar previously revealed she was using a wheelchair during her recovery.

Perrie Edwards put on a rare loved-up display with her footballer fiancé Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain as they enjoyed a romantic getaway abroad. And sharing an album of fun snaps to Instagram on Friday, the star looked smitten as they acted playful with one anther while at the dinner table with their son Axel, three. In the pictures Perrie, looked incredible in an emerald halterneck dress which featured a ruched design around the chest. In other snaps, the couple continued to put on a romantic display as Perrie was seen laughing the day away in the sun. Alongside her holiday snaps, she penned: 'Holibobs'. Her trip comes after how she told Alex that she loved him for the first time early in their romance. Appearing on the Capital Evening show with Jimmy Hill, the former Little Mix star revealed how she stumbled over the romantic admission. She said: 'In my real life I can never say exactly what I mean... but I feel like in my music it's different. 'I remember the first time I told Alex I loved him, I was on a night out with the [Little Mix] girls and they were gearing me up - and for some reason I had a pan, right? 'I had a frying pan because Alex told me he liked pancakes so I went out of my way to buy a pan, but we had promo. 'So I'm on a night out, with a frickin' frying pan thinking, 'I'm gonna make his dreams come true, I'm gonna make him pancakes in the morning.' The singer went on: 'I remember saying to the girls, 'I think I love him... but I think he loves me too' and the girls were like, "Then just tell him". 'They geared me up within an inch of life and I was raring to go.' But when it came to the big moment, the singer admitted that she was 'speechless'. She continued: 'I couldn't find the words, I couldn't articulate myself, I was like panicking... my heartbeat was in my head. And I just went, "I think I'm falling in love with you", so aggressively.' After managing to get her words out, she revealed that Alex said he was in love with her too. Perrie released her new single titled You Go Your Way last year. The pair, who now share three-year-old son Axel, matched on celebrity dating app Raya in November 2014 but went on only a couple of dates before Perrie had to embark on a three-month US tour with Little Mix and Ariana Grande. Due to go away on tour for several months, and worried about putting pressure on a very new relationship, Perrie suggested to her now fiancé that they should pause their budding romance and go their separate ways. The song sums up the moment in a relationship where you need to be prepared to let someone go and live their life in the hope that the will one day return. She explained: 'I told Alex, you go your way and I'll go mine and if it's meant to be we'll find each other again when I am back. 'He wasn't happy this idea and made our relationship official there and then! Fast forward eight years and we are very happy, engaged and have our beautiful son. 'I truly believe if you love something, set it free. If it comes back, it's yours. If not it was never meant to be.'

Jesy Nelson 'never felt more lucky' as she shares sweet snaps of twin daughters

Former Little Mix singer Jesy Nelson welcomed her twins on 18 May but only got to take them home last week after they spent some time in the NICU Jesy Nelson admits she's 'never felt more lucky in her life' as she shared snaps of her newborn babies with fans on social media. In a sweet update shared on Instagram, Jesy shared a carousel of snaps and videos of her daughters, Ocean Jade Nelson-Foster and Story Monroe Nelson-Foster, with whom she shares a partner, Zion Foster. She posted pictures of them looking cosy, wrapped up in towels, as well as a video of Zion dancing with one of their babies. ‌ ‌ Jesy also shared numerous snaps of her babies lying on her chest and a snap of them enjoying a sunny day while sleeping in a pram. "Have never ever felt more lucky and blessed in my whole entire life," the singer captioned the wholesome post. Friends and fans rushed to the comment section to share their love for the couple and their newborn babies, with influencer Luke Hamnett writing: "Gorgeous gorgeous family." "You deserve every moment and enjoy every feeling beautiful momma," Safiyya Vorajee commented and one fan added: "You're a beauty human. You deserve such beautiful miracles." In May, Jesy delighted fans when she revealed her children had arrived "healthy and fighting strong" after arriving prematurely. She also recently shared her experience with the girls in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). She wrote in an online post: "Nothing or no one will ever be able to prepare you as a parent for NICU. ‌ "It's the most scary overwhelming feeling of emotions not being able to feel like you can protect your babies. Naturally as a mother you just want to hold them and comfort them when they cry but you can't because there are what feels like a million wires coming out of them. "Tubes and masks in the way with people poking and prodding them, it breaks your heart into a million pieces. "But slowly as the days go by and they get stronger and wires start to come away, moments like this feel like a dream." ‌ The Black Magic singer shared her happiness over the fact her children were reunited together following treatment. She explained: "Having them reunited for the first time ever today was the most magical feeling I will never be able to describe. The strongest little girls I've ever known who really do have the most inspiring story to tell."
