
Ektifa launches organic Arabic bread
A seven spikes' product
The healthy Arabic bread, produced from the Saba Sanabel "Seven Spikes" wheat, is available at various Sharjah Cooperative Society branches across the Emirate. It is organic and free of sugar and preservatives.
Faisal Khalid Al Naboodah, Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Sharjah Cooperative Society, revealed the availability of Arabic bread, the latest product from the Sharjah Agricultural and Livestock Production EST (Ektifa), affiliated with the Sharjah Department of Agriculture and Livestock, at branches of Sharjah cooperative societies. This comes as part of the constructive cooperation between Sharjah Cooperative Society and "Ektifa" to provide high-quality products that meet the needs of customers and visitors.
Healthy and organic
Speaking exclusively to "Sharjah 24," Al Nabooda explained that the healthy Arabic bread was produced from the Saba Sanabel "Seven Spikes" wheat, which was grown in the Emirate of Sharjah. It is distinguished by being an organic product, high in protein, and free of preservatives and sugar.
