Todd & Julie Chrisley Already Nabbed Post-Prison Job
Todd and Julie Chrisley won't be looking for work after they are released from prison because they already have a job.
Lifetime has hired the couple for a brand new reality show, and they are ready to roll the moment they walk out of prison, according to TMZ. Todd is currently in prison in Federal Correction Institution in Pensacola, FL, and Julie is in Federal Medical Center in Lexington, KY, but they should be out in a matter of days after their White House pardon.
The husband and wife were famous for their USA Network show, Chrisley Knows Best, which aired for 10 seasons from 2014 until 2023. The reality series followed the Atlanta-based, self-made multimillionaire, his wife, and their five children, but things weren't always so rosy behind the scenes. There was eldest daughter Lindsie's estrangement from her dad and eldest son Kyle's issues with addiction, but Todd and Julie's legal battles might have been the biggest controversy of all.
In August 2019, the couple was indicted by a federal grand jury on 12 counts of bank and wire fraud, tax evasion, and conspiracy. The Chrisleys denied the charges, but per The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, they were found guilty on all charges in June 2022. Julie was also convicted of wire fraud in the case.
Todd was sentenced to 12 years in prison and 16 months' probation, while Julie received seven years in prison plus 16 months' probation, according to Fox 5 Atlanta.

The owners of 425 Fifth Avenue, aka 10 Bryant Park between East 39th and 40th streets, landed another big catch at their tower where Amazon recently signed for 330,000 square feet — and it all started with a game of pickleball. In one of Manhattan's largest retail-space deals this year, burgeoning 'athletic urban country club' Life Time signed for 52,000 square feet on four levels, including in the soon to be vacated, 17,000 square-foot Staples store. Suicide bomber kills at least 9 in Syrian church near Damascus during Mass
DWEILA, Syria — A suicide bomber in Syria on Sunday detonated his explosives inside a church filled with people, killing at least nine, Syrian state media reported. The explosion in Dweila, on the outskirts of Damascus, took place as people were praying inside the Mar Elias Church. The state-run Syrian Arab News Agency, or SANA, citing the Health Ministry, said that at least 15 others were wounded. The Britain-based war monitor the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says there were 30 casualties, but it did not give exact numbers of dead and wounded. Some local media reports said that children were among the casualties. The attack was the first of its kind in Syria in years and comes as Damascus under its de facto Islamist rule is trying to win the support of minorities. As President Ahmad al-Sharaa struggles to exert authority across the country, there have been concerns about the presence of sleeper cells of extremist groups in the war-torn country. No group immediately claimed responsibility Sunday, but the Syrian Interior Ministry said an extremist from the Islamic State group entered the church and fired at the people there before detonating an explosives vest. Some witness testimonies supported that account. A witness who identified himself as Rawad told the Associated Press he saw the attacker, who was accompanied by two others who fled as he was driving near the church.
