Addison Rae Debuts Armani Beauty Product in a Behind-the-scenes Look at Her ‘Times Like These' Music Video

Yahoo10-06-2025

Addison Rae is an Armani girl.
The 24-year-old pop artist, who released her debut album 'Addison' on Friday, made her love for the luxury beauty brand abundantly clear in the music video for her moody hit, 'Times Like These,' directed by photographer Ethan James Green. In the footage, she's seen dancing across a ferry boat and in a dressing room with pinched, pink cheeks and pouty lips, both painted in the new Armani Luminous Silk Cheek Tint Shine in shade 62S Magnetic Mauve, which launched in May.

Rae paraded the bottle in front of the camera and dotted the pigmented makeup on her face. In a behind-the-scenes look on TikTok, she — again — highlighted the product, adding another layer to her cheeks before flashing a smile in the mirror. 'Can't get enough of @Armani beauty cheek tint shines,' her caption read.
The bright hue on her face was contrasted with a misty shadow on her eyelids and dark brown brows. The shadow was courtesy of Armani's Eye Tint Long-Lasting Liquid Eyeshadow in shade 32S. Meanwhile, her skin was dressed in Armani's Luminous Silk Foundation in shade 5.75 and the Luminous Silk Concealer in shade 5.25 to achieve an even and natural finish.
Makeup artist Jenna Kuchera created Rae's aesthetic for not only her new video, but for 'Headphones On,' too.
Her hair, styled by Lucas Wilson, gets more grandiose as the video goes on, starting with combed beach waves and ending with mile-high, majorly teased extensions à la Tracy Turnblad in 'Hairspray.'
Rae's not-so-subtle Armani advertisement comes at a time when music videos are increasingly being used like product infomercials. On the frontlines of this movement are Sabrina Carpenter and Prada Beauty. Carpenter hard-launched her partnership with the Italian brand in her 'Please, Please, Please' short film last year, revealing Prada's first mascara and the Color Changing Lip Balm in Astral Pink. She was then seen using a Prada Beauty lipstick in 'Taste,' and just recently dropped a major Easter egg for the brand's upcoming product in 'Manchild,' which sees her snacking on a Prada-stamped bag of banana candies.

Armani's global aesthetic shines in bohemian Emporio Armani show, though designer misses Milan bow

MILAN (AP) — Giorgio Armani's admiration for other cultures and global aesthetic was on full display at his latest Emporio Armani show, but the designer himself was notably absent. Armani, 90, skipped the customary bow at the Emporio Armani menswear preview for Spring-Summer 2026 during Milan Fashion Week on Saturday, as he recovers at home. His fashion house confirmed his convalescence in advance but did not provide details about his condition. Despite his absence, Armani was deeply involved in shaping the collection, his fashion house said, working closely with Leo Dell'Orco, his longtime menswear director, who took the final bow. Normally, Armani would have posed with the models at the end of the show — another signature moment missing. Bohemian cool for the world traveler The Emporio Armani collection carried a free-spirited, Bohemian air — a vision for the youthful adventurer who balances comfort with style, ornament with utility. Models sported braids or silver beads in their hair, and layered accessories: beaded necklaces, charms, tassels, and fringes. Jackets ranged from softly tailored with sweeping scarf collars — ideal for wind and sun protection — to intricately detailed styles with feather-light touches or loose weaves. Crafted textures and nomadic vibes Natural fabrics like crepe and linen, often left rough to the touch, contrasted with silky prints inspired by Moroccan mosaics. Trousers varied from gently pleated to dramatically ballooned, paired with long, embroidered tunics. The traveler's ensemble was completed with crossbody bags, tapestry duffels, vintage-style suitcases, woven slippers, and straw hats worn low over the eyes, conjuring the image of a man journeying through sun-soaked lands. A sporty take on desert looks For the EA7 Emporio Armani line — his sporty offshoot — Armani leaned into more technical textiles. A desert-inspired capsule collection played out against a soundtrack of howling wind, echoing the stark and elemental feel of the clothes as the models strode through the showroom, which was decorated with sheer curtains. A tribute to Armani's aesthetic origins The show notes described the collection as 'a moment of introspection and identity. Not to pause in contemplation, but to channel new energy into moving forward, while conscious of one's own origins.' Armani returns to 'shapes and attitudes that have always been present, returning to a founding principle of his aesthetic: A genuine interest in other cultures,'' the notes said. Front-row guests included Olympic champion sprinter Marcell Jacobs, actors André Lamoglia, from the Netflix series 'Elite," and Michael Cooper Jr., currently starring in the Netflix series 'Forever,'' and NBA players Kawhi Leonard of the Los Angeles Clippers and Anthony Black of the Orlando Magic.

Machine Gun Kelly Explains the Meaning of the Unique Name He and Megan Fox Gave Their Baby

THE RUNDOWN On Friday, Machine Gun Kelly made an appearance on Today, where he opened up about raising his daughter with Megan Fox. The musical artist recently shared the baby's name, Saga Blade, and he explained the meaning behind the words for himself and Fox. In his explanation, MGK seemed to refer to Fox's experiencing pregnancy loss, which she was quite open about before and after revealing she was expecting. 'Her journey, the five years of her culmination of coming, disappearing, coming back again, disappearing, coming back again, she's an epic story and that's what Saga means,' said Kelly. 'I'm also of Norwegian heritage and so that's a Nordic goddess of storytelling and I think she has a storytelling future ahead of her. Megan's a great mom and just killing it and I'm so excited.' In a video posted earlier this week, Kelly can be seen rocking Saga's baby chair while serenading her. The infant can't be seen on camera. In the caption, he wrote, 'Saga Blade Fox-Baker ❤️‍🔥 thank you for the ultimate gift @meganfox.' Fox's poetry book, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous, touched on her miscarriages. In 2023, Fox shared in an interview with WWD that she had an ectopic pregnancy while in a relationship with Kelly, saying, 'I've had other things that I'm not going to say because God forbid the world will be in an uproar. But I've been through other similar issues, but not with someone who I was so in love with.' Fox has three other children with ex-husband Brian Austin Green, Noah, Bodhi, and Journey. MGK shares his teen daughter, Casie, with his former partner, Emma Cannon. Fox and Kelly dated for five years and were engaged before splitting late last year, shortly after announcing they were expecting.
