The final Case of the Week was no great shakes. It showed promise as a 'ripped from the headlines' riff on Elon Musk and DOGE (here named BOGO) shutting down government agencies and firing federal workers en masse, complete with young tech bros calling the shots. The twist was that two of the BOGO bros were working a side hustle and schemed to access a federal server so as to create a 'kill switch' for the national cyber grid, to auction off to the highest bidder. In the end, though, they were in over their head and a quite inept, so both were either shot or in cuffs by almost 10:45 pm.
The rest of the episode — including a cold open set in Houston, where Nina showed her sister off to Dallas, before having a nice moment with their father — was focused on team member updates and, ultimately, closure.
Whilst sitting on a POI, Nina updated Ray on the sitch with her sis, after which he shared that he and Cory are having another baby.
Then, at a 'soft opening' for Remy and Abby's restaurant/58th birthday party for the former, more updates trickled out. Hana shared that Ethan would be leaving rehab, 90 days clean, and they are moving in together. And there was more talk of the Nina/Tink and Ray/Cora developments.
Remy then took the floor and detailed how, at age 58, he had decided not to once again apply to supercede the Bureau's mandatory retirement age (57). Instead, he told SAC Castille that he has decided to retire, so as to 'spend more time with the love of my life' as well as their new business venture.
And who better to fill Remy's shoes than Sheryll, who will pass on the opportunity in D.C. and instead step up as the New York Fugitive Task Force's new team leader!
Remy then led everyone, drinks in hand, outside the dive bar-turned-restaurant to 'see something.' He then flicked a switch to reveal the establishment's new sign and name: The Muster Room, which Abby signed off on.
'To family,' Remy toasted, as the camera pulled back on the team, and the series faded to black…

The Doors Surge On iTunes As The Band Celebrates Six Decades

The Doors surge on iTunes charts as The Very Best of The Doors hits No. 13 and both "Lift My Fire" ... More and "Riders on the Storm" return after a major CBS interview. UNSPECIFIED - CIRCA 1970: Photo of Doors Photo by MichaelThe two remaining members of The Doors, Robbie Krieger and John Densmore, recently took part in an interview with CBS Sunday Morning to celebrate 60 years since the founding of the iconic rock group. The musicians – who have largely been supporting the band's highly-prized catalog, rather than working on new music – were also promoting an upcoming new book titled Night Divides the Day: The Doors Anthology, which arrived this spring. The musical legends are benefiting from renewed interest in their music, generated by the publicity, as Americans are returning to some of the band's classics once again. The Doors Return to the iTunes Albums Chart The Doors are currently climbing multiple iTunes charts in the United States. The band sits highest on the iTunes Top Albums ranking, where The Very Best of The Doors looks like it might soon break into the top 10. The compilation, which gathers together many of the group's most familiar tracks, rockets more than 150 spaces and lands at No. 13. At the same time, the band's self-titled full-length reenters the 200-spot roster at No. 97 — and it could climb further in the coming hours and days. "Riders on the Storm" and "Light My Fire" Reappear The Doors also occupy just as many spaces on the iTunes Top Songs tally, scoring a pair of bestselling cuts with "Riders on the Storm" and "Light My Fire." The two compositions have long reigned as some of the most easily recognizable entries in the group's discography, and both now reappear on the list of the bestselling songs on iTunes in the U.S. "Riders on the Storm" narrowly cracks the upper half of the list, settling at No. 97, while "Light My Fire" comes in at No. 114.

‘The Great One' Jackie Gleason had a big role in South Florida. Take a look

You may know Jackie Gleason just from the name of a Miami Beach theater. He was much more than that. Gleason brought his TV show to the city from New York in the 1960s and he retired to Inverrary in Lauderhill, spending lots of time on the golf course. 'The Jackie Gleason Show,' a fixture on CBS since 1952 and featuring 'The Honeymooners,' moved to Miami Beach in 1964 and stayed there until it went off the air in 1970. Each week during his variety show from 'the sun and fun capital of the world,' Gleason proclaimed: 'The Miami Beach audience is the greatest audience in the world!' In the summer of 1964, Gleason made a highly publicized 36-hour train trip from New York to Florida, when he and more than 100 actors, dancers, musicians, crew members and their families moved south for the TV show. Miami Beach at the time estimated that Gleason's working in South Florida was worth $9 million a year in publicity alone. Every show opened with a dramatic water view of the skyline. Gleason did his show at the Miami Beach Auditorium, later converted to a performing arts center and now known as The Fillmore Miami Beach at The Jackie Gleason Theater. Fire Country Season 4: Release date rumors, cast updates and what to expect next

By Aman Shukla Published on June 22, 2025, 20:17 IST Last updated June 22, 2025, 20:18 IST Okay, Fire Country fans, let's dive into the latest updates on Season 4! After that gut-punch of a Season 3 finale, fans are dying to know what's next for Bode, Sharon, and the whole Edgewater crew. Between cast shake-ups, spinoff hype, and those pesky release date rumors, there's a ton to unpack. So, grab a coffee (or something stronger), and let's dish on everything we know—or think we know—about Fire Country Season 4. Fire Country Season 4 Potential Release Date As of right now, June 2025, CBS is keeping us in suspense with no official release date for Season 4. The show got the green light back in February 2025, which is a big vote of confidence. Word on the street (and by street, we mean X posts and TVLine reports) is that filming kicks off in Vancouver this July. That lines up nicely for a September or October 2025 premiere, probably in that trusty Friday 9 p.m. ET slot on CBS. Cast Updates: Who's Returning and Who's Leaving? The Fire Country Season 3 finale dropped some major bombshells, and the cast for Season 4 will look noticeably different. Here's a breakdown of who's in. Max Thieriot as Bode Leone : The heart of the show, Bode, is confirmed to return. As a newly freed firefighter, his journey to redemption will continue to drive the story. Thieriot, who also serves as an executive producer and co-creator, has teased 'game-changing' developments for his character. Kevin Alejandro as Manny Perez : Manny, Gabriela's father and a key figure at Station 42, is expected back, bringing his blend of tough love and leadership. Jordan Calloway as Jake Crawford : Jake's role as interim battalion chief in the Season 3 finale sets him up for a bigger leadership arc in Season 4. Diane Farr as Sharon Leone : Despite being caught in the Season 3 finale's collapse, Sharon is expected to survive and return, especially with her ties to the upcoming spinoff Sheriff Country . Jules Latimer as Eve Edwards: Eve's resilience and growth make her a fan favorite, and she's confirmed to be back for more. What to Expect in Fire Country Season 4 The Season 3 finale left fans with a heart-stopping cliffhanger: a fire consumed Walter's care facility, trapping Vince, Sharon, and Walter as the building collapsed. Bode watched in horror, setting the stage for an emotionally charged Season 4. Here's what we can anticipate: Storylines to Watch Bode's Big Moment: If Vince doesn't make it (I'm still in denial), Bode's gonna be a mess. He's already got guilt from his rebel stunt causing the fire, so expect some heavy soul-searching. Maybe he'll finally step up as a leader to honor his dad. Jake's Time to Shine: With Jake as interim chief, I'm curious if he'll clash with the team or prove he's the real deal. Jordan Calloway's got the chops to carry this arc. New Disasters: Fire Country thrives on high-stakes action, and Season 4 will likely deliver more epic fires, floods, or other emergencies. Max Thieriot has hinted at 'crazy action stunt sequences' that will keep viewers glued to their screens. Ahmedabad Plane Crash Aman Shukla is a post-graduate in mass communication .
