Tammy Hembrow Divorcing Matt Zukowski After 7 Months of Marriage: 'I Blame No One But Myself'
Tammy Hembrow confirmed that she is divorcing Matt Zukowski in a TikTok video on Saturday, June 21
The pair tied the knot in November 2024 after getting engaged a year prior, according to Daily Mail
Love Island Australia star Zukowski, 29, also confirmed their split in a post on his Instagram StoriesTammy Hembrow and Matt Zukowski are going their separate ways after less than a year of marriage.
On Saturday, June 21, the Australian model and fitness influencer, 31, confirmed their split in a TikTok video, speaking candidly about her 'heartbreak' over their decision to divorce.
She and Love Island Australia star Zukowski, 29, got engaged in December 2023 after just three months of dating. They then tied the knot on Nov. 23, 2024, per Daily Mail and the Australian outlet News.com.au.
'This is giving me so much anxiety … I wanted to finally tell you guys that I am going to be getting a divorce,' said Hembrow on TikTok. She then clarified that she didn't want to go into details about the split or 'bring anyone down."
'Did I think this was gonna happen? Did I want this? No. Obviously, when you marry someone, you do it thinking that it's gonna be forever,' she continued tearfully. 'And I blame no one but myself, to be honest."
"I feel like I've made not the best choices when it comes to relationships. And I feel like I'm really good at putting on rose-colored glasses or just getting swept up in it all," she added.
Hembrow previously told Vogue Australia that she and Zukowski had 'an instant connection' after meeting online.
'From the very first conversation, there was something that sparked between us,' she told the outlet. 'We were inseparable from that very first date!'
Hembrow has three children: son Wolf, 10, and daughter Saskia, eight, shared with her ex Reece Hawkins and three–year–old daughter Posy, shared with her former partner Matt Poole.
In Saturday's TikTok video, Hembrow became increasingly emotional as she described the effect of her split from Zukowski on her children as 'the worst part.'
'I don't care about me, like, I know I'll be okay, but I obviously feel awful,' she said. "...Nothing anyone could say could make me feel more s--- than I already do, like more humiliated … At the end of the day, I know this is what needs to happen, there's no other option.'
Hembrow said she is focusing on her kids and 'healing' amid the divorce.
'There's been times where I felt that I've grown so much and then this whole experience has just made me feel like I still have a lot of growing to do a lot of a lot of work to do,' she said. '..There's a lesson and everything and hopefully this time I learn it.'

Zukowski also confirmed the pair's split on his Instagram Stories on Saturday.
'It's with a heavy heart I share that Tammy and I have decided to separate,' the reality star wrote.
'Both of us have struggled with making this decision however, we need to do what is right for ourselves and her three children. This wasn't a decision we took lightly…,' he added.
Representatives for Hembrow and Zukowski did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment on Sunday, June 22.

Gen Z Woman's Bizarre Pregnancy Craving Goes Viral—It's Cereal With a Twist
Based on facts, either observed and verified firsthand by the reporter, or reported and verified from knowledgeable sources. Newsweek AI is in beta. Translations may contain inaccuracies—please refer to the original content. A Gen Z mom to be is raising eyebrows online after sharing her latest pregnancy craving. London-based Lidia Mera (@lidiavmera) told TikTok viewers that it was the time of day where she needed her "current hyper fixation" snack now that she's in her third trimester. "It's a little bit... I wouldn't say weird, but let's just say interesting," Mera said in her clip. The 24-year-old then prepares a bowl of chocolate hazelnut cereal complete with milk and ice cubes and an unexpectedly generous splash of soy sauce. Mera told Newsweek that her pregnancy craving is a sweet and salty snack that "somehow" works perfectly. "The perfect fusion between refreshing ice cold milk, chocolate filled crunchy cereal for the sweetness and then finishing it off with soy sauce to add that salty element into it—the perfect combo," she said. As someone who's always had a sweet tooth, Mera explained that she's started to also crave salty foods since becoming pregnant. "I tried to find a way to incorporate that salty element into a snack I regularly have: a bowl of cereal, and soy sauce just sounded like the perfect solution," she told Newsweek. "The ice cubes came in to make the milk even colder because when you're pregnant anything ice cold is just immediately 10 times better." Mera's clip has been viewed over 228,000 times and asked TikTok users to "rate" her pregnancy craving in the comments. "Sweet and salty is a foolproof combo so I'm not entirely surprised that this works but damn that soy sauce came out of nowhere," one user wrote. "I have soy sauce on basically everything so I get it," another user added. "Soy sauce and milk? Hell nah," a third wrote. Dr. Shyamala Vishnumohan, an accredited practicing dietitian with a special interest in fertility and pregnancy nutrition, told Newsweek that there's a reason behind pregnancy cravings. "I've seen women crave everything from raw mango with salt to tamarind, amla or even green chilli," she said. "From a scientific standpoint, they're partly driven by hormonal shifts and partly by nutrient needs." Vishnumohan also pointed to research that shows up to 90 percent of women experience cravings during pregnancy, with most occurring during the first and second trimesters. "I also believe pregnant mothers carry this intuitive body wisdom—gently nudging them toward what they need," she said. "It's a beautiful mystery." As for other cravings, Mera said she's been all about "red meat, fries, ice cream—and even better when you pair it or dip it in soy sauce." The expectant mom told Newsweek her pregnancy craving elicited a mix of opinions. "Some people saying it's absolutely horrifying and some people agreeing that this could actually be a good combo, but not sure if anyone is actually keen enough to give it a go," she said.

E.l.f's Lash Xtndr Tubing Mascara, a GODSEND for anyone with thin or fragile lashes. This uses lightweight ~tubing~ technology to wrap around lashes and give them a natural-looking, smudge-proof extension so good it almost looks fake. A wildly popular hummingbird projection lantern to make your porch or backyard feel like you're stepping out of the real world and into a whimsical fairy tale. Medicube's "Zero Pore" Pads, which are dual-textured toner pads made with lactic and salicylic acid to exfoliate and refine your pores. The excess sebum in your face just met its worst enemy in this cult-fave Korean skincare product. 😈 E.l.f.'s Holy Hydration! Thirst Burst Drops, another home run from the brand's moisturizing "Holy Hydration" line that reviewers are comparing to the $35 Watermelon Dew Drops from Glow Recipe. A set of golden tennis bracelets giving ~quiet luxury~ vibes at "I want to pay rent this month" prices. Reviewers especially love these mix-and-match sets because they look like expensive versions from iconic brands! A set of ridiculously realistic-looking faux fern plants for some instant serotonin in your backyard or living space. Plant parenthood is nice, but faux plant parenthood is every bit as chic and a whoooole lot less of a time commitment. 💅 Anua Heartleaf 77 Soothing Toner reviewers going for the "glass skin" look swear by — this underrated but impactful toner helps calm and refresh your complexion by balancing your skin's pH level and helping it better absorb all your lovely skincare products, no matter how hard the sun is trying to dry you out. A pair of cheerful, super lightweight boxer-style shorts so comfy and adorable that you are about to put all other styles on notice for the rest of the year — especially since these are a MUCH cheaper alternative to the $98 Reformation version.

Nightlife-hating Gen Z now planning morning raves with espresso shots — and no tequila
From the moment you turn 18, your one desire is supposed to be going out and partying. Getting ready to go out with your friends, spending a day's wages on vodka, lemon, lime and bitters, and dancing to your heart's content until it's time to get the last train home is a fond – if distorted – memory for those who've left that phase of their lives in the past. But, it seems Gen Z-ers have entered their 'grandma' phase a little early, swapping late nights for early mornings and alcohol for coffee in a shocking twist that's left millennials calling them (i.e. us) boring. Morning raves, it's a thing! If you haven't seen the reports of a decline in alcohol consumption among Gen Z-ers, you may have noticed an increase in non-alcoholic drinks at your local bottlo or pub. Gen Z is now hosting raves in the early hours of the morning. TikTok/@nikitadunne6 There's also been a steady decrease in the number of music festivals happening, with some of the most iconic events, like Splendour in the Grass, Groovin the Moo and Spilt Milk cancelling in recent years due to low ticket sales, or an inability to score those big acts on an already stretched budget. Blame it on the pandemic or the cost of living crisis. Regardless, it's become very clear – Gen Z just doesn't want to party. Well, unless it's in the morning, apparently. The popularity of morning raves is officially on the rise – fueled by coffee and matcha instead of Cruisers and tequila shots. Morning raves are pretty much exactly what you're probably picturing them to be. You can go and get your morning coffee, except there will also be a DJ. Think, a louder and, in my opinion, way more fun, version of the morning run club or swim at the beach that every Sydneysider seems to be into these days. These morning raves are being held all over the world, and are now taking Australia by storm. Caffeine Club is one company running morning raves across Queensland, with events starting from 7am. Mix and Matcha is another group holding events out of cafes in Melbourne. Is it cool, or a total snoozefest? All the fun without the hangover sounds like a solid day out to me. And, it seems young people agree, with events selling out and garnering rave reviews. 'Hahah this is iconicccc!!' said one commenter on TikTok. 'Like having your morning dance party with a bunch of other crazy humans. Keep it uppp guys!' 'Hahah this is iconicccc!!' said one commenter on TikTok. TikTok/@nikitadunne6 'This is sick!!!!' said another. 'This is my kind of club!' a third agreed. But, it's clear not everyone agrees. One Caffeine Club video went viral earlier this year, and garnered a few millennial hate comments. 'And the crowd goes mild,' one person said. 'Nice, but this is not a rave,' said another.
