Jennifer Aniston is "always hard working" when it comes to her fitness routine.
The 56-year-old actress often posts social media updates showcasing her workouts, and now her personal trainer Dani Coleman has revealed the Hollywood star's preferred way of moving through the Pvolve method.
She told E! News: "She really trains in all three of our signature formats: Strength Sculpt, Progressive Weight Training class and Sculpt and Burn.
"So, your strength, your mobility, as well as your cardiovascular health—she trains in it all, Keeping her practice has been truly incredible to witness firsthand.
"Anything that can challenge Jen's core is probably like one of my favourite things to try to do with her. Because she's so strong and so finding new ways to challenge her with the Pvolve method has been so fun as a trainer.
"I haven't given her anything yet that she said 'no' to. I'd say she is always hard working, always keeping me laughing with her humor, and it's a lot of fun. It's really a dream come true."
Jennifer - who shot to fame alongside Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer, and the late Matthew Perry in the classic 1990s sitcom 'Friends' - previously revealed she would be keen for her former co-stars to take up the method that combines low-impact functional fitness with resistance-based equipment.
She told 'Entertainment Tonight': "It's like I found a precious stone of some sort. It's just changed my whole outlook on working out. It's something I look forward to. I'm still trying to get Courteney to take a class with me, but I'm working on her. Lisa's working so often [that] I can barely get her in Los Angeles."
But the 'Morning Show' star insisted that her new exercise regime is not a "fad" and claimed that it goes back to the age-old principle of "calories in and calories out".
She said: "Fads are what they are - they're just fads. They come and they go, and it's not very science-based or backed by much. When I was in my 20s, was there a grapefruit diet for a second there? Sure. I remember doing that. I also remember doing Nutrisystem... Things like that just aren't sustainable.
"Calories in, calories out. You put good, healthy vegetables, organic foods in your body, your body is gonna thrive on it. Put crap in your body, and your body's gonna show that.
"Your body is just a reflection of everything that you do. It's about maintaining a balance.
"Eighty percent straight as an arrow, doing all that we're supposed to do, and then give yourself 20 percent of fun.
"That's like, let's go out with the girls and get Mexican food, margaritas. Let's have a pizza party. Let's barbeque burgers and fries, hot dogs, by the pool. It's indulging and enjoying yourself and maybe saying, 'I'm not gonna work out today

Charlotte Lee is a veteran designer behind some of New Balance's best sneakers, and it's looking like she's onto another sold-out success with the ABZORB 2000 (AUD$260). Her greatest hits include the WRPD Runner, 530, 1000, and viral 1906L sneaker loafer, but she spent three times longer designing the ABZORB 2000 than a typical New Balance lifestyle sneaker. With a sold-out first release on 12th of June 2025, it's looking like it was time well spent. This new futuristic model takes off from where the James Lee and Yue Wu designed New Balance 9060 left off. That 'retrofuturism' 9060 sneaker appeared out of thin air and emerged as a successful model for the brand, and while it's hard to dismiss how much it has done for changing the narrative around chunky dad shoes, the ABZORB 2000 walks a different path with a hoast of futuristic touches. It looks to channel a little too much Nike Air Max Scorpion at first glance, but this is all New Balance. Lee turned to abandoned NB technology known as ABZORB SBS for inspiration, but it's not the only piece of technology. She also leaned on the virutal reality tool 'Gravity Sketch' to look at the model in 3D and bring intricate details to areas of the shoe, best seen in the screen-printed upper that serves a function by reducing the amount of TPU waste that would traditionally go into a design like this. New Balance ABZORB 2000 | Image: Supplied / New Balance The launch colour—Still Water with Blue Agate—is a highlight, but as Riley Jones from WWD rightly pointed out, it looks like it's out of a video game. 'We wanted something that felt futuristic and progressive but still rooted in our DNA,' said Paul Kaseumsouk, general manager of lifestyle inline and speed at New Balance, in an interview with Footwear News. 'It's about evolving the brand's aesthetic without losing what makes it distinct. You can still find subtle nods to our heritage in the detailing and craftsmanship, but the overall design was meant to break the mold and signal a bold step forward.' Interestingly, this is the first 2000s-inspired silhouette for Lee. 'I was like, 'Is this really the right shoe for me to be doing?' And actually everyone got to saying, 'Yeah, because you're taking a new spin on it, keep on going,'' she said in an interview with WWD. 'Then at the end, I kind of stood back and was like, 'Wow. Yeah, OK.'' No big names, stars, celebrities, influencers. It was simply shared in a post by Brazilian stylist Gustavo Soares to his 10,000 followers before it was picked up by sneaker publishers and later in Milan Design Week in partnership with retailer Slam Jam. The next move, however, will be bigger. Chicago's Joe Freshgoods is cooking up an all-over pink pair, and while details are scarce, expect to see more of these during the upcoming Paris Fashion Week from Tuesday June 24th to Sunday June 29th 2025. Johnny Depp has "empty-nest syndrome". The 62-year-old actor - who has Lily-Rose, 25, and Jack, 22, with former partner Vanessa Paradis - misses the days his children were still young enough to call him "Papa" and he's amazed at how quickly they have grown up. He told the Sunday Times newspaper: 'Years get away from us, don't they?... I'm of the empty-nest syndrome." And if that's the direction you want? Go for it. But don't let anybody choose for you.' The Black Mass actor has never felt comfortable with fame and rarely even goes out with his friends because he doesn't want to bring unwanted attention their way. He said: 'Well, to this day I just rarely go out. If friends invite me out for Mexican, I say, 'Dude, that's sweet of you but I will ruin your night.' My presence will bring attention and, Jesus, I have had almost 40 years of fame but I'm still not used to it. And I'm glad I'm not.'

Lark has now moved nearly all of it's flagship production from its previous Cambridge facility out to Pontville and it's definitely a site to behold and worth a visit if you're down in Hobart. Full of rich history (literally with buildings built in the early 1800's) and even better stories over a dram, there's plenty to discover. As part of the Dark Mofo festival, Lark now releases a limited edition Dark Lark bottle each year, and the 2025 release is one of their sexiest and best looking bottles yet. The design is inspired by the fiery lichen-lit shores of the Bay of Fires in Tasmania and the label even glows in the dark! For that, I think Couple's Therapy is a fantastic show – the latest season is streaming on SBS On Demand now, and I can't recommend it enough. The show gives you a really unique insight into the process behind therapy, with New York-based psychologist Dr. Orna Guralnik taking you into her practice, showcasing sessions with struggling couples, as well as her supervision sessions with other therapists between. It's really fascinating stuff, and as you watch you'll start to find yourself empathising with her clients' problems, as well as root for them to figure out how to make it through whatever is causing them distress. It does dive into some deeply uncomfortable territory—it's showcasing people's therapy sessions, after all—but it's a great reminder that everyone goes through tough times, and that surrounding yourself with good, supportive people is almost always the answer.
