Kate then revealed that she got a nose job, sharing photographs of her side-on profile showing the difference in her face before and after the operation. The influencer, who dated singer Liam for two years before his tragic death, admitted she didn't 'need' a nose job but wanted one due to feeling self-conscious. Kate's post comes after she revealed the list of cosmetic procedures she has undergone over the past five years after sharing a natural throwback video (left, age 21 and right age 22) She said: 'This is my nose before, I did not need a nose job I want to make that clear, it's just something I've always been self-conscious about and something that I really wanted for years.' Kate revealed she later got her cheek and chin filler removed before getting different amounts re-injected, while she did the same with her lip filler. Updating fans on her current appearance, she said she also currently has Botox as well as filler, but insisted she doesn't have 'much' though she didn't disclose further details. 'I did get my cheek filler removed and I got, I'd say, a half syringe put in on each side, I got a half syringe in my chin and probably a syringe and a half in my chin,' she shared. 'I get Botox, but not that much, I still have wrinkles and obviously nose job doesn't go away, that will be there for life. 'I ditched the eyelash extensions and grew them out myself, so that's all I've done to my face.' Her fans were quick to take to the comments to praise the star for her transparency and gushed that she looked 'beautiful' both before and after her procedures. Kate has had a difficult few months after her boyfriend of two years, One Direction star Liam, tragically died late last year. Liam died aged 31 on October 16, 2024, after falling from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and was found to have alcohol and cocaine in his system. Kate has been documenting her grief journey on social media and she shared never-before-seen intimate texts with Liam earlier this week. Marking eight months since his death, she shared a gallery of pictures of herself and Liam and told how she lives in a 'constant state' of missing her 'best friend', admitting she can't put her pain into words. One photograph showed Liam wearing a T-shirt with her name written on it and pictures of her face printed across it as she stood beside him smiling. The influencer also shared a screenshot of texts Liam had sent her on August 1 gushing over his love for her, just two months before his tragic death. The messages read: 'Shall we go -play tennis for an hour? I literally couldn't love you more if I tried and somehow I will tomorrow. I can't wait to see you.' (sic) In a caption, Kate candidly opened up about her grief as she emotionally said her life doesn't 'make sense' without Liam in it. She penned: 'Eight months ago today, I lost my best friend and someone I thought I had so much more time and life left to share with. 'Liam was the kind of person you'd start missing the moment you walked out the door. Even when leaving the house for a few hours, I'd find myself rushing home to be with him again out of excitement. 'Now facing the reality that I live in a constant state of missing you is something I still can't fully wrap my head around. 'Knowing I can't just come home and see you, hear your voice, or feel your hug, it's a type of pain I can't fully put into words. 'I can't seem to tell if life is flying by without you or moving so slow none of it fully makes sense. 'But I am trying to live my life as best I can for now and live it for you. I miss you more than words can say. Ending on their angel number 444, she added: 'One day, I'll see you again, and I'll have so much to tell you. So much to catch up on. I love you my angel❤️444.' Angels have been symbolic for Kate since Liam's passing, particularly the number 444, which she has since got tattooed on her hand. Kate also has a beaded phone charm with the number '444' and an 'L' laced through the thread in a tribute to Liam. Angel numbers are repeating sequences of digits, normally in sets of three or four, and they are believed to hold spiritual guidance. Lottie Tomlinson shares health update after needing emergency surgery on holiday

Louis Tomlinson's sister Lottie Tomlinson has shared a health update after being rushed for emergency surgery in Abu Dhabi after feeling unwell on the flight to the Middle East Lottie Tomlinson has provided a health update days after she was rushed to hospital in Abu Dhabi. The influencer, 26, required emergency surgery after flying to the country with her fiance Lewis Burton and their kids. The sister of One Direction star Louis Tomlinson explained feeling unwell during the plane ride to their destination. However, she explained how she quickly got worse, dealing with stomach pains before being sick. ‌ After landing in Abu Dhabi, Lottie went to see a doctor, who put the star on a drip. However, the pain didn't subside and when she was sent to hospital it was found she had appendicitis. ‌ After being rushed into emergency surgery, Lottie had her appendix removed. She update fans at the time from her hospital bed. Taking to Instagram on Thursday, told her followers she was recovering. She initially said: "So they sent me to hospital where they discovered that I had appendicitis so I needed surgery straight away, so last night I had surgery to remove my appendix and it all went well, so I'm just now recovering." An in an update later that day, an elated Lottie revealed she had been discharged. Sharing a sweet snap from the back of a cab, Lottie wrote: "Out of hospital and on the way to the hotel to rest. Thank you all so much for the kind messages." She was seen holding her partner's hand in the upload. ‌ In an adorable follow-up, she then said showed Lewis and their kids enjoying playtime in a swimming pool. "Back where I belong. You make everything better," she gushed. Mum-of-two Lottie revealed earlier this year why she dissolved her facial filler. She had explained how she felt "insecure" during her pregnancy due to the "combination" of weight gain and facial fillers. The content creator said that she was "still so tied up" in her "physical appearance" at that time and that she thought it was "everything". She then said how her bump becoming "huge" and her face having "blown up" towards the end of the pregnancy contributed to her decision to later have her fillers dissolved. She wrote in her memoir: "The massive weight gain in combination with all the fillers I'd had before getting pregnant made me feel really insecure. The fillers in my lips and cheeks made me look silly as my face blew up and it was then that I realised the beauty treatments had got a bit out of control. After having Lucky I got rid of them all." And Lottie continued by saying she was left "questioning" why she had "these feelings in the first place". She suggested that "so much of it" was due to her career and social media, but said that she could, for the first time, "see beyond that" after becoming a parent.
