Who Is Joining Young & Restless This Week? New & Returning Cast Revealed
Amidst all the drama and chaos unfolding in The Young and the Restless, the show is set to introduce several exciting cast members this week. This includes some iconic characters from the show's past and some new faces ready to add some spice to the soap opera's narrative.
So, who is joining The Young and the Restless cast this week? Let's find out!
Here's a list of the new and returning actors joining The Young and the Restless cast for the June 16-21 week (via Soap Opera Digest):
Perhaps one of the most iconic characters to return to The Young and the Restless, Michael Damian's Damian Romalotti dates back to 1981. Since his exit in 1998, Damian has returned to the show several times. He will reportedly share scenes with Daniel (Michael Graziadei), his son. But the rockstar's return is always greeted with glee by fans, and this instance should not be any different.
Tessa Porter will also be in this week's The Young and the Restless. She will reportedly share scenes with Mariah, which can perhaps finally shed light on what is wrong with Camryn Grimes' character. This may also lead to some difficult scenes between the couple.
A new entry on the list, Vincent Stalba, will join The Young and the Restless as Carter, Aristotle Dumas' assistant. As most fans already know, the show intends to reveal Aristotle's identity this week, and perhaps Carter has a big role to play there.
Billy Flynn is set to join The Young and the Restless this week, but his role has not been disclosed yet. The Young and the Restless announced the casting months ago, but his role has remained a secret. As this week is also set to expose Aristotle Dumas, it has fans guessing. Many firmly believe that Billy Flynn will take over the role of Dumas. Flynn will continue his role in Days of Our Lives after joining The Young and the Restless.

Jack Betts Dies: ‘Spider-Man' Actor Was 96
Jack Betts, the character actor who appeared in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man (2002) and over a dozen Spaghetti Western films, has died at the age of 96. Per The Hollywood Reporter, which first reported the news, Betts died Thursday in his sleep at his Los Osos, Calif. home, his nephew, Dean Sullivan, said. More from Deadline Andrew Garfield Says Spider-Man Return "Would Have To Be Very Weird" & The "Creative Freedom" Of Animated 'Spider-Verse' Movies Jon Bernthal Helped Tom Holland With Spider-Man Audition Tape: "Not That I Take Responsibility" New 'Spider-Man' With Tom Holland Gets Title - CinemaCon Born Jack Fillmore Betts (saying he bore a relation to the 13th POTUS Millard Fillmore) on April 11, 1929 in Jersey City, NJ, he grew up in Miami, where he eventually studied theater at University of Miami. Afterward, he moved to New York City, where he made his Broadway debut in 1953's Richard III. When a friend asked him to help with an audition for Lee Strasberg's famed nonprofit, The Actors Studio, the director of the prestigious acting school granted him a three-year scholarship to study there. As a result, the venerated Elia Kazan later cast him in a production of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. (He later returned to Braodway for Kazan's 1959 production of Sweet Bird of Youth, as well as a late '70s revival of Dracula, in which he once portrayed the eponymous count as Raul Julia's standby.) Betts' first film credit was in 1959's The Bloody Brood, and in 1966 he was cast as the title character in Franco Giraldi's Sugar Colt, billed as Hunt Powers for the first time. That kicked off a string of credits in over a dozen Spaghetti Westerns through the 1970s. On the television side, Betts racked up a number of appearances in daytime soaps, including General Hospital, The Young Marrieds, The Edge of Night, The Doctors, Another World, All My Children, Falcon Crest, Search for Tomorrow, Guiding Light, Generations and The Young and the Restless. His other notable arcs included episodes for Perry Mason and The F.B.I., as well as turns in popular series like Gunsmoke, Seinfeld, Mad TV, Frasier, Everybody Loves Raymond, Friends, The Mentalist and Monk. (Betts was great friends with Everybody Loves Raymond star Doris Roberts, whom he met at The Actors Studio in the '50s; the two shared a home from the late '80s until her death in 2016.) In Spider-Man, Betts notably portrays Henry Balkan, the Oscorp Technologies board chairman who tells Willem Dafoe's Norman Osborn, 'You're out, Norman,' kicking off the Green Goblin's villainous arc. Later on in the movie, Osborn parrots back the phrase to Balkan, as he vaporizes the board in an attack on Times Square, gleefully shouting: 'Out, am I?' Additional film credits include 1993's Falling Down with Michael Douglas and Robert Duvall, the 1995 Val Kilmer-starring Batman Forever and 1998's Gods and Monsters opposite Ian McKellen and Brendan Fraser. In addition to his nephew, survivors include his nieces, Lynne and Gail, and his sister, Joan, who turns 100 in November. Following the news of his death, Beverly Hills Playhouse shared a tribute to the performer on Instagram, writing: 'Our beloved Jack Betts passed away peacefully at home. It is a sad day for the BHP as we have enjoyed his presence for so many years. There are actors who credit him with their not giving up because of his encouragement. We were so fortunate to have enjoyed his great spirit, passion and true dedication to the work. There was only ever one like this and we are the richer for having his presence in our theatre. Rest in peace, Jack.' Best of Deadline 2025 Deaths Photo Gallery: Hollywood & Media Obituaries 2024 Hollywood & Media Deaths: Photo Gallery & Obituaries Remembering Shelley Duvall: A Career In Photos

Morgan Wallen sets negative headlines ablaze during 'I'm the Problem' tour opener
Morgan Wallen marked the opening night of his "I'm The Problem" Tour with a fiery performance at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas, including what seemed to be his reaction to recent news headlines. According to multiple videos from fans in attendance at the June 20 concert, Wallen displayed a montage of negative headlines − including one that read "Morgan Wallen breaks COVID mask protocols" − during his performance of "I'm the Problem." After the song's performance, Wallen appeared to pour gasoline on the stage and then picked up a lighter, cueing a pyrotechnic show. "You say I'll never change, I'm just a go around town with some gasoline," Wallen sings during the opening lyrics of the song. "Just tryin' to bum a flame, gonna burn the whole place down." Wallen posted an Instagram video walking out before the concert with retired NFL legend Andre Johnson of the Houston Texans. USA TODAY reached out to reps for Wallen and NRG Stadium for comment. "Morgan Wallen burns the place down while bringing the receipts," wrote one X user. Another user on TikTok wrote, "Morgan Wallen claps back at all the negative headlines and sets the stage on 'fire.'" Wallen has spent his fair share of time in the headlines. Earlier this year, he caused quite a stir by making an early exit from "Saturday Night Live" during a March episode of the NBC sketch series. In an unusual moment, he hugged Oscar-winning host Mikey Madison during the signoff before walking off stage and then taking to his Instagram stories to post a photo of a plane and wrote, "Get me to God's country." Morgan Wallen teases new album 'I'm The Problem' and announces 2025 tour The walk-off moment sparked a wave of criticism for the "Just In Case" hitmaker, who pleaded guilty last year to misdemeanor reckless endangerment after throwing a chair off the roof of a bar. In 2020, Wallen was uninvited from "SNL" after videos surfaced that showed him partying without a mask amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The next year, he shocked the music industry when he was captured on tape in a TMZ video using a derogatory racial slur commonly used to describe Black people. The "Kick Myself" singer will also perform Saturday, June 21. Wallen's tour is named after his fourth studio album, in its fourth week at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 top albums chart. His previous album, "One Thing at a Time," spent 19 weeks at No. 1 — the most weeks any country album has ever logged at No. 1. "One Thing" followed "Dangerous," which spent 10 weeks at No. 1 on its way to becoming Billboard's most successful album of the century so far.
