Teddi Mellencamp hails her 'sweet and kind' boyfriend
Teddi Mellencamp's new boyfriend is "really sweet and kind".
The 43-year-old TV star has tried to keep the identity of her new man under wraps, but Teddi has offered an insight into their burgeoning romance.
Speaking on the Diamonds in the Rough podcast, Teddi shared: "I've had to make it clear to people I've dated [that] this is where I am. This is what I've got.
"If it's enough for you, great. If it's not enough, I won't be upset. I mean, yes, my feelings will probably be hurting, but this is all I got to give. And if that's enough, great."
Teddi then shared some details about their relationship, revealing that her boyfriend has been a really supportive influence in her life.
The reality TV star - who has Slate, 12, Cruz, ten, and Dove, five, with her estranged husband Edwin Arroyave - said: "He is really sweet and kind.
"He came and picked us up this week from the show, and he could tell that I was down. He sat and watched, like, one million hours of horse show rounds. He's just a good guy. I know I deserve it, and it's really nice."
Teddi is battling stage four cancer but previously revealed that her tumours had all either "shrunk or disappeared".
Despite this, Teddi would understand if her boyfriend got cold feet about their romance.
She said: "If for some reason you realise you need somebody that doesn't have three kids, 1 million activities to do, 87 podcasts, you want more time than I'm able to give? I understand.
"I would not be mad at you for not even a second. He's like, 'I am willing to do anything to be able to spend time with you.'"
Teddi previously explained that she wants to keep her boyfriend's identity a secret because he's a "private person".
Speaking on her Two Ts In a Pod podcast, which she co-hosts with Tamra Judge, Teddi said: "I'm dating somebody.
"He's very kind to me, he's taking good care of me. He's nice … he's not married, he doesn't have any kids. But he's also a private person."

Teddi Mellencamp confirms new love
Teddi Mellencamp has a new boyfriend. The 43-year-old reality star - who has children Slate, 12, Cruz, 10, and five-year-old Dove with estranged husband Edwin Arroyave - confirmed she has found love again after photos of her and a mystery man began circulating online earlier this week, but she declined to reveal his identity because he is a "private person". Speaking on her 'Two Ts In a Pod' podcast, which she co-hosts with Tamra Judge, Teddi said: 'I'm dating somebody. He's very kind to me, he's taking good care of me. He's nice … he's not married, he doesn't have any kids. But he's also a private person.' Teddi noted her new man had claimed not to know she was in the public eye when they first met, and she had decided to keep his name under wraps so he could retain his privacy. She said: 'I asked him, like, 'Do I even say your name?' and he's, like, it's really whatever you want to do, like, 'I know you're a public person.'' Teddi is battling stage four cancer but revealed last month her tumours had all either "shrunk or disappeared". She wrote on Instagram: on Instagram: "One update I couldn't wait to share! "All tumors stage 4 (metastasized melanoma in my brain and lungs) shrunk or disappeared so I have 6ish more weeks of immunotherapy and doctors believe I will be healed if everything stays on course. "Thank you to everyone who has sent their love, prayers, and positivity [heart emojis] (sic)" And shortly afterwards, the former 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star confirmed she is "doing great" and feeling much better. She told People magazine: 'I'm actually doing great. I had immunotherapy two days ago and they did another round of scans and they said all my tumours are continuing to shrink, so I'm feeling good and I'm happy. 'This the last round of the intense immunotherapy and then I'll be doing immunotherapy for the next two years, every four weeks, but it's like half the dosage that I'm currently on, so then I think it's just going to get easier and easier on me.' Asked recently whether immunotherapy was controlling or curing her cancer, Teddi replied: "It's both. Speaking on 'Two Ts In a Pod', she explained: "It's making sure that it's getting smaller and then let's say that it gets so small that it disappears, it's making sure that it won't form anywhere else in my body. "I was a little bit worried about having to live on immunotherapy because you know how I am when I get super emotional on certain days. But I think that the fact that this is all moving in a smooth path forward is really good news."

Teddi Mellencamp wears wig on 'crying days'
Teddi Mellencamp opts to wear a wig on "crying days". The 43-year-old star was diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma that had spread to her brain and lungs earlier this year and after shaving her head ahead of her surgery to remove some of the tumours, she sometimes steps out showing her scalp but admitted on the days when she is feeling emotional, she prefers to wear a long blonde hair piece. She wrote on Instagram: "The day to day decision of wig versus no wig. Crying days I tend to pick the wig. "The highs and lows of treatment for stage 4 brain and lung tumors are pretty extreme. Please go get your yearly checks." Teddi urged her followers to have any moles checked for signs of melanoma. She added: "It's melanoma awareness month. No better time than now to book and remind a friend or loved one." 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star revealed last month that her tumours have "shrunk or disappeared" and she is hopeful of making a full recovery. She wrote on Instagram: "One update I couldn't wait to share! "All tumors stage 4 (metastasized melanoma in my brain and lungs) shrunk or disappeared so I have 6ish more weeks of immunotherapy and doctors believe I will be healed if everything stays on course. "Thank you to everyone who has sent their love, prayers, and positivity [heart emojis] (sic)" She also shared a positive update in an accompanying video message. Teddi said: "Honestly, the crying is already done, but I just finished with all of my scans and my tumours have significantly shrunk, which doctors believe means that this all will work and that I will be back to myself and feeling good. "I have two more sessions of immunotherapy and then hopefully, I am done, and I will be cancer-free. "I'm going to keep a positive outlook because that's the way my doctor just spoke to me. He's like, 'You did this, you got this.'"
