Evan Ferguson to Celtic transfer rules set by ally as Inamura breaks cover and mega O'Riley payday endorsed
Struggling Evan Ferguson will demand regular football guaranteed by his next club amid swirls over a move to Celtic.
That is the view of Richard Dunne - who is friend's with the Brighton striker's dad - after he struggled to make an impact on loan at West Ham in the second half of last season.

The Ireland international made just three appearances for the Hammers without scoring.

The prospect netted just one Premier League goal last season and could be shipped out of the AMEX Stadium once again by Fabian Hurzeler.

Oddsmakers Gambling.com make the Scottish Premiership champions the favourites to snap up Ferguson - and insider Dunne has named exactly what the Hoops will have to offer the frontman to seal a move.
Dunne told William Hill Vegas: 'Sometimes in football, you just have moves that don't work out or moments that don't work out.
"I remember when I started off at Everton, I played 10 or 11 games, thought I had done really well, came back the next season and never played a game.
'You have ups and downs throughout your career and it's just about how you react.
"I'm sure Evan will be desperate to get playing next year. He's also a player who can turn back up in pre-season.

"He can score 10 goals in pre-season and become a number nine because he's a very, very good footballer.
"He just needs a run of games, a bit of confidence and a couple of goals.
'There'll be a hundred options for Evan in the summer and it's just sort of making sure he gets the one which is focused on him playing week in, week out.'
One player who looks set to make the switch to Celtic this summer is defender Hayato Inamura.
The 23-year-old, currently at Albirex Niigata, is left-sided and can play both at centre-back and left-back.
And amid heavy speculation that the Hoops could dip into the Japanese market again, Inamura has opened up on his hopes for the future.

He told Nikkan Sports: "I have high expectations of myself. I'm the type of person who is never satisfied.
"I feel like my soccer career is finally beginning. In order to go even bigger from here, I need to work harder than ever and have even higher aspirations.
"In the near future, there will be the World Cup. I definitely want to make the Japanese national team there and wanting to play overseas."
Big moves could be funded by sell-on paydays – with Jeremie Frimpong's move to Liverpool from Bayer Leverkusen already boosting the Parkhead coffers this summer.

And reports suggest a move for Matt O'Riley is also on the cards after Danish international has hinted he is not completely happy at Brighton.

Celtic would be entitled to a chunk of change should an exit from the Seagulls materialise - and legendary manager Fabio Capello has urged Atalanta to revive their interest in the 24-year-old from last summer.
Writing for Gazzetta Dello Sport, he reckons O'Riley could be the perfect replacement for 34-year-old Marten De Roon just a year on from his £25million exit from the Premiership.
"We need a serious alternative to De Roon in midfield, and for me the answer is called Matt O'Riley.
'Already linked to La Dea last year, then arriving at Brighton, he would be perfect for Juric. Quality and determination to spare, a natural leader .'

The Brighton Pier to Pier race was due to take place today, June 22. However, organisers made the decision to postpone the race due to forecast high winds. The race, which was due to return for its 89th year, is now set to take place on July 19. The longstanding event sees swimmers race between Brighton's two piers. Rashford hints at interest in Barcelona move
Marcus Rashford has hinted that he would be open to a move to Barcelona this summer and has said he would 'love to play with Lamine Yamal'.
