But I didn't miss doing yoga for a single day, and it helped me overcome the struggles and anxiety. It would make me feel productive and release endorphins. There were many instances when I felt anxious, but doing some stretches would uplift my mood, sometimes even through tears. I owe a lot of my mental and physical stability to yoga today. 'Yoga is a 360-degree workout' Netri says, 'Today, life is unpredictable, and with the kind of lifestyle and diet we have, we see health scares even at a young age. Everyone should work out in whatever capacity they can. If one gives priority to their fitness for just one year, they will realise how everything changes for them.' She adds, 'Yoga, an Indian practice, is a 360-degree workout. We see people in the west and across the world practising yoga, so why can't we do that too? It relaxes your soul and benefits your mental health.' Netri adds, "Even if we take a break from doing yoga every day, it doesn't adversely affect your body with sudden weight gain, like it happens with gym workouts. It is very helpful for artistes, who have to take breaks often due to shoot schedules. In March this year, I was unwell for a month while I was shooting for two projects. It made me realise that health is everything for us today. I had stopped doing yoga due to my hectic shoot schedules, but I am back to it now. "
