Property staging experts have revealed the steps celebrities swear by to dazzle potential buyers, selling their homes in a flash.
And you don't even need an A-lister's bank balance to carry to replicate them.
Liv Conlon launched ThePropertyStagers when she was just 16 years-old and made a whopping £1 million before she turned 18.
She shared some of best high-end yet budget-friendly home viewings tips with the Daily Mail.
"Celebrities may have an off-the-scale budget when it comes to styling their homes for sale - but there are ways to copy the look on a budget," the pro explained.
"Whether it's creating an unforgettable first impression, using crisp five-star hotel-standard bedding, or a homely aroma wafting around the kitchen, you don't need a Hollywood income to achieve the same effect.
"Putting things in place now if you are looking to market your property, will only stand you in good stead."
GRAND ENTRANCE
The first step to making a quick sale is to make a good first impression, and that begins at your front door.
Citing Kris Jenner's $13.5 million mansion, the property pro broke down the importance of "grand entrance".
She explained that the mom-ager has "two winding staircases and a chandelier hanging from the ceiling - hence creating a 'wow factor'".
Olivia Attwood shows off incredible 'hotel style' bathroom makeover at £1m mansion she shares with footballer husband Bradley Dack
A house's entrance creates an "impactful first impression as someone walks into your home".
And you can manage this without calling up Kris' contractor for a redmodel.
She recommended opting for a "clutter-free environment" and use "a large mirror to create the illusion of space and bounce light around".
The expert advised people to "upgrade your front door with a fresh coat of paint or stylish new hardware".
Adding "a sleek console table with chic décor like candles or a sculptural vase" can also help level up your entrance way.
Finally, the pro explained that "using a bold but sophisticated rug to create a defined entry space" can make all the difference.
HOTEL-STYLE BEDROOMS
Celebrities such as Olivia Attwood have incorporated fresh crisp bedsheets into their homes to add a luxurious feel.
"There's nothing quite like slipping into crisp, white sheets - especially if you're staying at a luxurious hotel and you know someone else is making the bed the next day," the property pro said.
"Celebrities are well aware that a plush, spa-like bedroom instantly increases a home's appeal.
"It allows potential buyers to want to see themselves relaxing in the space."
She referenced Olivia's soft linens, neutral colour palette, and layered textures, all of which perfect the cosy feel.
"I know I'd love to live there - and so will potential buyers," the expert said.
To achieve this look on a budget, invest in "white or neutral bedding", helping to "create a clean, high-end look".
You can also add an upholstered headboard to create an expensive feel to the space.
"Layer throw pillows and cozy blankets for texture," the pro recommended.
She also suggested using matching bedside lamps to create a "balanced aesthetic".
SCENTED HOME

Scent can be just as important as visuals when staging a desirable home.
"Walking into a viewing and being greeted by the smell of sweaty trainers, or musty pets is bound to get up the noses of potential buyers," the pro explained.
She described a signature scent as a "secret weapon" in creating a luxury home.
"Many celebrities, such as Victoria Beckham, use subtle yet sophisticated fragrances to create an inviting atmosphere throughout their homes," she said.
The professional stager recommended using essential oil diffusers with scents like sandalwood, vanilla, or citrus.
"Place bowls of dried lavender or eucalyptus in key areas," she added.
You can also place scented candles throughout your home.
GOURMET KITCHEN
7
Homeowners should also create a chic minimalist look in their kitchen, according to the expert (stock image)

Your kitchen layout is another key aspect to how your home may be viewed by others.
Ensuring the culinary space is tidy and organised is vital to creating a "chef's paradise".
The property pro commended Meghan Markle's kitchen as "a great example, with stylish open shelving and neatly arranged accessories".
"While you might not have thousands to spend on interior design, there are easy ways to improve or make the best of what you've got," the expert said.
One way is to ensure countertops are clear, with only a "few chic kitchen accessories".
Homeowners can also "arrange fresh fruit in a stylish bowl for a pop of colour" or use "matching storage jars to create a cohesive look" as well as swapping "cabinet handles for a sleek, modern update".
NATURAL LIGHT

Maximising natural light is also a vital step in levelling up the interior of your home (stock image)

Ben and Annie Shepard's home maximises natural light, a step which the stager recommends everyone follow.
"Walking into a dark, dingy home isn't going to create the best first impression," she pointed out.
"Something luxury homes do well is always appearing bright and airy, making spaces feel bigger and more welcoming.
"Natural light enhances a home's appeal by creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, while also showing off architectural details and high-end finishes.
"Buyers are drawn to spaces that feel open and illuminated, as they subconsciously associate brightness with cleanliness and spaciousness."
The property pro recommended swapping out heavier blinds or curtains for sheer or light-coloured ones.
She also suggested placing mirrors strategically to reflect natural light, opening up the space.
"Keep windows spotless to maximise brightness," she said, adding that light-coloured paint helps to make rooms feel larger.
STATEMENT ARTWORK
7
Adding any kind of artwork to your walls creates a 'focal point' in your room (stock image)

The staging expert also said it's "not unusual" to see oversized art pieces in celebrity homes.
These create "an instant focal point" in the room, which helps to elevate the space.
"In terms of styling, large-scale artwork adds a sense of sophistication, drama, and personality to a home," she explained.
Amanda Holden is one of many celebrities to have executed this design technique well.
The property pro recommended "using abstract paintings, bold photography, or custom commissions to reflect style".
If you're on a budget, she suggested "printing high-resolution artwork from free online resources and framing it".
Or you can DIY your own abstract painting using inexpensive canvases and acrylic paints.
Wall decals or removable wallpaper can also help create "an instant focal point" in the home.
INDOOR-OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES

Blending your indoor and outdoor areas is the perfect way to elevate your home (stock image)

The expert referenced Victoria and David Beckham's home for the prime example of this set up.
She described the family's house is a masterclass in the blending of indoor and outdoor spaces.
According to the pro, this feature creates an "airy feel" that's perfect for entertaining.
"Hollywood homes blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living, creating seamless entertaining areas," she said.
"It's something we're seeing creeping into everyone's homes.
"A great example of this is David and Victoria Beckham's Cotswolds estate, which features large glass doors that open up to an expansive outdoor space with a terrace and stunning views, creating a seamless transition from the interior to the garden.
"The design allows for an open, airy feel that's perfect for entertaining guests while enjoying the natural surroundings."
To perfect this feature on a budget, she recommended use string lights and lanterns "to add ambiance to patios or balconies".
You could also "arrange outdoor seating with affordable cushions and throws" alongside potted plants to "make the space inviting".
She also recommended adding an outdoor rug to help "define space".
