EXCLUSIVE: Martin Freeman (The Hobbit) and Olga Kurylenko (Quantum Of Solace) are set to star in Let God Sort It Out, marking the first production from newly launched banner Cobalt Sky Motion Picture Group and Raised By Wolves (Dead Man's Wire).
Motus Studios is handling international sales in Cannes this week. The film heralds from UK filmmaker Jamie Adams (She Is Love).

Pic follows Kyle Roberts (Freeman), a once-revered rock 'n' roll star battling burnout and inner demons. Seeking solace in a remote sanctuary, his pursuit of peace is shattered when a gang of petty criminals infiltrates his retreat, holding him hostage in an escalating standoff. As tensions rise, Kyle must reckon with whether he has the courage to fight back or if he'll succumb to the shadows of his fractured psyche.
The project hails from producers Andrea Bucko, whose upcoming credits include Bucking Fastard, Alpha Gang and Dead Man's Wire, Emanuele Moretti (Assassin Club), and Neil Sacker. Moretti's Cobalt Sky Motion Picture Group is launching at Cannes and this is its debut movie. Jordan Claire Robbins and Nini Le Huynh are executive-producing.
Adams' résumé includes She Is Love (BFI London 2023), Love Spreads (Tribeca), Wild Honey Pie! (SXSW), and Black Mountain Poets. His films are known for their raw intimacy, actor-driven storytelling, and lyrical tone. He is currently in post-production on his next feature Turn Up the Sun, slated for a 2025 release, and Let's Love, also starring Freeman.
Sacker Entertainment Law is handling business affairs, production legal and finance legal for Let God Sort It Out.
The Hobbit and Black Panther star Freeman is in post on multiple movies, including fantasy project Momo. Quantum Of Solace and Oblivion star Kurylenko is also in post on multiple projects, including thriller Turbulence.

Jon Bernthal to play Punisher again in next 'Spider-Man' adventure
Jon Bernthal is set to reprise his iconic role of the Punisher in the next "Spider-Man" movie. File Photo by Jim Ruymen/UPI | License Photo June 21 (UPI) -- Jon Bernthal has signed on to play the Punisher again in the next Spider-Man movie. Variety, Deadline and The Hollywood Reporter reported the casting news Friday. The film is set to go into production this summer. Bernthal has played the Marvel comic-book vigilante Frank Castle/the Punisher in his own eponymous TV show, as well as the related shows Daredevil and Daredevil: Born Again. In addition to appearing in Spider-Man: Brand New Day opposite Tom Holland as the titular web-slinger, Bernthal will also play the Punisher in an as-yet-untitled special on Disney+ Both projects are set for release in 2026. Bernthal was also recently seen in The Accountant 2 and The Amateur.

Love Island USA Season 7 Claims Over 1 Billion Minutes Streamed

Apparently, fans are so obsessed with Love Island that we're watching a record-breaking amount of episodes. In a span of less than a week, Love Island USA had 1.2 billion minutes streamed across the nine episodes available, Deadline reports. Luminate looked at streaming minutes from June 6 to 12 to determine the total. It's the second most-watched streaming show on TV. So, fans are obsessing over tuning in to see what tricks Ariana Madix has up her sleeves next. That definitely makes us feel better about our TV watching habits. It's hard to believe that fans have already watched a billion minutes, and the season hasn't even been on for three weeks yet. That means thousands of people have witnessed antics like Taylor Williams bursting out of his straps after being seduced by Olandria Carthen. It's also a whole lot of people who have seen Huda crash out. Yikes. It took Season 6 nearly a month to crack a billion minutes viewed, so Season 7 is off to a strong start. Surely, with the way things are going in the villa these days, it won't take us long to rack up another billion minutes on this season alone. Ed Sheeran releases new song 'Drive' featuring John Mayer, Dave Grohl: Watch music video
Ed Sheeran has released new music. The singer-songwriter dropped the song "Drive" on Friday, his contribution to the soundtrack of the upcoming Brad Pitt Formula One racing film " F1." There's also a video to go along with the rocking track, which features guitar by John Mayer and drums courtesy of Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl. Watch the full video below. "i knew that i wanted to make a proper rock song for [the movie], a proper driving song. something you'd wanna turn up to the fullest amount whilst driving," Sheeran wrote in the caption of an Instagram post Friday. He noted that he co-wrote the song with Mayer and songwriter Blake Slatkin, and that Grohl and musician Pino Palladino, a session bassist, were "the final jigsaw pieces of the song." "pure dream team for the genre of rock, and i really feel what we created fits the scene in the movie so well," he continued. "i LOVE making songs for movies, ever since i did 'I See Fire' for The Hobbit. it really lets me as a movie fan, behind the curtain, help create the perfect song for a scene in a movie." In the accompanying music video, Sheeran sings on a racetrack while Formula One cars whiz by him and fly through the air. At the end, he gets behind the wheel of what looks like a super-charged dune buggy and drives through the desert and onto a beach. "Movies and art are the only hobbies outside of music i really have, and i love my time at [F1 events] whenever i get to go play there. so this was like a match made in heaven," Sheeran wrote in his Instagram post Friday. "i'm so honored to work with such great musicians on it, and hope you guys love the end result." "F1" follows veteran racer Sonny Hayes (Pitt), who is recruited by Ruben Cervantes, played by Javier Bardem, to join his Formula One team and race alongside Joshua Pearce, played by Damson Idris. The movie and the soundtrack are both out June 27.
