'Timeless' designer aftershave cut by 54% that will arrive ahead of Father's Day

Amazon is a go-to for any last minute gifts for dad ahead of Father's Day this weekend
We're running out of time to get sorted for Father's Day. Landing on Sunday, June 15 this year, we have just four days left to really be precise.
For those who are maybe beginning to sweat, Amazon is a trusty retailer for any last minute gifts that won't come across as a naff panic buy, with something for every man whether he enjoys gardening or some pampering essentials.
One particular gift that most dads will appreciate is a new aftershave, which is why we think it is worth taking advantage of this 54 percent discount on the Calvin Klein Eternity for Men Eau de Toilette.
The good news is that it is still available to buy with next day delivery, meaning shoppers can be rest assured they are getting sorted ahead of time, while also making quite a decent saving.
Hailed as "one of the classics" by fragrance buffs, a 100ml bottle of this aftershave is worth £79, although the online delivery giant is offering it for an affordable £36 - saving £43 overall.

Product Description
Despite launching in 1990, this aromatic fragrance for him from the luxury house has remained a staple for its "sophisticated" and "exhilarating" of earthy florals and green botanicals.
The refreshing scent opens on crisp notes of mandarin, sage and galbanum that has been mixed with heart notes of basil, geranium and lavender. Masculine cedarwood, moss and amber offers a woody finish that "lingers on the skin."
If dad is a fan of that woody, floral scent, then there's an abundance of different bottles worth checking out, such as the BOSS Bottled Night Eau de Toilette that offers very similar notes, with a 200ml reduced at Boots from £114 to just £58.50.
Another masculine fragrance that mixes masculine notes including tobacco and florals is the Versace The Dreamer Eau de Toilette, and a 100ml at Debenhams has been reduced from £78 to just £23.50.
However, it seems that Calvin Klein's Eternity remains a firm favourite, despite being over 30 years old, as it averages a 4.6 rating on Amazon for its "timeless" scent that means "everyone should have a bottle."

One positive review read: "It's one of the classic scents! Everyone should have a bottle."
A second devoted buyer wrote: "Timeless fragrance. Calvin Klein Eternity for men has been my go to fragrance for ages and as this is only my second purchase, it lasts a long time. It has a clean, pleasant fragrance which is neither too sweet nor too harsh, making it ideal for daily use."
Beauty deal of the week
Looking for last minute gift inspiration for dad ahead of Sunday, June 15.
Then don't fret, as we have you covered, as no-one can go wrong with a new bottle of cologne, and we have spotted Versace's The Dreamer for him Eau de Toilette for 67 percent less at Superdrug.
Hailed for being "underrated" and "truly unique", a large 100ml bottle of this fragrance has been dropped from £74 to £24, allowing you to make a huge saving of £50 and get in a thoughtful gift.
Described as "warm" and "fresh", Versace's Dreamer is an aromatic fragrance that, while belonging to the cologne family, is said to boast a variety of notes that make it suitable for both men and women.
The scent opens on vibrant notes of juniper, tarragon, and artemisia, before blending into heart notes of iris, lily and flax flowers to add a touch of softness. It then ends on a comforting base of tobacco blossom and amber, offering a smoky, luxurious finish.
The transparent, clear fragrance itself is housed in an opulent glass bottle that has been embossed with the iconic medusa logo, representing the luxury aesthetic of the iconic fashion house.
Versace's Dreamer EDT has managed to earn glowing reviews and a 4.6 rating from shoppers, with one saying: "Truly unique and dreamy fragrance. It's a great fragrance but it's underrated. Guys you have to try this one, it's great for all year round."
And someone else wrote: "Not to be overlooked. This is a lesser known Versace men's fragrance but oh my it is gorgeous ! Hubby loved it and amazing value for money."
Versace's The Dreamer For Him Eau de Toilette (100ml) can be bought for 67 percent less at Superdrug now.
Someone who bought it for their own dad wrote: "Dad loves this scent so got it for him again, it lasts ages."
As a subtler scent, a few reviews have suggested it does not have a strong staying power, as one four-star review read: "Doesn't last as long as I thought it would have unfortunately."
Although, the fragrance had more devoted fans than critics, as another wrote: "Been wearing this for about 30 years it just smells like heaven. Won't wear any thing else."

I put three new SPF sticks to the test for the summer – one option smells great and will get your whole family hooked

CALL me a hypocrite. I hate SPF. I use it, of course religiously, but the residue left behind gives me the ick. Thankfully, there's whole a new breed of SPF sticks hitting shelves. I put three to the test. 4 Budget Soltan Active 8 Hour Protect Suncare Stick SPF50+, £7 for 25g, boots On the outside, this stick looks to be the smallest of the three – but it actually has the most product inside. It's super-compact, making it great for popping into my handbag. The stick is quite hard, so it drags on skin, which slows down application and a few dandruff-like pieces flaked off, which meant I then needed to rub it in with my hands. This defeats the point somewhat, although it ensures you don't end up with stripes should you miss a section. It's great value, but not the most sophisticated. Mid-range Tocobo Cica Cooling Sun Stick SPF50+ PA++++, £16 for 18g, boots This is the latest stick to enter my stash, and it's gone straight into my handbag – it truly feels invisible on skin. Initially, the shape isn't great as it dips in the middle so you don't get even coverage, but after a couple of swipes the stick levels off. It promises to reduce skin temperature in just three seconds, and while I've not noticed the cooling effect promised, I'm convinced that the calming cica ingredient has helped take the sting out of a recent insect bite. I usually cannot stop itching them, and I didn't feel the need to at all while the SPF was on. Luxury Clarins Invisible Sun Care Stick SPF 50, £25 for 17g, Boots I first used this a couple of years ago, and in the time since I've got my whole family hooked. The stick is a transparent, orange hue so it doesn't leave any white cast behind, and you can see where you're applying it as it's shiny at first (although quickly absorbs into skin, so don't worry about it being sticky). It smells great, so you can skip wearing perfume over it as it reduces the effectiveness. It's still suitable for sensitive skin; mine is acne -prone and my mum has eczema, yet we're huge fans.

Shoppers rave over compact handheld fan that 'puts out more air than a big fan'

'Perfect size to keep in a bag or put in your pocket on sunny days. The speed is insane - this really feels like a plug in fan.' With the weather getting warmer and festival season starting up, many of us are looking for ways to keep cool in the heat without having to head back indoors. One practical solution is to buy a handheld fan that you can quickly switch on when you are feeling too warm. Easily placed in a bag or a pocket, these compact devices will quickly become your must-have item over the summer months. While there are many cheap fans on the market, it may be worth investing in a rechargeable device that can give you the airflow you need and can last all day without draining its battery. For those happy to spend a bit more on a device that will last longer, Amazon is selling the JISULIFE Portable Handheld Fan Life9 for a discounted price. Normally retailing for £35.99, shoppers can now snap it up for 20 per cent less at £28.79. Equipped with a lanyard strap for extra accessibility, the Life9 fan uses an advanced nine blade design and a high speed three-phase brushless motor to provide maximum wind speeds of up to 10m/s. With an RPM of 40000, this compact device will deliver a strong and stable wind. With a battery life of up to 18 hours, shoppers will be able to keep themselves cool all day long no matter the occasion. They will also have a choice of five wind speeds to match the users personal preference and the environment they are in. Weighing only 170g, this ultra-small fan packs a punch and can easily be stored away in a pocket or bag to be easily grabbed at a moments notice. Charging the device is also a breeze as it is compatible with regular USB ports as well as laptops, power banks and car chargers. JISULIFE Portable Handheld Fan Life9 £35.99 £28.79 Amazon Buy Now Product Description For those happy to carry around something a bit bigger, Amazon is also selling the HandFan Portable Rechargeable Fan for £26.99. With a 6-inch outer frame and five blades, this fan will deliver a stronger breeze than that of smaller alternatives. With six speeds, the fan is able to last up to 34 hours in normal wind mode. Alternatively, Argos has dropped the price of the Bush Pink Handheld & Foldable Desk Fan. Normally retailing at £15, shoppers can now snap up the fan for £12 just in time for festivals to begin. This collapsible fan comes with three speed settings that can be controlled with a single push button. In the lead up to summer, over 900 Amazon shoppers have bought the Life9 Fan in the last 30 days. Currently boasting a 4.3 star rating, some reviewers were blown away by the power that this compact device possesses. One delighted shopper said: "I bought two of these fans for a trip to Mexico. These fans are great and have various settings for how strong you want the fan. They cool you down easily and are very powerful on the top setting. "I love the fact that there are no open fan blades and that they are usb-c rechargeable, you would find it difficult even on top setting to run out of battery in a day even with extensive use. As you go up the power settings the fan becomes louder but that isn't a problem for me. These really are the best handheld fans I have ever had, I'm very impressed." With another five-star reviewer adding: "This little fan puts out more air than my big fan. It feels like I am using an air conditioner. I charge during day and it runs all night and I only use it on the lowest setting." However, a few shoppers complained about the noise of the fan, as one person wrote: "Nice little fan, but the higher you turn the fan up the louder it gets, very loud on high." Another reviewer agreed: "This is a great little fan. It would easily fit into a pocket. I took it away on a recent holiday. There are five power settings and at the highest level it can get quite noisy, but frankly the output outweighs the noise level." Despite this, another top reviewer added: "Keeps me cool during those summer days and the battery life is good for such a compact fan with powerful air flow, with handy lanyard. All and all happy with this purchase." With a further shopper commenting: "WOW! I love love love this fan. Perfect size to keep in a bag or put in your pocket on sunny days. The speed is insane - this really feels like a plug in fan. Reminds me of a well-known brand hairdryer with the fan technology. "I have never been able to find a fan that has beat this. As somebody that suffers from bouts of hyperhydrosis, this has been a life saver. The fan head itself is small, but when held at a distance creates a wide range of breeze."
