He could not force his way into the first team set up at Old Trafford and moved to Leyton Orient in 2023.
The 24 year old has been one of the League One team's standout players this season and played a crucial role in them reaching the playoff final. They would sadly go on to lose 0-1 to Charlton Athletic.
Galbraith scored six goals and provided eight assists in 51 games for Orient this season as he was an ever-present in their line-up.
The Northern Ireland international's fine form has been recognised by Championship sides and Sheffield United and Swansea City have both been linked to the player in recent days.

The News Letter reports that 'League One outfit Huddersfield Town are the latest club to have a £1.5 million bid rejected for Northern Ireland star Ethan Galbraith.'
The player is in high-demand as Charlton reportedly had a £1.5 million bid rejected last weekend for him.
Leyton Orient's manager Richie Wellens has been full of praise for the former United man lately.
He claimed that Galbraith 'is a Premier League player in the making and younger players who watch him can see how strong he is in his running. He's unbelievable and he's brilliant.'
Wellens also stated that, 'we've got loads of young players that should be watching him and going 'he's intense there, he's always running, he's always at it'.'

Therefore, it will be interesting to see how long Leyton Orient can hold on to their rising star. The pressure to sell is only intensified by the fact that he has one year remaining on his current deal at Brisbane Road.

Liverpool keen on €65m-rated Warren Zaire-Emery That's why the links with Warren Zaire-Emery make sense. . Although the homegrown talent is under contract until 2029, Liverpool might well believe they have a shot at signing him. Rated at €65m, Zaire-Emery has fallen down the pecking order under Luis Enrique. Advertisement He's had to sit and watch as Fabian Ruiz, Vitinha and Joao Neves excel in the middle of the park - leading PSG to their first-ever Champions League title. There could be movement on Zaire-Emery this summer but Liverpool need to pay attention to Arsenal. © IMAGO - Warren Zaire-Emery Liverpool Arsenal and Chelsea move in for Zaire-Emery According to a new report on TBR Football, Mikel Arteta has identified the France international as a potential incoming this off-season. 'Arsenal have made an enquiry to PSG regarding Zaire-Emery's availability this summer,' a report reads. Klopp praises Liverpool's record Wirtz deal in simple message
Jurgen Klopp's Verdict on Florian Wirtz Sums Up Liverpool's Bold New Era Florian Wirtz arrives as Liverpool's new centrepiece Liverpool's summer transfer window has exploded into life with the arrival of Florian Wirtz from Bayer Leverkusen, a £116 million acquisition that does more than just break British transfer records. It marks a shift in tone, a signal of intent, and a reaffirmation of ambition from a club freshly crowned Premier League champions. Advertisement While Arne Slot prepares for his second season at Anfield with the trophy already tucked under his arm, it is this move for Wirtz that may define what comes next. Jurgen Klopp, watching from the wings, sees something special. When asked for his thoughts on the transfer, he needed only three words: 'It will be really, really great.' And then, just to ensure no one misunderstood, he added: 'I'm sure of it.' Photo: @LFC Klopp's legacy and Liverpool's evolution Klopp may no longer be patrolling the Anfield touchline, but his influence lingers in the DNA of this club. The German's verdict on Wirtz was more than a polite nod to his countryman's talent. Speaking to RTL, he said: 'It's very difficult to strengthen them when you're champions. But Liverpool have managed that. They've signed an exceptional talent in Florian Wirtz.' Advertisement It is a glowing endorsement, and from a man who knows exactly what it takes to thrive on Merseyside. Klopp saw the evolution coming. He spoke often of leaving the club in a position of strength. That Liverpool can now attract a player courted by Manchester City, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid is evidence of that vision bearing fruit. Wirtz chooses Liverpool over European royalty The magnitude of this move cannot be overstated. Wirtz, only 22 but already a 31-cap Germany international, had his pick of Europe's giants. Yet the call of Anfield proved irresistible. 'I just thought that it was the right point in my career to make the next step and of course I wanted to get to a club that is from the top three in the world, and in my opinion Liverpool was one of them,' Wirtz explained. Advertisement That conviction did not emerge overnight. It was shaped by conversations and trust, a process that began quietly but quickly grew persuasive. 'Yeah, I just saw myself in the best hands in Liverpool. I was really convinced by the people here, by the idea, and everything what the club offers me was really good. And in the end [it was] also easy to be excited for me to come to Liverpool.' He acknowledged the difficulty of turning his back on German football, but the persistent clarity of vision at Anfield won him over. 'Every time I spoke to one of the people from the club I felt like, 'this is the place I want to be' and so in the end I was really 100 percent convinced I want to join Liverpool and it was the best choice.' More than a transfer, it is a statement There will be questions, naturally. Can Wirtz live up to the £116 million price tag? Will he thrive in the Premier League's unforgiving tempo? But those feel secondary to the bigger picture. This move is not reactive, not scattergun. It is measured, ambitious, and rooted in belief. Advertisement Liverpool, with Arne Slot at the helm and Klopp's words still echoing, have placed their faith in a footballer with the intelligence, flair and maturity to become the new axis of their midfield. The price may be headline-grabbing, but the strategy behind it is anything but impulsive. And in the background, with a quiet smile and those three telling words, Jurgen Klopp watches on.

Charity 5-a-side football match raises money for Cumbrian suicide charity
A charity football match raised money for a mental health charity in memory of a Kendal man who took his own life. The five-a-side over 35s tournament was organised by Matt Brooks in memory of his friend Jonathan Mason who died in 2022, aged 39. Advertisement This year's tournament saw ten teams sign up to take part and raise money for Every Life Matters, a charity based in Shap providing suicide bereavement support across Cumbria. Mr Brooks said: "When Jonny died it was such a shocking scenario because nobody expected it. He was the life and soul of the party. "Running these football matches has been a way for us to pull together and remember him, but it's also given us all an opportunity to stop and think, and be more aware of our mental health.' Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 50 in the UK with death rates in Cumbria higher than the national average. Advertisement Mr Brooks said he feels the games have given people a much-needed space to talk. The football matches are an opportunity to reflect and remember (Boony Bugs) 'You see a lot of people chatting after the match and often it gives them a chance to talk about their personal situations and what helps them get through tough times.' This year's match raised £1,275 taking the total raised for Every Life Matters to £6,906 over the last three years. The Cumbrian charity promotes suicide safer communities and provides resources designed to improve wellbeing and mental health. When I put this idea out there, we ended up with a great community of Jonny's family, friends and people who have connections to football in Kendal.
