Changing faces of the Made in Chelsea stars: How show's posh cast have splashed the cash on Botox, new teeth and even salmon sperm facials - and some are looking VERY different

Daily Mail19 hours ago

When Made in Chelsea first burst onto our screens 13 years ago it featured a sea of young stars in their early 20s as they navigated a life of luxury in SW3.
The E4 show proved hugely popular with viewers and made the likes of Spencer Matthews, Ollie Locke and Louise Thompson household names.
The cast have gone on to have varying success since the show took off and most look very different now to when they first rose to fame.
Many have admitted to having work done, getting new teeth, or have had incredible glow ups and body transformations.
And recent instalments of the series have seen cast member try out tweakments ranging from basic Botox to salmon sperm facials.
But who has changed the most in the years since their King's Road antics
Millie Mackintosh
A fellow OG from the show, Millie mackintosh was involved in some of Made In Chelsea's most explosive arguments.
And amid her lavish life with fellow MIC alum husband Hugo Taylor, Millie has kept herself looking fresh via tweakments.
She got candid about treatments last year as she shared photos and videos of her getting a number of procedures, insisting that she isn't trying to 'drastically change her appearance', but said it was all about 'enhancing what's already there'.
Millie explained that she gets both microblading and lamination on her eyebrows to save her time drawing them on, and has been getting her hair dyed more blonde.
She added that she gets Botox done three times a year and also showed herself undergoing two polynucleotides treatments - referred to as salmon sperm injections - under her eyes and in her scalp.
Millie added that she also underwent a 'baby face facial' and a 'genius lift on the back of my legs to tighten the skin'.
She wrote: 'Whenever I do a Q&A I am always flooded with questions about which beauty treatments I recommend.
'I am really interested in cutting edge technology and for me it's enhancing what's already there. It's not about drastically changing my appearance, but more about boosting my confidence and feeling like the best version of myself.
'I've always believed in being completely transparent when it comes to which tweakments I've had, because it's important to me to be honest about what goes on behind the scenes. I've been loving how these treatments can give that natural, healthy glow while still looking like me!'
Spencer Matthews

Spencer is arguably the most famous face to come out of the show - with the star leaving the series and going on have huge success.
The businessman, now 36, decided to take a step back from the series after season 10, in 2015 after firmly cementing his status as Chelsea's resident bad boy.
His time on the show was marked by his tumultuous relationships with Louise Thompson and Lucy, both of whom he cheated on.
After leaving the show he had an incredible body transformation after going sober following and starting a strict fitness regime.
Spencer, who shares with three children with his wife Vogue Williams, has been open about his journey to sobriety.
He previously spoke about his body transformation, revealing that his life was 'spiralling out of control' on the show due to a 'drinking problem'.
Spencer said: 'My life was spiralling out of control. During Made In Chelsea I had a drinking problem.
'I would drink to excess almost daily and had a deluded sense of grandeur. I was uncomfortable in my own skin and change felt like too much of an effort.
'I thought that because I was a prominent character on a popular TV show that things would just happen for me, not realising that any kind of real success only comes through hard graft and determination. I had no routine, no motivation, no drive and no plan.
'My unsustainable appetite for socializing became detrimental to my health and wellness.'
The former Jump contestant gave up drinking after welcoming his first child back in 2018, even going on to found his own brand CleanCo, which provides alternatives to alcohol.
Spencer also credits his new body to 'training religiously' and 'weightlifting three times a week'.
Ollie Locke
Ollie, now 37, was one of the original Made In Chelsea stars with his coming out being one of the most memorable scenes from the show.
He burst onto screens in 2011 and gained legions of fans with his fun-filled female friendships with Binky and housemate Cheska Hull.
Ollie has appeared on the show on and off in the years that followed and even returned for the most recent series which began in October 2024.
He is now married to husband Gareth and the pair welcomed twins via surrogate in August 2023.
Thanks to chopping his flowing mane, Ollie now certainly looks a lot different to the tanned and hirsute nightclub promoter who first appeared in series one.
And he's been filmed having Botox before, so he's not shy about promoting his love of an aesthetic procedure.
Ollie also went under the knife to pin his ears back in July 2012 and he was seen leaving a practice in Harley Street with a bandage wrapped around his head.
At the time, Dr Yannick, who performed the surgery said: 'Mr. Locke came to me a while ago with his concerns about his ears, and after a couple of consultations we decided to operate yesterday, ahead of his filming schedule for series 4 of Made In Chelsea, which I believe starts next week.'
Louise Thompson
After a brief appearance in series one, Louise became a fully fledged cast member in season two in 2011, looking every inch the preppy university student.
She was best known for her explosive breakup with Spencer before she moved on to another serious relationship with Andy Jordan.
In an interview after she left the series in 2019, the star, now 34, admitted that she used to get Botox but has now quit the procedure after analysing the risks involved.
She said: 'I have had Botox before but I wouldn't get it again for a couple of reasons.
'Mainly because it can trigger reactions and that's not a risk I'm willing to take any more.
'I don't want these alien substances to be floating around in my bloodstream and in my skin cells and all that stuff — I want to be as clear of that as possible.'
Louise now shares son Leo with her partner Ryan and runs a sportwear and fitness company.
Sam Thompson
Sam joined the cast of Made In Chelsea as Louise's energetic little brother and his main storyline involved his on-off relationship with Lucy's younger sister Tiffany Watson.
Sam, now 32, has had quite the transformation since first being on the show after working on his physique and sporting noticeably straighter teeth.
Last month Sam said he'd been 'rumbled' after his changed appearance sparked comments from fans.
The podcast and radio host had been ignoring comments that have questioned whether he has had a cosmetic procedure.
The star then revealed he'd undergone a salmon-sperm facial which is described as a unique skincare treatment that involves the injection of polynucleotides derived from salmon milt (fish semen).
Pete Wicks asked him on their joint Staying Relevant podcast: 'What the f**k have you done to your face?' to which Sam replied: 'I've had salmon sperm'.
Pete then brutally replied: 'Yeah, it's gone badly...' before Sam tried to defend his appearance and said it needed to 'settle in' before Pete read out messages from viewers asking about Sam's new look.
Eventually, he confessed: 'Zara made me get botox,' leaving Pete with his jaw on the floor.
Sam explained: 'I was on the chair to get salmon sperm.... I won't be doing it again, let's leave it there.'
Binky Felstead
Another star to be a main feature of Made In Chelsea since the beginning was Binky Felstead, who joined Lucy Watson on Beyond Chelsea last year.
But she also looks a far cry from the young party girl fans saw on screens, transforming into an ultra chic fitness mummy.
The mother-of-three shares Wilder, nine months, and son Wolfie, two, with her husband Max Darnton, and a daughter India, five, with her ex Josh Patterson.
While she said in 2023 she wouldn't rule out having surgery post-partum, Binky has focused on toning up through gruelling fitness sessions.
She was once even seen using son Wilder as a weight for a home workout, holding him in the air as she did sit ups and lunges, giving her a bit of weight for her arms to hold.
She often shares her exercise routines with her 1.4M followers and continued to do so throughout her most recent pregnancy.
Binky even took on critics of pregnancy workouts in 2018, insisting that working out in her third trimester of her pregnancy with India had positive effects on her mental health and body.
She said: 'As a first-time mum, you are already aware that people are anti-exercise in case it does harm the baby but with the research you're doing your body good and your baby good.
'It helps you with labour, it keeps me and my mind at ease. I suffer from anxiety so I feel so much better.'
Rosie Fortescue
Rosie, now 34, was also in the original line up for the show and has been open about getting some work done (seen right in 2011)
Rosie, now 34, was also in the original line up for the show and has been open about getting some work done.
The jewellery CEO revealed last year that she tried composite bonding to give her teeth a more even look.
On Instagram, she gushed: 'Ignore the state of me but beyond thrilled with my bonding. So natural but perfect at the same time. This isn't an ad, I just love @drrhonaeskander's work.'
She also was seen in Tuesday night's Beyond Chelsea visiting an aesthetics practitioner to get advice on some tweakments.
LUCY WATSON
Lucy first joined Made In Chelsea in 2012 and quickly became a fan favourite with her straight talking and no nonsense attitude.
The star, now 33, had some huge storylines including her ill-fated romances with lotharios Spencer Matthews, Jamie Laing and Andy Jordan.
Appearing on last year's spin-off show Beyond Chelsea, Lucy joked she had a 'whole new face' eight years on from leaving the show.
Binky Felstead asked Lucy if she and her husband James Dunmore who she met on the E4 series would ever let their son Willoughby, now seven months, watch the show.
Lucy replied saying: 'We would let Willoughby watch it to see how mummy and daddy met. But we weren't as hot back then!
'James has had new teeth, I've now got a whole new face! No I'm joking...'
She has previously insisted that she hasn't had any work done, but in the past it hadn't stopped many from speculating that she'd had the odd tweakment here or there.
When she first started on Made in Chelsea she had a natural look but a few years on some commented on her plumper lips.
But in 2015, the star denied all the rumours and told OK!: 'I think it's because I've changed my pose.
'I used to do a really fake smile but now I've started to pout and people have got a bit over-excited. If I had something done I'd be totally open about it.'
Tiffany Watson
Tiffany, now 30, burst onto Made in Chelsea screens as Sam's girlfriend which provided many story lines - as well as her heated fights with sister Lucy (seen left in 2014)
Tiffany raised eyebrows in 2018 when her appearance at the National Television Awards left fans questioning whether she's had a boob job

Tiffany raised eyebrows in 2018 when her appearance at the National Television Awards left fans questioning whether she's had a boob job.
In 2022 she did however admit to getting lip fillers in a TikTok post where she said: '@harleystinjectables are the only people I now trust with my lips.
'We did 0.4ml keeping it natural.'

Jesy Nelson shares sweet insight into her life as a new mum as she posts snaps with newborn twins after finally coming home from hospital

Jesy Nelson has shared a sweet insight into her life as a new mum as she posted adorable pictures with her newborn twins on Friday. The former Little Mix singer, 34, and rapper Zion Foster, 26, welcomed their first children, Ocean Jade and Story Monroe, in May after suffering months of complications. And appearing every inch the doting mother, the star looks to have settled into motherhood well as she posted an array of family pictures to Instagram. In one snap, Jesy can be seen cuddling one of her babies as they slept on her chest. Zion also appeared to enjoy fatherhood as he was seen entertaining the little ones with a fun dance. Another snap saw one of the newborn resting in a singular hand while wrapped up in a white baby grow. Alongside the snaps, Jesy penned: 'Have never ever felt more lucky and blessed in my whole entire life.' Her updates comes days after she revealed she is finally home with her newborn twins after three months in hospital. Jesy took to social media to share the major update with her fans. She simply wrote: 'My babies made it home for my birthday.' Fans were left delighted by the milestone, and flooded Jesy with compliments and well wishes. Ocean Jade and Story Monroe were born at just 31 weeks old, after Jesy was diagnosed with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) - a rare condition that can put one or both babies at risk. Before being released from hospital the twins had been receiving treatment in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Jesy recently opened up about their premature births, telling fans: 'Nothing or no one will ever be able to prepare you as a parent for NICU. 'It's the most scary overwhelming feeling of emotions not being able to feel like you can protect your babies. 'Naturally as a mother you just want to hold them and comfort them when they cry but you can't because there are what feels like a million wires coming out of them and tubes and masks in the way with people poking and prodding them it breaks your heart into a million pieces. 'Having them reunited for the first time ever today was the most magical feeling I will never be able to describe. The strongest little girls I've ever known who really do have the most inspiring story to tell'. In March, Jesy had to undergo an emergency procedure after suffering complications and was advised to remain in hospital until she was at least 32 weeks into her pregnancy. Throughout the ordeal, her partner Zion admitted he and Jesy, who was seven months pregnant at the time of her procedure, had ' grown to understand each other on a deeper level '. He told OK!: 'I think it's at these times when you really, really know what love you have and what your relationship means. 'And I think for me and Jess, this has just taken it to a whole other level of us knowing we are literally made for each other.' He said the couple had also tried to make the hospital as much of a home as possible. 'There's a couch that turns into a bed that we pushed next to the hospital bed, so we've made our own double bed. 'And it's like we've moved in. The nurses just said, "Oh, my God. It looks so nice in here. It looks so homely".' Jesy announced she was expecting twins with her boyfriend Zion back in January after rumours they had split. Originally from South London, Zion was born and raised in a Nigerian household by his mother and grew up listening to Gospel music. It was his football coach who then introduced the star to rap influences as he began listening to Chris Brown, Lil Wayne and Usher. Zion then decided to pursue music as he began recording his own music and sharing it online via SoundCloud.

The King and Idris Elba team up for new Netflix documentary film

The King and British actor Idris Elba have teamed up for a new Netflix film about the charity that 'changed' the star's life. The film will explore The King's Trust – a youth charity set up by Charles when he was the Prince of Wales, as it celebrates its 50th anniversary – to highlight how the charity has helped young people around the world, documenting 'the power of believing in young people'. The Luther star, who was a beneficiary of a grant from the trust, will accompany the King as he shares insights into his support for the charity. Elba said: 'The King's Trust gave me an opportunity that changed my life. 'At a time when I didn't have the resources to pursue my ambitions, they offered real, practical support — including financial help — that helped me take those first steps to advance my career. 'Around the world, millions are still waiting for that one door to open. This documentary is about shining a light on what's possible when it does — and why the work of The King's Trust remains so important.' Formerly known as The Prince's Trust, the charity was set up by Charles to help disadvantaged young people overcome challenging circumstances, get into employment or launch their own businesses. It has since become one of the UK's leading youth organisations and has helped more than 1.3 million young people to date with celebrity ambassadors including former England football manager Sir Gareth Southgate and presenters Ant and Dec. Jonathan Townsend, UK chief executive of The King's Trust, said: 'At its heart, this is a documentary about the power of believing in young people. It's about an idea, driven by a young Prince who was determined to make a positive difference, that when young people are supported to succeed, we all succeed. 'Almost 50 years on, the momentum behind this idea has seen more than 1.3 million young people supported in over 20 countries around the world, including more than a million in the UK alone, through the work of The King's Trust. 'Nobody understands the impact of this work better than those who have experienced the support we offer first hand. As a long-term supporter and former beneficiary of The Trust himself, Idris will undoubtedly bring a unique perspective to this groundbreaking documentary as he peels back the layers of our story and shows how our life-changing work is as relevant today as it has ever been.' The film will be directed by Bafta-winning filmmaker Ashley Francis-Roy, with young people supported by the Trust helping the production team to build experience in film and television. The documentary is produced by 22 Summers, the production company co-founded by Elba, and due to be released in autumn 2026.
