While summer football camps began in Boulder last week, Sanders has not been present due to this issue.
It's in Sanders' contract to attend these camps, but this unclear issue has kept him from fulfilling that obligation.
On Sunday, the coach's eldest son - Deion Sanders Jr. - appeared in a YouTube livestream from the home in Canyon, Texas where he said the former NFL cornerback was in his room and 'feeling well'.
'He'll tell y'all soon enough what he going through, what he went through,' Deion Jr. said on the livestream.

Following the end of his playing career in 2006, Mr Clark managed Huddersfield, Birmingham City and Blackpool, spending time in Sudan and Oman. His son, Bobby, went on to play for Liverpool before joining RB Salzburg. News of Mr Clark's financial situation comes after ex-football ace Trevor Sinclair also declared bankruptcy last week. Last year, the Mail revealed Mr Clark regretted wearing the 'Sad Mackem B****d' t-shirt that ended his Sunderland career. Speaking to Mail Sport, he said: 'Of course, I've got regrets. It was like biting the hand that feeds you. 'There were no camera phones then, just the old disposable ones and a few cameras clicked and it came out a few weeks later. It made my position at Sunderland untenable.'

Brady's actions prompted Manning, who was watching on, to storm the stage and climb on his rival's back. Their rivalry dates back to their stellar NFL careers, when Manning and the Giants were able to briefly halt the Patriots' dominant run to beat them in two Super Bowls. The Giants stunned Bill Belichick's team to win 17-14 in Arizona in 2008, despite being heavy underdogs after Brady led his men to a perfect 16-0 regular season. Then, four years after, the Patriots were stunned by the Giants again when they were beaten 21-17 in Indianapolis. Manning was named Super Bowl MVP that year. Brady and Manning quickly regained their composure and were later pictured competing against each other in a baseball pitching contest.
