But insiders said Kate pulled out when she discovered PR supremo Fran — her former friend — was attending the wedding in central London on Saturday.
The pair got to know each other in the 1990s when Fran would plan parties for Jude Law and Sadie Frost — who were good pals with Kate.
But their high-profile friendship ended in 2018, after Fran was said to have accidentally sent Kate a photo of her with a critical comment.
A source said: 'Kate snubbing Fat Tony's big day was the talk of the wedding.
'He wanted to have Kate there as he married his partner Stavros Agapiou.
"But after she found out Fran was going, she said she couldn't make it.
'Tony is said to have known for a while that Kate wouldn't be going if Fran was.
"She was really missed and the guests were talking about it.
'Fran was on great form but didn't say anything about it.
"It's all rather sad that they couldn't put on brave faces to celebrate Tony's big day.'
Kate Moss fans stunned as supermodel 'spotted at BBC Radio One's Big Weekend' - but all is not what it seems
Long-time pal Tony previously said about Kate: 'I loved her from the moment we met.
'I'd make her Long Island iced teas and she'd get p***ed.
"I'd tuck her under a desk.'

Dua Lipa surprises fans with Jamiroquai frontman during London show
Amidst a flurry of dance routines, costume changes and confetti canons, the singer made her way through her latest album, Radical Optimism, on Friday night before bringing out the 90s funk band frontman. Without missing her biggest hits, the British-Albanian songstress performed the likes of New Rules, Be The One and Barbie's Dance The Night to more than 70,000 people. Transforming the stadium into her own dance floor, the pop star kicked off her concert with Training Season before pausing to say she was 'blown away,' adding that it was 'surreal' to be performing at Wembley. Appearing a little emotional, she said: 'This is so surreal and so crazy. 'It means the absolute world to me that you are here tonight. 'It feels really really special to be here tonight. 'It is 10 years since our first ever London show to about 350 people and I just dreamt of a night like this where I get to be in front of 70,000 people.' Later, she left the stage to take photographs with fans and asked if they were having a good night, but most were too excited to form full sentences. After taking photos with the front row fans, Lipa returned to the stage to perform These Walls before introducing the song that 'started everything'. She said: 'I want to take it back to the beginning a little bit. This song really kind of changed my life. 'This is the song that got me signed and it's the song that started everything and I feel like with weather like this, there is only one song that I could do. This is Hotter Than Hell.' The singer again expressed how grateful she was to be performing at Wembley, before introducing someone who really 'inspired' her. She said: 'Someone who has really been a trailblazer for British music and has really paved the way, I feel so lucky to share the stage with the one and only Jamiroquai!' The frontman of the 90s funk band, Kay, emerged onto the stage, joining Lipa to sing the group's hit song Virtual Insanity. Towards the end of the concert, Lipa returned to the hit songs that prompted her rise to fame, including 2016's Be The One, and her 2017 break-up anthem New Rules. Lipa has several Brit Awards to her name, along with three Grammys and was one of the headline acts at Glastonbury Festival last year. She was recently named the most played artist across radio, TV and public places in the UK for a second time by music licensing company Phonographic Performance Limited (PPL) and is the youngest person to feature on this year's Sunday Times 40 Under 40 Rich List, making her one of the wealthiest musicians in the UK. Lipa recently confirmed her engagement to Masters Of The Air actor Callum Turner.

Newly-single Elma Pazar shows off her sizzling figure in a tiny pink bikini as she parties with Chloe Ferry and Liberty Poole at Shein event in Ibiza
Newly-single Elma Pazar turned heads in Ibiza on Friday as she partied alongside Chloe Ferry and Liberty Poole at a glamorous Shein event at O Beach. It comes just hours after MailOnline revealed that the TOWIE star, 32, has split from her Love Island boyfriend Sammy Root after just four months of dating. The pair, who both appear on The Only Way Is Essex, are said to have filmed 'raw and emotional' scenes for the upcoming series, which are due to air later this year. Wasting no time dwelling on heartbreak, Elma jetted off with a bunch of stars to the White Isle with fashion giant Shein. For the Takeover event at the celebrity hot spot, she made sure to show Sammy, 24, what he's missing as she donned a skimpy baby pink bikini that flaunted her enviable figure. The reality star paired it with a matching sheer mesh skirt and added inches to her slender frame with a pair of gold wedges. Meanwhile, Chloe, 29, brought the heat in a black bikini adorned with gold hardware and mesh skirt. Liberty, 25, wowed in a baby pink floral three-piece ensemble as she showed off her stunning curves. Also at the sun-soaked event were fellow Love Island stars Danica Taylor, Kaz Crossley, and Samantha Kenny. Elma and Sammy, who reached the ITV2 final in February, recently ended their romance, leaving just one relationship formed on the latest All Stars still going strong. MailOnline understands that Sammy and Elma ended their four-month relationship over rows which took place in Portugal during filming of the latest TOWIE series. Their flirtation began on the ITVBe show but Elma insisted ahead of returning to Love Island in January that a romance between her and Sammy would be off the cards after she admitted to falling into the 'habit of going back to the same people.' Despite their eight-year age difference, the couple reconnected on All Stars and reached the final, missing out on the £50,000 prize fund to Gabby Allen and Casey O'Gorman, who also split earlier this year. Following recent breakups from Harriett Blackmore and Ronnie Vint, as well as Ekin-Su and Curtis Pritchard, the last remaining couple from this year's All Stars series is Grace Jackson and Luca Bish. Meanwhile, Chloe, 29, brought the heat in a black bikini adorned with gold hardware and mesh skirt A source close to the couple told MailOnline: 'Sammy and Elma have called it quits. 'They split during filming of TOWIE's latest series in Portugal and the breakdown of their relationship has been captured for the show. 'It was always a gamble, particularly on Elma's part, to pursue their romance especially even their age difference. 'Sadly, everything has now fallen apart and they're not even on speaking terms.' A TOWIE insider added: 'It's not been a straightforward split between Elma and Sammy. 'Viewers will see how they navigate their feelings, as they discuss their issues to see whether they can make their relationship work going forward. 'They have a strong connection with each other and nobody really knows what will happen with them over the coming weeks. Throughout the series, which is currently being filmed, their story features some of the rawest and emotional reality TV ever shot for TOWIE.' Sammy previously won Love Island with ex-girlfriend Jess Harding in 2023 but their relationship didn't last long. MailOnline has contacted Elma and Sammy's representatives for comment. It was reported that Jess would confront Sammy on this year's All Stars series, but she pulled out of her appearance after meeting someone new. Elma is currently enjoying time away in Ibiza with fast fashion brand Shein while Sammy shared Instagram stories from Ireland. The Essex star first appeared on series five of Love Island in 2019, strutting into the villa as a bombshell alongside Maura Higgins. She was unsuccessful in finding love during her first villa stint but fell for Sammy during the All Stars series. Elma isn't a stranger to having her relationships play out on TOWIE after previously romancing co-star James Diags Bennewith. She told MailOnline ahead of All Stars: 'I do feel ready for a committed relationship; I want a fella. I want to be with someone. To do Love Island again the second time round especially five years later now I'm so much older, to go in there with no actual real want to meet someone is very stupid and embarrassing. 'I know I want to go in there and meet someone. I am very open.'
