Sam Thompson was left red-faced after his date confronted him about his pebble dashed toilet.
The 32-year-old TV personality - who split with his long-term girlfriend Zara McDermott earlier this year - was "quite hungover" when he recently invited a woman to his house to eat a "couple of steaks" and have a chat, but Sam was sweating buckets when she told him that he had forgotten to clean the loo.

Chatting to his 37-year-old reality TV star pal Pete Wicks on the latest episode of their Staying Relevant podcast, he shared: "I had the worst experience ever. By the way, if you are cooking a couple of steaks, or you are cooking for someone and it's one of your first few dates, you've got to clean your loos.

"That was a real f****** problem. I'm not joking this is God's honest truth. I'd never met her before, she comes round for a couple of steaks, mate she went downstairs, she goes, 'Can I use your bathroom?' And I was like, 'Yeah, sure.'
"She goes downstairs into the basement. I was already hungover, this made me want to throw up into the sink. She came back upstairs and went, 'I just want to make it clear that downstairs wasn't me.'
"The panic that I had! ... It was so bad. She said, 'I want you to know that it wasn't me. I don't know who it was.'

"I went, 'Oh no, it wasn't me either. I had some friends round, we had some drinks, and one of them probably done that.'"
Sam also revealed the pair spent "two minutes" going back and forth denying it was them who caused the mess.
He added: "I already know how not true that sounds, and I've gone so red and I'm sweating. She goes, 'No, it's fine I just want you to know it's not me.'

"So we spent about two minutes both to each other - having not met before - going, 'It wasn't me.' And her going, 'It wasn't me either.'
The former Made in Chelsea star also revealed that he farts in his spare bedroom's toilet in the morning if he wakes up next to someone.
He explained: "I will wake up in the morning and for some reason, I get really bad stomach aches. I get stomach cramps in the morning, and more often than not, I do need to let off a little bit of wind.

"I have woken up next to whoever it may be, and I've needed to fart. I will have to go and get out of bed, and go to the spare room and go and fart in that loo at six in the morning, just so I don't fart next to them.
"So I'll go in, and I'll pull [my] cheeks apart so you don't get any of that [farting] sound because if you do that, it's just air ...
"I think it's just good manners."

Zara McDermott reveals she's 'taking a step back' from 'negative' social media just days after boyfriend Louis Tomlinson and ex Sam Thompson's feud was exposed

has revealed she's 'taking a step back' from 'negative' social media just days after boyfriend Louis Tomlinson and ex Sam Thompson 's feud was exposed. The Strictly star, 28, took to her Instagram Stories with a lengthy post following MailOnline exclusively revealing the One Direction singer, 33, brutally snubbing former Made In Chelsea star Sam, 32, after the full-time whistle blew at Soccer Aid. Zara went public with Louis in March, following her split from the I'm A Celeb winner on New Years Day after a five year romance. Taking to social media she thanked fans for their support over her recent documentary, before revealing she would be taking a break to be 'more present'. She wrote: 'I also just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who messaged me with regards to the story I posted the other day. If you didn't see it; I spoke about developing my next documentary and how I've been thinking of how to create a project about domestic abuse, coercive control and tech abuse'. 'I had thousands of message and I'm still going through them, but I wanted to say the biggest thank you ever. It's so nice speaking to you all because I've definitely taken a bit of a step back from socials to focus on my documentaries and other work / just focusing on being more present recently'. She went on: 'Social media feels quite heavy and a negative space sometimes... so to be able to feel like we can work together to do something super positive is a great feeling. thank you again. forever grateful to all of you who continue to support the work i do. it really means SO much'. In a video obtained by MailOnline from Old Trafford on Sunday, Louis was seen embracing players and coaching staff from both sets of teams before conducting a TV interview. But the singer ignored Sam when he came into view, turning his attention away and grimacing, before walking over to exchange pleasantries with other Soccer Aid stars. Insiders were anticipating an awkward encounter between the pair after Louis started dating Zara shortly after the Soccer Aid squads were announced. While Sam and Louis did their best to dispel speculation of a feud by avoiding each other during the Soccer Aid training and match, the video, taken by a fan, proves animosity between the pair rumbles on. An insider added: 'Louis is seen literally embracing every squad member on both sides, except Sam. And the fact he looks away as soon as he comes into eyesight says it all. 'Given the charity context of the occasion there was no way either Louis or Sam were going to let their emotions get the better of them, they were there to raise money and succeeded. But there's clearly no love lost between them.' They avoided each other during a training session in the buildup to the match at Soccer Aid HQ, Champneys in Tring and were stationed on different sides of the changing room at Old Trafford, as they managed to keep any possible tension at bay. Insiders were anticipating an awkward encounter between the pair after Louis started dating Zara shortly after the Soccer Aid squads were announced Before Sunday's match, which raised over £15million for UNICEF, The Sun revealed Sam and Louis both attended a team bonding session at the squad's hotel to ease any tension. Sam raised over £2million for the charity by taking part in a gruelling challenge, transporting the Soccer Aid match ball from Stamford Bridge, West London, to Old Trafford, Manchester, a 260-mile journey, via foot and bike. He managed to complete the task but picked up so many injuries, the reality star was unable to feature prominently in the actual match. The England teammates did not appear on the field together during the game, which was eventually won by the Rest of the World team, after Louis was withdrawn at half-time and Sam was introduced as a substitute with minutes remaining. Speaking on his podcast, Staying Relevant, which he co-hosts with close friend Pete Wicks, Sam discussed overcoming a difficult start to the year by thoroughly committing himself to his Soccer Aid challenge. Sam explained: 'I have never been so low but also so high at the same time... One of the things that I will say is that mentally I don't think there was a better time for me to do that. 'On Thursday, I left a lot on that road, I left a lot there and it was one of the most mentally freeing times I've ever had in my entire life. 'We rode and ran for the longest duration, all the way down the Welsh border and we finished in Liverpool, you know I'm a bit of a talker, but it was so hard, you just had to channel something. 'I left a lot of the year that I've had on that road, and I didn't speak for an hour and a half. I was riding the bike while crying for an hour and a half just tears streaming down my face just riding like I have never ridden before. 'I have never felt so emotionally depleted but also at peace.'

Inflatable garden pool loved by Zara McDermott is slashed to £35 in Amazon sale

Last year Zara McDermott shared her genius Amazon find for staying cool in the garden, and now the inflatable tanning pool is slashed to £35 in the sale With this weekend set to be another scorching one, we'll all be planning on spending as much time outdoors in the garden as possible. However even if you don't intend on doing anything more than lying around, the heat can end up being too much. Then we remembered one of Zara McDermott 's most brilliant purchases which she shared last year; the Sloosh Inflatable Tanning Pool. The inflatable combines a paddling pool and a sun lounger to create somewhere comfortable to relax whilst still keeping you cool, and it's currently on sale down to £34.99. You can choose from either a XL pool which is large enough for two people, or a size large which is just the right size for one person, or a couple of kids. The prices do vary depending on which size you get, with the large one reduced from £39.99 to £34.99, whilst the XL one is priced at £49.99, although these prices also vary depending on which colourway you choose. Last year on her Instagram stories, Zara shared a video showing just how quick and easy it was to set up the inflatable. It can be inflated in minutes – either manually or with an air pump – and then filled with water using a garden hose for a refreshing way to cool off. While Zara enjoyed using the Sloosh Inflatable Tanning Pool in her back garden, it's also safe to use on the water, making it a great travel essential. You can use it with or without water inside, and it features a wraparound rope so you can tether it to a boat, dock, or another float—ideal for added safety if you're heading into the sea. For extra comfort, it includes an inflatable pillow and two built-in 3" cup holders, so you can stay hydrated while you relax. Made from durable PVC, it's tough enough to resist snags or punctures, even on rougher surfaces. If you do just want a regular pool to cool off in, this Bestway Rectangular 7ft Paddling Pool from Argos is a steal at £20. You can also pick a similar Intex Swim Centre Family Inflatable Pool which measures 2.6 metres long and 1.75 metres wide and is priced £24.49 on Amazon. Amazon shoppers, however, are raving about Zara's Sloosh Inflatable Tanning Pool. One wrote: 'I love it! It was easy to inflate, I used an electric pump to make it faster. Very comfortable, you can relax in the sun. Finally something that holds air as I have tried many others and ended up returning but this one is really good.' Someone else agreed: 'I just love it. I'm 7ft tall and it fits me just perfectly, and the colour and design look stunning in the sunshine. The ribbed base and pillow give you a perfect level of comfort (I keep falling asleep on it), and the pillow can be removed as well. You can also fill it with water to prevent yourself from getting too hot, and it also has a drainage plug.' Some weren't as happy with their order, with one writing: 'Considering the price point, this is good but I had to return the first one as it had a hole in it.' Another chimed in: 'I wanted to love this so much. Easy to set up and great cushion but got a hole during our first use.' Others, however, were thrilled, with one writing: 'Easy to pump up lots of room, saves water too,' whilst others agreed: 'Love it easy to put up and put away and exactly what I needed as a pool would be too much for me to deal with.' Finally someone else wrote: 'Loved this through the summer, fill with pillows and blankets to read in the sun or fill with water and relax. Easy to use.' Changing faces of the Made in Chelsea stars: How show's posh cast have splashed the cash on Botox, new teeth and even salmon sperm facials - and some are looking VERY different

When Made in Chelsea first burst onto our screens 13 years ago it featured a sea of young stars in their early 20s as they navigated a life of luxury in SW3. The E4 show proved hugely popular with viewers and made the likes of Spencer Matthews, Ollie Locke and Louise Thompson household names. The cast have gone on to have varying success since the show took off and most look very different now to when they first rose to fame. Many have admitted to having work done, getting new teeth, or have had incredible glow ups and body transformations. And recent instalments of the series have seen cast member try out tweakments ranging from basic Botox to salmon sperm facials. But who has changed the most in the years since their King's Road antics Millie Mackintosh A fellow OG from the show, Millie mackintosh was involved in some of Made In Chelsea's most explosive arguments. And amid her lavish life with fellow MIC alum husband Hugo Taylor, Millie has kept herself looking fresh via tweakments. She got candid about treatments last year as she shared photos and videos of her getting a number of procedures, insisting that she isn't trying to 'drastically change her appearance', but said it was all about 'enhancing what's already there'. Millie explained that she gets both microblading and lamination on her eyebrows to save her time drawing them on, and has been getting her hair dyed more blonde. She added that she gets Botox done three times a year and also showed herself undergoing two polynucleotides treatments - referred to as salmon sperm injections - under her eyes and in her scalp. Millie added that she also underwent a 'baby face facial' and a 'genius lift on the back of my legs to tighten the skin'. She wrote: 'Whenever I do a Q&A I am always flooded with questions about which beauty treatments I recommend. 'I am really interested in cutting edge technology and for me it's enhancing what's already there. It's not about drastically changing my appearance, but more about boosting my confidence and feeling like the best version of myself. 'I've always believed in being completely transparent when it comes to which tweakments I've had, because it's important to me to be honest about what goes on behind the scenes. I've been loving how these treatments can give that natural, healthy glow while still looking like me!' Spencer Matthews Spencer pictured at the Cartier International Polo Day in 2011 (left). After leaving the show Spencer had an incredible body transformation after going sober following and starting a strict fitness regime (seen right in 2024) during his 30-day marathon challenge Spencer is arguably the most famous face to come out of the show - with the star leaving the series and going on have huge success. The businessman, now 36, decided to take a step back from the series after season 10, in 2015 after firmly cementing his status as Chelsea's resident bad boy. His time on the show was marked by his tumultuous relationships with Louise Thompson and Lucy, both of whom he cheated on. After leaving the show he had an incredible body transformation after going sober following and starting a strict fitness regime. Spencer, who shares with three children with his wife Vogue Williams, has been open about his journey to sobriety. He previously spoke about his body transformation, revealing that his life was 'spiralling out of control' on the show due to a 'drinking problem'. Spencer said: 'My life was spiralling out of control. During Made In Chelsea I had a drinking problem. 'I would drink to excess almost daily and had a deluded sense of grandeur. I was uncomfortable in my own skin and change felt like too much of an effort. 'I thought that because I was a prominent character on a popular TV show that things would just happen for me, not realising that any kind of real success only comes through hard graft and determination. I had no routine, no motivation, no drive and no plan. 'My unsustainable appetite for socializing became detrimental to my health and wellness.' The former Jump contestant gave up drinking after welcoming his first child back in 2018, even going on to found his own brand CleanCo, which provides alternatives to alcohol. Spencer also credits his new body to 'training religiously' and 'weightlifting three times a week'. Ollie Locke Ollie, now 37, was one of the original Made In Chelsea stars with his coming out being one of the most memorable scenes from the show. He burst onto screens in 2011 and gained legions of fans with his fun-filled female friendships with Binky and housemate Cheska Hull. Ollie has appeared on the show on and off in the years that followed and even returned for the most recent series which began in October 2024. He is now married to husband Gareth and the pair welcomed twins via surrogate in August 2023. Thanks to chopping his flowing mane, Ollie now certainly looks a lot different to the tanned and hirsute nightclub promoter who first appeared in series one. And he's been filmed having Botox before, so he's not shy about promoting his love of an aesthetic procedure. Ollie also went under the knife to pin his ears back in July 2012 and he was seen leaving a practice in Harley Street with a bandage wrapped around his head. At the time, Dr Yannick, who performed the surgery said: 'Mr. Locke came to me a while ago with his concerns about his ears, and after a couple of consultations we decided to operate yesterday, ahead of his filming schedule for series 4 of Made In Chelsea, which I believe starts next week.' Louise Thompson After a brief appearance in series one, Louise became a fully fledged cast member in season two in 2011, looking every inch the preppy university student. She was best known for her explosive breakup with Spencer before she moved on to another serious relationship with Andy Jordan. In an interview after she left the series in 2019, the star, now 34, admitted that she used to get Botox but has now quit the procedure after analysing the risks involved. She said: 'I have had Botox before but I wouldn't get it again for a couple of reasons. 'Mainly because it can trigger reactions and that's not a risk I'm willing to take any more. 'I don't want these alien substances to be floating around in my bloodstream and in my skin cells and all that stuff — I want to be as clear of that as possible.' Louise now shares son Leo with her partner Ryan and runs a sportwear and fitness company. Sam Thompson Sam joined the cast of Made In Chelsea as Louise's energetic little brother and his main storyline involved his on-off relationship with Lucy's younger sister Tiffany Watson. Sam, now 32, has had quite the transformation since first being on the show after working on his physique and sporting noticeably straighter teeth. Last month Sam said he'd been 'rumbled' after his changed appearance sparked comments from fans. The podcast and radio host had been ignoring comments that have questioned whether he has had a cosmetic procedure. The star then revealed he'd undergone a salmon-sperm facial which is described as a unique skincare treatment that involves the injection of polynucleotides derived from salmon milt (fish semen). Pete Wicks asked him on their joint Staying Relevant podcast: 'What the f**k have you done to your face?' to which Sam replied: 'I've had salmon sperm'. Pete then brutally replied: 'Yeah, it's gone badly...' before Sam tried to defend his appearance and said it needed to 'settle in' before Pete read out messages from viewers asking about Sam's new look. Eventually, he confessed: 'Zara made me get botox,' leaving Pete with his jaw on the floor. Sam explained: 'I was on the chair to get salmon sperm.... I won't be doing it again, let's leave it there.' Binky Felstead Another star to be a main feature of Made In Chelsea since the beginning was Binky Felstead, who joined Lucy Watson on Beyond Chelsea last year. But she also looks a far cry from the young party girl fans saw on screens, transforming into an ultra chic fitness mummy. The mother-of-three shares Wilder, nine months, and son Wolfie, two, with her husband Max Darnton, and a daughter India, five, with her ex Josh Patterson. While she said in 2023 she wouldn't rule out having surgery post-partum, Binky has focused on toning up through gruelling fitness sessions. She was once even seen using son Wilder as a weight for a home workout, holding him in the air as she did sit ups and lunges, giving her a bit of weight for her arms to hold. She often shares her exercise routines with her 1.4M followers and continued to do so throughout her most recent pregnancy. Binky even took on critics of pregnancy workouts in 2018, insisting that working out in her third trimester of her pregnancy with India had positive effects on her mental health and body. She said: 'As a first-time mum, you are already aware that people are anti-exercise in case it does harm the baby but with the research you're doing your body good and your baby good. 'It helps you with labour, it keeps me and my mind at ease. I suffer from anxiety so I feel so much better.' Rosie Fortescue Rosie, now 34, was also in the original line up for the show and has been open about getting some work done (seen right in 2011) Rosie, now 34, was also in the original line up for the show and has been open about getting some work done. The jewellery CEO revealed last year that she tried composite bonding to give her teeth a more even look. On Instagram, she gushed: 'Ignore the state of me but beyond thrilled with my bonding. So natural but perfect at the same time. This isn't an ad, I just love @drrhonaeskander's work.' She also was seen in Tuesday night's Beyond Chelsea visiting an aesthetics practitioner to get advice on some tweakments. LUCY WATSON Lucy first joined Made In Chelsea in 2012 and quickly became a fan favourite with her straight talking and no nonsense attitude. The star, now 33, had some huge storylines including her ill-fated romances with lotharios Spencer Matthews, Jamie Laing and Andy Jordan. Appearing on last year's spin-off show Beyond Chelsea, Lucy joked she had a 'whole new face' eight years on from leaving the show. Binky Felstead asked Lucy if she and her husband James Dunmore who she met on the E4 series would ever let their son Willoughby, now seven months, watch the show. Lucy replied saying: 'We would let Willoughby watch it to see how mummy and daddy met. But we weren't as hot back then! 'James has had new teeth, I've now got a whole new face! No I'm joking...' She has previously insisted that she hasn't had any work done, but in the past it hadn't stopped many from speculating that she'd had the odd tweakment here or there. When she first started on Made in Chelsea she had a natural look but a few years on some commented on her plumper lips. But in 2015, the star denied all the rumours and told OK!: 'I think it's because I've changed my pose. 'I used to do a really fake smile but now I've started to pout and people have got a bit over-excited. If I had something done I'd be totally open about it.' Tiffany Watson Tiffany, now 30, burst onto Made in Chelsea screens as Sam's girlfriend which provided many story lines - as well as her heated fights with sister Lucy (seen left in 2014) Tiffany raised eyebrows in 2018 when her appearance at the National Television Awards left fans questioning whether she's had a boob job Tiffany, now 30, burst onto Made in Chelsea screens as Sam's girlfriend which provided many story lines - as well as her heated fights with sister Lucy. Tiffany raised eyebrows in 2018 when her appearance at the National Television Awards left fans questioning whether she's had a boob job. In 2022 she did however admit to getting lip fillers in a TikTok post where she said: '@harleystinjectables are the only people I now trust with my lips. 'We did 0.4ml keeping it natural.'
