WWE Night of Champions is set for June 28 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and the card looks excellent on paper, though somehow, it doesn't seem to be completely filled.
Back in the day, Night of Champions used to be the only show that featured title defenses from every current titleholder. It doesn't appear as though that tradition will continue for the 2025 version of the show.
After an explosive episode of SmackDown on Friday that saw John Cena masterfully recreate CM Punk's famous Pipe Bomb promo, there are five official matches on the card.
Here's a look at them:
Orton and Asuka punched their tickets to the King and Queen of the Ring finals at Night of Champions with wins over Sami Zayn and Alexa Bliss, respectively. We'll find out if Orton will be facing Rhodes or Uso, and if Asuka will draw Roxanne Perez or Jade Cargill in the final.

The hope is that things won't be predictable. However, you'd expect Rhodes to beat Uso and for Cargill to knock off Perez.
I'd predict Orton and Cargill to be the King and Queen of the Ring, with a title shot coming for both at SummerSlam.
The Jacob Fatu vs. Solo Sikoa title match was made on SmackDown. No one expects Fatu to drop the belt yet. He's arguably the fastest-rising star in the promotion. I'd expect Sikoa to continue to put his cousin over and for the two to have an entertaining match.
Dirty Dom vs. Styles should be a classic match. Dom has improved so much as a performer across the board. Hopefully, he can inspire a spectacular performance from Styles. The veteran has looked a step slow of late. After all, he has been in more than his share of grueling and body-taxing matches during his career.
Still, Styles is the quintessential pro, and having a dance partner like Mysterio should pull the best out of him.
The following titles aren't scheduled to be defended—at least not yet:
Lynch is in a feud with Bayley, and former Women's IC Champion Lyra Valkyria is still in the peripheral. Vega wants respect, but she hasn't been thrust into a compelling feud.
The Street Profits could draw the Wyatt Sicks, and the New Day could have an opponent as well.
We'll see if there is another title match—or two—added to Night of Champions. The show takes place on June 28.

Terence Crawford makes bold claim ahead of Canelo Alvarez fight

Terence Crawford has warned Canelo Alvarez that he plans to be the first man to knock him out when they meet in their blockbuster fight later this year. The pound-for-pound greats will fight on 13 September in Las Vegas for Alvarez's undisputed super-middleweight world title. Advertisement Some are billing the bout as the "fight of the century" with the undefeated, four-division world champion Crawford (41-0, 31 KOs) stepping up from light-middleweight to take on the Mexican great. There are questions about whether his power will travel up the divisions and Canelo (63-2-2, 39 KOs) has never yet been knocked out in a professional career spanning 20 years. Jose Cotto rocked him with a first-round left hook early in his career back in 2010, while he has survived notorious power punchers such as Gennadiy Golovkin, Sergey Kovalev and Dmitry Bivol, although he did lose a decision to the latter. Yet Crawford is adamant he can end the 34-year-old's streak. 'Anybody can be knocked out,' Crawford said during a press conference to promote the fight in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 'Canelo's got a granite chin, he's tough, he's durable. But we've seen him hurt a couple of times and given the right circumstances, anybody can get knocked out.' Advertisement There are some in the boxing world who believe Canelo has been given the rub of the green by judges when previously competing in Vegas but the unbeaten American isn't worried about that. 'I can't focus on the judges,' added Crawford. 'I just gotta focus on doing what I can do and controlling what I can control inside the ring. And that's going out there and winning the fight decisively.' Canelo Alvarez will put his undisputed super-middleweight title on the line (Getty Images) Crawford is considered by many, including The Independent, to be the No 1 pound-for-pound boxer in the world but the 37-year-old believes this super-fight in Vegas will be the pinnacle of his career. 'I called Canelo out, he is the last great fighter amongst the era that surpassed us,' explained Crawford 'The Floyd [Mayweather], the [Manny] Pacquiao, the [Oscar] De La Hoya. We both came up in that era and he got the chance to fight them. Advertisement "I wasn't able to get those mega fights, this is my mega fight. This is my moment. 'Over the last 20 years [in terms of biggest fights], I can definitely say it's up there. 'Me and Canelo are definitely making this event as massive as possible, given the body of work that he's put in the sport and the body of work that I've put in the sport. "The accomplishments that he has, the accomplishments that I have in the sport. When you look at it, we did this together with the work that he did and the work that I did. "Everything is up for grabs. Three-time undisputed, three different weight classes, going up two weight divisions. An undefeated fighter in the 168 division in Canelo Alvarez. Another all-time great, Hall of Famer in Canelo Alvarez. Everything is on the line in this fight.' Alvarez and Crawford will fight for the gold in a hugely anticipated bout (REUTERS) For his part, Canelo was equally confident of coming out on top – making a point of acknowledging his opponent's impressive record without being overawed by it. Advertisement 'He's a great fighter but he's not Canelo. I have the experience," Canelo said. "They only focus on my power but I have more than that. This fight is going to be one of my best fights on my record. 'He's not going to beat me, don't worry about it.' That drew a laugh and a smile from Crawford, who replied: 'For sure them belts are coming home with me.'

Cody Rhodes Has Perfect Reaction to Tom Brady's WWE Entrance

Cody Rhodes Has Perfect Reaction to Tom Brady's WWE Entrance originally appeared on Athlon Sports. Tom Brady won seven Super Bowl titles during his legendary NFL career, and while all that success paved him a road to Canton, he surely made a lot of haters along the way. On Friday, Brady embraced his villainous persona again, but on a different stage— all in good fun, as he played to the crowd. Advertisement During the Fanatics Fest in New York City, the former New England Patriots quarterback made his way into the event with a championship belt and with WWE superstar Cody Rhodes' theme song blaring in the background. The three-time NFL Most Valuable Player tried to further entertain the crowd by spitting on a Sauce Gardner-New York Jets jersey and ripping New York Giants' Eli Manning uniform in half. Right then, Manning made a surprise appearance, jumping onto Brady's back and piggyback-riding him up the entrance ramp for a very WWE-like exit. Manning, of course, is also famous for leading the Giants to two Super Bowl victories over Brady and the Pats, including one in the 42nd edition of the "Big Game" in 2008, when New York ruined New England's chances for an immaculate season. Advertisement WWE shared the video of Brady's entrance via its social media platforms, which caught Cody Rhodes' attention. Rhodes, who lost his undisputed WWE Championship belt to John Cena at WrestleMania 41 last April, appeared to acknowledge Brady as the greatest of all time by leaving three goat emojis (🐐🐐🐐) as a comment to the post. Tom Brady looks on before the 109th Running of the Indianapolis 500 at Indianapolis Motor Lebryk-Imagn Images Whether Brady is indeed the greatest to ever play football or not, it's clear that he still attracts quite the mainstream attention long after he retired from the sport. Now 47 years old, Brady threw for 89,214 passing yards and 649 touchdowns with 212 interceptions in 335 NFL regular season games, split between the Patriots and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. See it: Giants legend Eli Manning 'attacks' Tom Brady at Fanatics Fest NYC

Former Super Bowl rivals Tom Brady and Eli Manning had another showdown, this time at the Fanatics Fest at the Javits Center in New York City. In a grand WWE-like setting, Brady made his entrance to a raucous crowd, tearing opponents' jerseys, including that of Manning's. Eli did not take kindly to the diss, playfully "attacking" Brady. It was all in good fun in the end, and the two legends made up and even had a catch afterward. Over the years, Brady has been vocal about his two losses to Manning in Super Bowls XXII and XLVI. Eli outdueled him in both contests and was named MVP of both games. That has stuck in Brady's craw ever since. Had he been able to beat the Giants, he might have nine Super Bowl rings instead of his NFL record seven.
