One of Kim Soo-hyun's luxury apartments worth three billion won (S$2.8 million) has been seized.
According to South Korean reports, the medical aesthetic device brand Classys, which previously signed Soo-hyun as their brand model, filed for the provisional seizure over an unpaid penalty fee due to a breach of contract, which the Seoul Eastern District Court approved recently.
The company had ended their contract with the 37-year-old after his explosive scandal where he was accused of dating the late actress Kim Sae-ron when she was underaged. She died from suicide in February this year.
Soo-hyun has denied the allegations, claiming they started seeing each other when she was 19 years old.
He owns three Galleria Foret apartments, which he bought in 2013 and 2014. His lawyers reportedly confirmed one of his units had been seized.

Man who allegedly slashed another man in Woodlands found dead at foot of HDB block, Singapore News
A man was found lying motionless at the foot of a Woodlands HDB block, days after he allegedly slashed another last Saturday (June 21). Based on preliminary investigations, no foul play is suspected, the police said. Responding to queries from AsiaOne, the police said they received a call for assistance at Block 684A Woodlands Drive 73 at around 7.40pm, where a 33-year-old man allegedly injured the 31-year-old man with a knife and fled from the scene. When reporters from Shin Min Daily News arrived, the police had cordoned off a large area and a blue tent had been set up beside the mailboxes at the foot of the block — believed to be covering the body, the Chinese publication reported. A knife was also found lying in a grass patch not far from where the body lay, with no visible traces of blood. A resident reportedly told Shin Min that she heard a loud "thud", and minutes later, the police and an ambulance arrived. "I heard from neighbours that a man had apparently fallen from the building, and soon after, the police cordoned off the area," she said. Residents claimed that a quarrel had likely taken place in the unit before a man fell from the building. The unit was occupied by a mother and son, and a man was often seen coming in and out of the flat. According to Shin Min, the deceased was reportedly not staying in the unit, and is believed to have been involved in a suspected love dispute with the younger 31-year-old man, which eventually led to the incident. The younger man was later taken conscious to Woodlands Health Campus. Police investigations are ongoing. Suga is last member of K-pop mega-band BTS to finish military service SEOUL - Suga, a member of the K-pop mega-band BTS, officially completed his mandatory military service on June 21, marking the full return of all seven members of the global supergroup from duty. South Korea's most lucrative musical act have been on a self-described 'hiatus' since 2022. The members undertook the mandatory service required of all South Korean men under 30 due to tensions with the nuclear-armed North. Suga, 32, was the last to complete his service, ahead of the group's widely anticipated return to activities as a full unit. His final day concluded at 11.59.59pm local time (10.59.59pm Singapore time), according to the band's agency Hybe and South Korea's Military Manpower Administration. The rapper, who served as a social service agent - an alternative form of military duty - effectively completed his service on June 18 after using up his remaining leave, according to his label. 'Above all else, I wanted to.... sincerely thank our fans who waited for me all this time,' Suga told the group's fans - collectively known as Army - on the platform Weverse. 'I've missed you so much.'
