This Morning fans rage 'I am done!' as controversial broadcaster makes show debut - complaining 'what's she doing on here?!'

A controversial broadcaster's debut on Thursday's episode of This Morning certainly received mixed opinions from viewers.
Broadcaster Kay Burley, 64 - who is known for her harsh interviewing techniques - appeared on the ITV show alongside Gyles Brandreth to chat to hosts Cat Deeley, 48, and Ben Shephard, 50, about the latest headlines.
The pair appeared on the programme a handful of times to take part in the This Morning's View segment.
Unfortunately, some viewers weren't impressed with her appearance on the show.
One questioned on X: 'What is Kay Burley doing on #ThisMorning.'
'Oh not Kay Burley tea break time.'
'Really? Kay Burley I am done bye.'
During the segment, Cat, Ben, Gyles and Kay discussed the fact that the sexiest politicians of 2025 which have been revealed - and Kate's opinion certainly ruffled a few feathers.
Gyles mentioned Donald Trump during the discussion and Kay said: 'I have interviewed him yeah, he was very sexy.'
Ben couldn't contain his shock and sat back in his seat as he processed what she said.
Many picked up on what she said and wrote on X: 'Kay Burley saying she finds Donald Trump sexy on #ThisMorning well that's enough daytime TV.'
'Omfg Kay saying Donald humptydumpty trump is sexy, away and have a word with yourself #ThisMorning.'
Meanwhile others took to the social platform to share how great they thought she looked.
Many rushed to X, formerly known as Twitter, to give their opinion on Kay appearing on the ITV show

'Wow kay burley looks incredible. 64 going on 40 [fire emojis].'
Replying to a tweet that Gyles sent out, a fan said: 'You look cool as a cucumber in that lovely jumper hello to Kay I do love to see smiling.'
Kay is arguably best known for presenting Sky News.
But in February this year it was revealed that she was stepping down from her role at Sky News after 36 years.
Over the years some of her interviews have stuck in people's minds for controversial reasons.
Some of those include her interview with killer Steve Wright's former girlfriend Pam Wright.
She asked about their sex life, asking: 'Five murders in six weeks. Do you think if you'd had a better sex life he wouldn't have done that?'
Back in 2010 Peter Andre fought back the tears on telly as she questioned about Katie's then-husband Alex Reid adopting his kids.
She was also caught using 'poor language' as she covered the Referendum in Abderdeen.
Elsewhere in the episode This Morning fans raged 'I wish she would stop!' as they called out Cat's distracting habit.
Cat styled her stunning locks over her shoulder and wore a sleek black blouse with animal print trousers.
As the pair cracked on with covering the day's hot topics and welcomed guests, one fan seemed to noticed Cat moving her long, glossy hair out of the way.
One watcher penned on X: 'Will someone give cat a bobble for her hair #thismorning.'
It isn't the first time viewers have noticed the presenter playing with her hair and just a few days ago others quipped: 'Someone please shave Cat's head hair off so she stops f*****g messing with it! #ThisMorning.'

Kensington Palace has released a picture of the Prince of Wales playing with his new puppies to mark his 43rd birthday. The photograph, taken in Windsor by the Princess of Wales earlier this month, will no doubt be appreciated by all animal lovers who have lost their own pets.
