Orange Cat Carries Around Tiny Stuffed Animal in His Likeness and It's Too Sweet
Just like kids, sometimes our pets have security blankies or toys they carry around everywhere. Leroy Brown is an orange cat who has a favorite stuffie - it's an adorable little kitty that looks just like him!
The video starts with Leroy walking down the stairs with his emotional support kitty in his mouth. His mom, Wendi, says he always has his baby, and we absolutely love this cute video!
Wendi has posted other videos of Leroy with his baby, too. He really does always have his emotional support with him, and it's so sweet to see how gentle he is with it. @Madison <3 agreed, "Awww I didn't realize it was a stuffed kitten until the end MY FREAKING HEART!!! He needs a kitten ASAP!!!"Orange cats have big, quirky personalities and are really like the class clowns of the cat world. While we all refer to them as orange cats, they are not a distinct breed. They're actually just orange tabby cats, but tabbies aren't a breed of their own either! When people refer to tabby cats, they're really talking about their common coat pattern - their striped coats.
Do all orange cats look the same? There are some characteristics to look for. Cats.com shares, "Though each orange tabby is different, tabbies in general have specific characteristics that are easily identified. These include banding on the legs and tail, an M-shaped marking on the forehead, white or dark lining around the eyes, pigment on the paws and lips, thin 'pencil' lines on the face, and a pale color on the chin and belly.
Did you know that most orange cats are male - about 80% of them are. Facts.net explains the 'Ginger Gene', 'The captivating orange fur of these cats is due to a gene called 'O' (for orange), which is located on the X chromosome. This gene determines the production of orange pigment, called pheomelanin, in the fur. Interestingly, male cats only need one copy of the 'O' gene to display an orange coat, while females must have two copies. This unique genetic arrangement results in the majority of orange cats being male.'

It all started with this fluffy senior Siberian cat 'screaming' her heart out at the top of the stairs. Naturally, this is quite the adorable spectacle, and Miss Nonna's human wanted to film this unruly act of adorableness. The problem was that Miss Nonna is a little shy. As soon as the camera was out, she would clam up like she had just caught a sudden case of stage fright. Undeterred, Miss Nonna's human decided to pull a sneaky move in order to film their cat's rantings and ravings; they hid their phone at the top of the stairs and started recording while the beloved feline companion was enough, Miss Nonna was completely oblivious to the camera first. She started meowing to her fluffy heart's content, but after a moment, the camera finally caught her eye. Suddenly filled with curiosity, she started to approach the camera while continuing to meow loudly. But, just as Miss Nonna reached the camera, something remarkable happened. She began to speak as only a feline can. 'Herrow?' She said. And then again, and again, saying 'herrow' to her newest friend, the camera! As this other video shows, Miss Nonna is indeed a very vocal kitty. As such, it is not uncommon for her to give 'updates' to her human whenever she feels they are necessary. But Miss Nonna, being the complex feline that she is, doesn't always just give her human a straightforward meow when she wants to communicate. Sometimes, she will squeak to speak. And squeak in this clip, she does! While we would never presume to speak for Miss Nonna, we do feel confident in encouraging her to speak her mind. As it shows, our feline companions are very crafty and can be rather unscrupulous when it comes to snagging a nice, tasty snack for themselves. This adorable little orange cat clearly has one thing on his mind as he attempts his snack robbery. However, it's his precious reaction to getting caught that is stealing our hearts. Ever the sly thief, this mischievous orange cat makes his way into the snack pantry. At first, he manages to get a lone paw into the pantry and begins feeling his way around to see if anything worth taking is within his reach. After a moment, he decides to poke his head in there to get a better look at things. That's when he spots a bag of tasty treats ready for the begins pawing at the package, pulling his prize towards him, and that's when he suddenly realizes that his little food robbery is being caught on camera. Unsurprisingly, this gives this little orange cat a good pause. He proceeded to take a long, hard look into the camera, perhaps reconsidering whether his little robbery attempt was even worth it anymore. But after a moment, he decided that it most definitely was, and proceeded to make off with his snack bag in tow! So much for this orange cat's conscience getting the better of him, LOL. The orange cat's behavior in that video is nothing new to many cat parents. A lot of them undoubtedly have stories of their beloved feline companions stealing all kinds of objects from them. But why do cats do this? There can be several possible reasons for this. It could be because cats are naturally hunters and thus have predatory instincts. So, pawing at something small and then running away with that thing in their mouth can be seen as sharpening vital hunting skills. It could also just be that they are looking for attention or are in a playful mood. Some animals, cats included, also like to hoard things, which could be links to their instincts to gather food and bring it closer to home. Whatever reasons the orange cat in this video had for stealing that snack bag, all we know is that no other cat burglar ever looked at this adorable will being caught red-handed. Many cat parents will likely tell you that their feline children are some very particular individuals. Now, don't get us wrong, we are not taking on cats in any way, shape, or form. We are simply commenting on their proclivity for grumpiness. The tabby cat, Mr. Milo, for example, is very discerning about the type of behavior that he deems acceptable from his animal siblings. As this video shows, Mr. Milo did not approve of most of what they do. In his opinion, he is 'surrounded by a bunch of buffoons,' and even made a video about it to air his grievances about the comings and goings of the other animals in his house. Mr. Milo's first grievance is against his rambunctious Golden Retriever sibling, Beckham. The problem is that, like many North American house sloths, Beckham cannot resist playing with his squeaky toy nonstop. All of the incessant squeaking sounds like nails screeching across the chalkboard to Mr. Milo's sensitive feline ears. But don't make the mistake of thinking that this tabby cat only takes issue with canine buffoonery. No, Mr. Milo doesn't give a pass to feline shenanigans either. He is particularly perceived with his feline sister, Maisie, who won't stop fighting the rug for reasons that are 'unbeknownst' to him. Mr. Milo simply could not be 'more disappointed with her foolish behavior.' As for his other feline sister, a black cat named Poppy, whose big, blank eyes seem to indicate that she has trouble thinking, Mr. Milo is no more grumpy cat takes issue with the way Poppy stares 'into the abyss while her only brain cell sparks like a faulty wire.' Mr. Milo's next grievance was reserved for Beckham once again. This time, his dopey Golden Retriever sibling had 'decided to commit unspeakable acts where he violated his own bedding.' And this was after 'torturing' the household with his squeaky toy for over an hour. Mr. Milo is so displeased with this raucous, raunchy display that he declared he would 'file another grievance with HR.' Later, when Mr. Milo attempted to get away from all the nonsense ruining his household, Poppy followed him and 'fired up her only brain cell,' just so she could ruin his 'peace.' To conclude this video, Mr. Milo stated that his household was nothing more than an utter 'disgrace.' But, it's not just his feline siblings that Mr. Milo takes issue with; he also has plenty of grievances against his human parents. In this other video, he highlights all the ways that 'humans may be toxic.' From staying up past his bedtime, to being two minutes late to feed him, and leaving the house for the day to go to work, even though their only real job is to take care of his every whim, Mr. Milo has some very strong opinions about what both human and animal are allowed to do around him.
