Joe Jonas Shares ‘Music for People Who Believe in Love' Deluxe Edition With New Song

Yahoo27-05-2025

Joe Jonas isn't done believing. The singer has released the deluxe edition of his new solo LP, Music For People Who Still Believe in Love, just days after the original album's release last Friday, May 23. The deluxe edition features a brand new song, 'Water Under the Bridge.'
On the New Wave-inspired track, Jonas croons about a relationship that has run its course over sleek synths. 'I don't wanna wake up, ten years, same bed, tryna make up/ I don't wanna fake it, can't turn back time,' Jonas says, switching vocal styles into a rap-like manner in the verses.

The Music For People Who Still Believe in Love deluxe also includes two live renditions of previously released songs 'Heart By Heart,' 'What Could This Be,' and 'Honey Blonde.' Jonas recored the live versions as part of his Vevo live sessions. The original album was initially slated for release last October, but was held off until May after Jonas wanted to add finishing touches.
'This album has been a long time coming, and it holds a whole lot of my heart,' Jonas wrote on Instagram when the album originally came out. 'It's the most personal music I've ever made, full of the messy, beautiful, confusing, and hopeful parts of love and life,' he wrote in the caption, adding, 'Making this record was a special journey that I feel so lucky to have had.'

Trosmic Sports Announces 'Flux Halo'

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Trosmic Sports today announced conceptual plans for Flux Halo, a next-generation indoor stadium that aspires to redefine live entertainment and sporting experiences in the GCC. Underpinned by USD 1 billion in available Japanese equity, Flux Halo represents a bold step toward creating one of the most technologically advanced and culturally impactful arenas in the world. While the final location remains under consideration within the GCC, Flux Halo is being positioned as a flagship venue to rival global icons such as London's O2 Arena and New York's Madison Square Garden. With a target opening in mid-2030, Flux Halo is designed to accommodate up to 20,000 spectators within a fully configurable bowl, seamlessly shifting between football matches, basketball games, other sporting events, concerts, esports tournaments, and large-scale conventions. The stadium will feature 200,000 m² of column-free interior space, capped by a 75,000 m² retractable tensile roof to allow events to proceed comfortably year-round. Kotetsu Yamamoto, Chief Creative Director on the project, describes Flux Halo's signature Möbius-inspired ribbon form as 'an architectural embodiment of perpetual motion.' Wrapped in a 50,000 m² programmable LED mesh, the exterior will double as a digital canvas for immersive light shows, branding campaigns, and real-time statistics. The architecture of FLUXHALO is inspired by the crown of Athena – the goddess of wisdom and war, and the guardian of heroes across all sports. Kotetsu Yamamoto, Chief Creative Director, Flux Halo 'Flux Halo was never meant to be just a stadium,' said Yamamoto. 'It's a visual statement and a modular system that adapts to the evolving culture around it.' George Kunihiro, Director of Architecture & Planning, adds that 'solar-harvesting LEDs, AI-driven climate control and rainwater-recycling systems will drive net-zero energy operations,' a benchmark few indoor arenas worldwide have achieved. The announcement comes at a time when GCC nations are accelerating their efforts to diversify their economies beyond hydrocarbons, with billions being channelled into tourism, culture, and live entertainment events infrastructure. From Qatar's World Cup-ready venues and Abu Dhabi's Louvre and F1 Circuit to Saudi Arabia's emerging cultural calendar, the region is increasingly positioning itself as a global hub. Yet, few concepts rival Flux Halo in scale, flexibility, or technological ambition. 'This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to help shape the next great venue of our time,' said Vaibhav Sharma, Chairman of Trosmic Sports. 'Flux Halo isn't just about entertainment, it's about regional pride, innovation, and creating something that leaves a legacy.' Equity remains open to both regional and international investors. Ekta Nirmalkar, a Trosmic board director, notes that the venue's diversified revenue streams, from luxury suites and ticketing to retail and naming rights, are projected to generate robust & recurring returns across a 10-year horizon. 'With an anticipated 10 million visitors annually, Flux Halo is engineered for both cultural impact and commercial success,' she said. Ankur Tandon, Board Director with over 15 years of experience in finance with American banks, joins the leadership team with a focus on operational execution. His background in accounting, mergers, and global strategy brings practical oversight to the project's broader ambitions. Rohit Kumar, Director at Trosmic Sports, brings multi-sector leadership experience in institutional capital and cross-border business development. His role will focus on guiding long-term growth strategy for Flux Halo, with an emphasis on sustainable expansion and investor alignment. To build momentum and finalise design elements, Mr. Yamamoto and Mr. Kunihiro will lead a Japanese delegation to the UAE from June 29 to July 7, holding private briefings and exploratory site visits in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Riyadh. With its blend of cutting-edge design, immersive digital architecture, and future-focused financial strategy, Flux Halo is more than a venue. It's a vision of the GCC's next chapter, one built on ambition, innovation, and global resonance.

Joe Jonas Reveals Why the Jonas Brothers' Upcoming Tour Will Be ‘Different' from Their Others (Exclusive)

Joe Jonas told PEOPLE why the Jonas Brothers' upcoming tour will be 'different' from their previous tours He and siblings Nick and Kevin Jonas will kick off the Jonas20: Greetings from Your Hometown Tour on Aug. 10 in New Jersey The tour marks the band's 20th anniversary and is tied to their seventh studio album, Greetings from Your HometownJoe Jonas is teasing something big! The 35-year-old musician told PEOPLE in an exclusive interview that the Jonas Brothers' upcoming tour will deliver something completely "different" for fans than the band's past tours. Joe and siblings Nick Jonas and Kevin Jonas are set to kick off the Jonas20: Greetings from Your Hometown Tour on Aug. 10 at MetLife Stadium in their home state of New Jersey. "I think what fans can expect is that we are going to do what we can to give them the best show they can possibly enjoy every night. Really have a fun time on the road, enjoy the fact that we get to do this after all these years and just try to bring something different," Joe tells PEOPLE of the tour, which celebrates the group's 20th anniversary. The tour, which runs until November, will also be in support of the Jonas Brothers' upcoming seventh studio album, Greetings from Your Hometown, out on Aug. 8. "We did a big tour last year or two years ago, it bled into the last year, but I think what we've really realized is that we wanted to bring a show for the audience that they felt like was something different from what they've experienced before," he continues, noting that the plan was to give fans a chance to offer input. "We're going to build a show with our audience, so we're rehearsing pretty much onstage and playing some of these older songs that we haven't played in so many years and see how they respond and what they want to hear," he explains. As the setlist is still taking shape, Joe — who serves as an ambassador for Scotch & Soda and has a collaboration collection with the fashion brand — says he and his brothers are also still ironing out their onstage wardrobes for a tour that will get underway in the heat of summer. "We're in the middle of figuring out what we're going to wear, but we never really dress according to the weather. The stadiums outside, it's like you don't even... I think it's going to be important because we're going to be sweating through those outfits really fast," Joe tells PEOPLE. "Not much leather — there won't be a lot of leather being worn," he predicts. "I mean, you know, fashion can hurt, but that's one choice that we will avoid." Reflecting on the 20-year milestone, Joe says it's a privilege and a thrill to still be doing what he loves, two decades later. "Twenty years in now, still being able to do what we love for a living and have so many supportive fans and people that show up for these shows and listen to our new music and stuff, it's why it keeps us doing what we do," he explains. "I wake up every morning, [and] I'm ready. I get to do what I love for a living, so I'm happy to keep it going." Kevin, 37, also opened up about the emotional milestone in a separate exclusive interview with PEOPLE in May. Never miss a story — sign up for to stay up-to-date on the best of what PEOPLE has to offer, from celebrity news to compelling human interest stories. 'It's just wild to think that we've been a part of people's lives for this long, but I think what's really cool is that it's still continuing to be new," he said at the time, promising a tour setlist that will mix both oldies and top hits. "We're constantly talking about the setlist, which is always a thing for us,' Kevin noted. 'We've been building out the show conceptually and what we wanted it to feel and look like. It's gonna be really special. You know, it's 20 years of the band, but really it's just about us going back on the road to celebrate how many people have been with us for so long, and the fans that have been made this journey possible.'
