Liam Payne's girlfriend Kate Cassidy, 26, details the extensive list of cosmetic tweaks she's had and admits she was left with a 'frozen' face after sharing natural throwback video
Kate Cassidy has revealed the list of cosmetic procedures she has undergone over the past five years after sharing a natural throwback video.
The girlfriend of the late Liam Payne, 26, took to Instagram on Thursday to share a series of throwback videos of herself from the age of 21 until today.
Fans commented on her changing appearance and questioned what surgery she has had, prompting her to share share another video captioned 'transparency' where she detailed all her tweakments.
Sharing a natural picture of herself aged 21, Kate said the only cosmetic procedure she had at the time was lip filler, before getting cheek and chin filler and Botox by the age of 22.
However, Kate candidly admitted she then went 'overboard' and ended up with a 'frozen' face from undergoing too many filer enhancements, which she said aged her.
'When I turned 22 I went a little bit too overboard with the filler, I ended up getting cheek filler, chin filer, lip filler and a whole face of Botox,' she said.
'My face was pretty much frozen and it literally aged me so much, I probably look 40 in this, not a good look.'
Kate then revealed that she got a nose job, sharing photographs of her side-on profile showing the difference in her face before and after the operation.
The influencer, who dated singer Liam for two years before his tragic death, admitted she didn't 'need' a nose job but wanted one due to feeling self-conscious.
She said: 'This is my nose before, I did not need a nose job I want to make that clear, it's just something I've always been self-conscious about and something that I really wanted for years.'
Kate revealed she later got her cheek and chin filler removed before getting different amounts re-injected, while she did the same with her lip filler.
Updating fans on her current appearance, she said she also currently has Botox as well as filler, but insisted she doesn't have 'much' though she didn't disclose further details.
'I did get my cheek filler removed and I got, I'd say, a half syringe put in on each side, I got a half syringe in my chin and probably a syringe and a half in my chin,' she shared.
'I get Botox, but not that much, I still have wrinkles and obviously nose job doesn't go away, that will be there for life.

'I ditched the eyelash extensions and grew them out myself, so that's all I've done to my face.'
Kate has had a difficult few months after her boyfriend of two years, One Direction star Liam, tragically died late last year.
Liam died aged 31 on October 16, 2024, after falling from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and was found to have alcohol and cocaine in his system.
Kate has been documenting her grief journey on social media and she shared never-before-seen intimate texts with Liam earlier this week.
Marking eight months since his death, she shared a gallery of pictures of herself and Liam and told how she lives in a 'constant state' of missing her 'best friend', admitting she can't put her pain into words.
One photograph showed Liam wearing a T-shirt with her name written on it and pictures of her face printed across it as she stood beside him smiling.
The influencer also shared a screenshot of texts Liam had sent her on August 1 gushing over his love for her, just two months before his tragic death.
The messages read: 'Shall we go -play tennis for an hour? I literally couldn't love you more if I tried and somehow I will tomorrow. I can't wait to see you.' (sic)
In a caption, Kate candidly opened up about her grief as she emotionally said her life doesn't 'make sense' without Liam in it.
She penned: 'Eight months ago today, I lost my best friend and someone I thought I had so much more time and life left to share with.
'Liam was the kind of person you'd start missing the moment you walked out the door. Even when leaving the house for a few hours, I'd find myself rushing home to be with him again out of excitement.
'Now facing the reality that I live in a constant state of missing you is something I still can't fully wrap my head around.
'Knowing I can't just come home and see you, hear your voice, or feel your hug, it's a type of pain I can't fully put into words.
'I can't seem to tell if life is flying by without you or moving so slow none of it fully makes sense.
'But I am trying to live my life as best I can for now and live it for you. I miss you more than words can say.
Ending on their angel number 444, she added: 'One day, I'll see you again, and I'll have so much to tell you. So much to catch up on. I love you my angel❤️444.'
Angels have been symbolic for Kate since Liam's passing, particularly the number 444, which she has since got tattooed on her hand.
Kate also has a beaded phone charm with the number '444' and an 'L' laced through the thread in a tribute to Liam.
Angel numbers are repeating sequences of digits, normally in sets of three or four, and they are believed to hold spiritual guidance.
In numerology, 444 is a sign that the 'angels are with you' and are 'there to guide you step by step'.
In the weeks after his death, she referenced the angel numbers as she shared that they had been planning to marry in the weeks leading up to his passing.

Coronation Street star Sue Cleaver shares update on 'misunderstood' health battle as she admits to feeling 'faint while filming' after bidding farewell to the ITV soap after 25 years
Sue Cleaver has shared a new health update after leaving Coronation Street following a 25 year stint on the show. The soap star, 61, known for playing Eileen Grimshaw since 2000, said goodbye to Weatherfield in an episode that aired earlier this month. But behind the cameras, the actress has been battling Type 2 diabetes for over 20 years, which at times caused her to feel faint while filming. Sue now credits the use of a continuous glucose monitor called Dexcom with helping her take back control of her health. In a new interview with The Sun, she said: 'I think there is a lot of misunderstanding around diabetes, people tell you can't eat chocolate or sugar - but where I struggle with my diabetes is when I'm about to go on stage or when I'm about to go on Loose Women or live shows. 'Before I go on I'd have to prick my finger and check if my sugar is stable enough to get me to the interval or do I need to eat.' Sue confessed that there were moments on set when she felt 'faint' during filming. She explained: 'If I'm about to go on stage or live shows and I don't know if I'm going to make it if my sugars aren't stable enough, and I don't have time to prick my finger, you tend to think 'let me eat this thing now' and then you tend to feel the effects of it later or the middle of the show.' It comes after Sue insisted that her 'body doesn't define her' as she opened up about her incredible three stone weight loss. The star also admitted she was still learning to battle 'negative thoughts' about her appearance after embracing a healthier lifestyle and regular work outs. Last year, she told Bella: 'My body is now who I am. My body will change, my size will go up and down and I don't define myself or get involved in any of those conversations around it'. 'What's more important is to do the work on the inside. I'm changing how I live, doing things differently, thats that I thought I didn't like, and changing myself'. Sue continued: 'The trouble is when you've got negative thoughts you hang onto them. So it's learning not to take those thoughts so seriously. In March 2024, Sue discussed her weight loss after participating in Dry January the year before (no alcohol for the month). She said: 'I lost 18lb [in 2022's I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here]. I'd already lost a stone and a half that year, because I gave up booze. I did Dry January and then I decided to carry on. 'I know it sounds ridiculous at my age, but I never really thought about how many calories I was consuming when I was having a glass of red wine while cooking dinner and then a couple more while eating it. 'If you're doing that four or five nights a week, that's a lot of calories.' Last year Sue revealed that since entering her 60s she feels that the world is now her 'oyster after years of alcohol dependency. Telling Prima: 'There are so many people my age who I speak to that are depressed about reaching 60. You feel like this is the end of the line, that everything goes down from here. And I absolutely don't feel that way. 'I just feel like the world really is my oyster now, and there's so much available out there. There's so much that you can do.' She also revealed in the candid interview how her reliance on alcohol has lessened as she gets older, explaining: 'I don't have any fear around alcohol any more, and that is really freeing.' 'I never imagined getting to that state. I thought I had a dependency. I thought I couldn't get by without having a glass of wine at night.' 'I thought life wouldn't be great without a glass of wine. It would be absolutely great without wine. I just thought it wouldn't. It's the thinking around it that is the problem.'
