P10 worth of 'shabu' inside fishing vessel seized by PH Navy in Zambales
More than P10 billion worth of alleged shabu was seized in a fishing vessel in the waters of Zambales by the Philippine Navy.
According to Mark Makalalad's report on Super Radyo dzBB, the fishing vessel was manned by foreign nationals.

The report added the seizure took place at around 1 a.m. and that this is one of the biggest seizures of illegal drugs by the Philippine Navy.

8 police chiefs removed for failure to implement ‘5-minute response' policy
Eight police chiefs in Metro Manila were removed from their posts for failure to implement the Five-Minute Response Time policy, according to Jun Veneracion's report on Super Radyo dzBB. PNP chief Police General Nicolas Torre III said in an interview with reporters that the the police officials refused to comply with the policy. The cops were stationed in Navotas, Caloocan, Valenzuela, Mandaluyong, Marikina, San Juan, Parañaque, and Makati, according to PNP spokesperson Brigadier General Jean Fajardo. Meanwhile, Torre said more police officials are expected to be removed from their posts, including provincial directors in Central Visayas. Torre added there are already replacements lined up for the removed officials. The PNP previously said that the 5-Minute Response Time Strategy serves as a major departure from traditional precinct-based policing, making the police presence a more mobile, proactive, and people-centered approach. 2 suspects previously arrested for fake links with First Family nabbed for explosives, firearms
Two suspects who were previously arrested for claiming they had connections with the First Family were apprehended by police in Parañaque City for the illegal possession of explosives and firearms. In his report in Super Radyo dzBB, Carlo Mateo said Philippine National Police-Highway Patrol Group head P/Brigadier General Eleazar Mata said they seized a block of C-4 Explosive, guns, ammunition, knives, handcuffs and three bullet-proof vests from the suspects. During a press briefing, Mata said HPG personnel flagged down a black sport utility vehicle with no rear license plate and using unauthorized blinkers along Filipinas Avenue. A closer inspection revealed the contraband inside the vehicle. The suspects were arrested after they failed to produce the necessary documents. The duo even claimed they were members of the Office of the President. Among the charges are violating Republic Acts 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act), 9516 (Unlawful Possession of Explosives), Possession of Bladed Weapons, Resisting Arrest, Disobedience to a Person of Authority, Concealing of True Name and Obstruction of Justice. Authorities added the two suspects were previously arrested by the PNP-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) for claiming they had ties with the family of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. Police are urging members of the public who might have been scammed by the suspects come forward and file the appropriate cases against them. —RF, GMA Integrated News
