Jesy Nelson updates fans with rare glimpse of partner Zion Foster and twins

Our community members are treated to special offers, promotions and adverts from us and our partners. You can check out at any time. More info Jesy Nelson has melted hearts with an endearing clip of her partner Zion Foster and their tiny newborn daughter engaging in a playful dance, as the couple's twin daughters, recently discharged from hospital, settle into home life. Former band member of Little Mix, Jesy, who embraced motherhood for the first time last month following an extremely tough pregnancy, posted on her Instagram stories on Friday morning. The charming video captured 25-year-old singer Zion tenderly singing to one of his baby girls on their bed, while he demonstrated some lively dad moves and Jesy chuckled along in the background. Just a week prior, Jesy shared the uplifting news that her baby twins had made it to their family home for the first time. The ex-Little Mix vocalist introduced her daughters, named Ocean Jade Nelson-Foster and Story Monroe Nelson-Foster, to the world on May 18. The little ones came prematurely, born at just over 31 weeks, amidst a risk-laden pregnancy troubled by twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome. The 'Mine' singer spent considerable time hospitalised after requiring emergency surgery to safeguard her unborn children. With evident pride, Jesy disclosed that she and her daughters have returned home, just shy of a month since they were born, making it back in time for her own birthday celebration. In an Instagram post shared last week, the songstress uploaded a snapshot cradling her girls at home, appending the heartfelt words: "My babies made it home for my birthday," reports the Mirror. In May, Jesy Nelson shared the heartwarming news with her followers that her little ones had arrived "healthy and fighting strong" despite being born prematurely. More recently, she opened up about her daunting time spent in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) with her daughters. In an emotional online message, she disclosed: "Nothing or no one will ever be able to prepare you as a parent for NICU." Describing the harrowing experience, she continued, "It's the most scary overwhelming feeling of emotions not being able to feel like you can protect your babies. Naturally as a mother you just want to hold them and comfort them when they cry but you can't because there are what feels like a million wires coming out of them. Tubes and masks in the way with people poking and prodding them, it breaks your heart into a million pieces." Jesy, known for her hit 'Black Magic', couldn't hide her elation when her children were finally reunited after their treatments. She went on to say: "Having them reunited for the first time ever today was the most magical feeling I will never be able to describe. The strongest little girls I've ever known who really do have the most inspiring story to tell." The former Little Mix star, Jesy, and 25 year old musician Zion have been in an intermittent relationship since January 2022. Throughout Jesy's pregnancy and hospitalisation, Zion has been a constant source of support by her side. In early May, the couple sparked rumours of a secret wedding when Zion posted a series of black and white snaps on social media, showing him and Jesy grinning and chuckling together in bed. Jesy fuelled speculation by commenting "My husband" beneath the photos, which sent fans into a frenzy of excitement.

Perrie Edwards reveals return to the stage after kickstarting her solo career as she announces she will perform at huge sporting event

Perrie Edwards has revealed she is returning to the stage after kickstarting her solo career, with the singer set to perform at The Hundred Final. The former Little Mix star, 31, will take to the stage at Lord's on August 31 to bring the annual sporting event, which kicks off on August 5, to a close. Perrie's debut solo single Forget About Us stormed into the UK top 10 last year, and she gushed she's planning to bring 'the whole shebang' to her upcoming performance. The Hundred is set to enter its fifth year with this year's tournament, bringing live music and DJs to every fixture from emerging talent and established stars across eight host cities. 'I'm bringing the whole shebang – dancers, great tunes and amazing staging – everything!' she said. 'An electric crowd, amazing sport in a truly iconic venue: I can't think of a better Sunday night. 'I'll be doing everything I can to help make this a truly unforgettable occasion. Performing for this crowd at the Final will be an incredible experience. See you there!' For the fifth year running, The Hundred has curated its music line-up in collaboration with BBC Introducing. The partnership supports unsigned, undiscovered and under the radar artists from across the UK, providing a platform to perform at some of the UK's biggest cricket grounds. It comes after Perrie admitted she fears she 'might die' as she opened up about her ongoing battle with panic disorder. In an interview on Alison Hammond 's Big Weekend, Perrie invited the presenter into her home and spoke openly about how anxiety has affected her everyday life. Perrie said: 'I've developed panic disorder. So it's the fear of having a panic attack. A few years ago, I started suffering from severe panic attacks. 'I then developed a fear of having one again because I was like, if I'm on my own and have a panic attack, I might die, and nobody will be here to help.' She candidly added: 'That's why I'm never on my own. Never. I'm always with somebody. I don't like the feeling of feeling like I'm gonna die.' Last year, the star also shared insight into the challenges of being a solo artist, after releasing her third single You Go Your Own Way following her debut single Forget About Us and Tears. She told MailOnline: 'It's actually nothing like I expected it to be.' 'It's just different. I just feel like the industry is very different at the moment. The way we work is very different and the way we promote it is very different. 'And that's not saying that it's not good or not bad it's just not used to being in the band but like I said, I just love singing, I love making music and creating and all that process is the best part ever.' Asked about the high and lows of the job, she confirmed she still loves being on stage more than anything else. 'Definitely being able to just sing and perform like nothing makes me happier than being on stage,' gushed Perrie. She then added: 'But then also, it's harder to start from scratch and I'm not going to get to that place any time soon so it's hard work to get me there, you know, I just want to be on the big stage.'
