‘Manhoos, drunkard' Kunal Kamra gets mercilessly roasted by fellow comics: ‘His favourite position is opposition'
Comedian Kunal Kamra is no stranger to controversy; his latest special caused a stir among a certain section of the audience, who took offence to jokes he made about some politicians. They destroyed the venue where the special was shot, and Kamra was hit with several FIRs. The comic splits his time between Himachal Pradesh and Puducherry, and has been put on the no-fly list by several airlines after an altercation that he had with TV journalist Arnab Goswami. He appeared on the latest episode of Ashish Solanki's Roast show on YouTube, where a panel of comics joked about Kamra's edgy comedy, growing 'irrelevance', and his 'saviour' attitude. Kamra was seen laughing along as his friends and colleagues took aim at him in the roast, a format of stand-up comedy where people poke fun at a person, no holds barred.
Solanki described Kamra has 'manhoos', citing his appearance on Samay Raina's equally controversial series India's Got Latent. The first comic to take shots at Kamra was Sumaira Shaikh, also implied that he is a drunk. 'Kamra has become a farmer, the first farmer who gives alcohol to his plants,' she joked. 'Saviour ban ke ghoomta hai, Muslim comics and female comics ka. Apne baal toh bacha nahi paaya,' she continued. Sumaira finished her set with another reference at the India's Got Latent controversy. 'Let's send him to jail, would you rather…'

The second comic, Shashwat Maheshwari, said that he wishes 'Modi ji would lose just so that Kamra shuts up'. He continued, 'Kamra sunta sabki hai lekin karta Congress ki hai.' He finished with, 'Kamra has been doing political comedy for years, but he has converted nobody. sleeper cells are more active than him. As an aware citizen, I don't want him on my team.'
The biggest laugh came for a joke by comic Onkar Yadav, who joked, 'Kamra thinks Latent is Balraj's show, kyunki Kashmiri Pandit toh isse dikhte nahi.' This was another reference at India's Got Latent; the show was filmed at The Habitat, owned by Balraj Ghai, and hosted by Samay Raina, whose Pandit culture is a big part of his artistry. Comic Daahab Chishti took the centrestage next, and shot off a series of jokes: 'Kamra is my favourite comic because I lost my taste after Covid. Kamra's favourite position is opposition. Kamra thinks spanking means lathi charge.'
Kamra's childhood friend, Siddharth Dudeja, called him a 'drug addict, drunkard, and cigarette smoker.' He joked, 'They sent murders after him, but even they gave up. They thought let's focus our energy on Ravish, this guy will kill himself with that lifestyle.' The show ended with Kamra taking the centrestage and, as he did in his controversial recent special, held up the Constitution of India. 'Let me say something while I'm still relevant. if anybody has an issue with comedy, you can file a case within the framework of the constitution, and we can respond,' he said.

In a recent interview with Variety, the 'Anyone but You' star opened up on working in Echo Valley and said, "When you have a scene partner like Julianne, it's not as hard as you would think. She is such an amazing actress and just so emotionally available and open, it makes you feel safe. So I felt very, very comfortable going to very deep raw places." Adding how she prepared for the part, the actress shared, "I watched a lot of videos. There's a YouTube series of this guy that interviews people on Skid Row that have struggled with addiction and are [still] currently. I watched a lot of them and drew from different stories that they would tell or mannerisms that they have." Adding further, "Sometimes, to be honest, I don't really plan anything, or I don't like to think it through. I don't know if that's great, but for me, it's like, you don't really rehearse a conversation that you're gonna have. Like, I didn't rehearse things out. Frogan removes all twitch videos and clips amid viral legal dispute with Ethan Klein
(Image via YouTube/@EthanKleinH3/@frogan) In a surprising turn of events, Twitch streamer Frogan appears to have wiped her entire video archive following a lawsuit filed by YouTuber Ethan Klein. The sudden move comes in the wake of Klein's legal action against three creators, accusing them of copyright infringement linked to his viral 'Content Nuke' video. What Sparked the Lawsuit? On June 19, Ethan Klein publicly confirmed he is suing three Twitch streamers—Frogan, Kaceytron, and Denims—for what he claims is blatant copyright infringement. At the center of the dispute is Klein's "Content Nuke" video, a critical breakdown of fellow creator HasanAbi. Klein alleges that the streamers used his video without proper commentary or transformation, violating fair use laws. Frogan, a political content creator known for her sharp takes and Twitch debates, was specifically called out by Klein for offering minimal input during her reaction streams. He also accused her of encouraging viewers to 'watch through her,' implying a deliberate attempt to divert traffic away from the original video. Frogan Reportedly Deleted All of Her Twitch Clips Shortly after the lawsuit became public knowledge, Frogan's Twitch channel underwent a drastic transformation. Viewers noticed that nearly all of her past VODs and clips had vanished. The only piece of content left standing was a now-viral clip of AI HasanAbi telling Frogan her therapy sessions weren't working—an odd remnant amidst the digital purge. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Cardiologists Shocked: 1 Spoonful a Day Melts Lower Belly Fat Fast Hollywood News | USA Click Here Undo Frogan hasn't issued a formal statement addressing the lawsuit or her decision to delete her content. Her silence stands in contrast to fellow defendant Denims, who has launched a crowdfunding campaign to help cover legal fees. Ethan Klein is Suing EVERYONE Ethan Klein's Case Against Frogan Klein didn't hold back when explaining why Frogan is among the specific individuals targeted in his legal action. In a recent video, he highlighted a moment where Frogan left his video running while stepping out of frame, adding no commentary or value to the original work. He argued that such behavior fails the 'transformative' test required for fair use protection. He also mentioned that Frogan's own viewers criticized her lack of engagement during the stream. For Klein, the final straw came when Frogan allegedly encouraged others to view his content 'through her,' framing it as ethical consumption. According to him, this move indicated an intentional effort to divert viewership, what he calls 'malicious intent to steal.' What's Next? With over 66,000 followers and an average of nearly 100 viewers per stream, Frogan's Twitch career is now under intense scrutiny. Whether her mass deletion was legal damage control or an emotional response remains unknown. For now, her content void speaks louder than any tweet. Ethan Klein's legal claims are likely to ignite broader discussions around the ethics of 'react content,' fair use, and where creators should draw the line. And while some fans stand divided, one thing's for sure—the drama's far from over. Game On Season 1 kicks off with Sakshi Malik's inspiring story. Watch Episode 1 here
