Tulisa has undergone a huge day of treatments that left her face raw and bloodied.
The singer, rapper and TV star first rose to fame as part of the R&B/hip hop group N-Dubz with her cousin Dappy and friend Fazer, with the trio having four platinum-certified albums and a string of awards.
Then, for a year from 2011, she was a judge on the talent show The X Factor UK, and last year appeared on I'm a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!.
In recent years Tulisa has been open about cosmetic procedures she's undergone, with the 36-year-old this week offering fans an update as she had back-to-back beauty treatments.
'So guys today I am in London having a beauty day. How many treatments can you get back to back?' she said in a video that showed her laying down on a bed.
'I am starting off with my number one favourite which is SkinCan, a muscle lifting treatment that gives you a snatched look on the face and is great if you don't use filler,' she said.
She went on to explain that white paste seen on her face was numbing cream as she was also going to have some skin needling done.
'Get ready for a day of beauty guys! I'm going to take you on the journey' she concluded the first post.
After sharing a video of her getting skin needling to 'help produce collagen' she sat in her car and explained that while her face was red, it would 'go down in a few days'.
'The nose looks extra sore because it's so close to the bone. But no pain, no gain!,' she added.
Next, she endured the Collagen Wave with radiofrequency technology, which uses heat to stimulate fibroblasts – the cells responsible for generating collagen and elastin – that creates a natural lift and tightening effect, smoothing out fine lines and plumping the skin.
However, she then skipped her usual microneedling due to time constraints.
After filming herself having a full body massage and reflexology, Tulisa then underwent Emface, a needle-free alternative to injectables that combines radiofrequency with HIFES (high-intensity facial electrical stimulation) to tone underlying muscles.
Showing sticky pads attached to her cheeks and forehead, Tulisa captioned the video: 'On to the emface.'
She then travelled to another clinic for the thermavein treatment for her thread veins, sharing a video of herself wincing in pain while receiving zaps to her cheeks.
Tulisa then went on to have Ethra laser for redness and collagen production, with the video showing her wearing a pair of black goggles to protect her eyes.
By the end of the day, she shared a final video with her followers, saying: 'And that is my beauty day in a nutshell.'
'It will take a few days to heal but I should be ready to rumble by the weekend. Back to Manchester!'
Last year Tulisa spoke about having fillers in the wake of a health diagnosis. More Trending
Speaking on Olivia Attwood's podcast So Wrong It's Right, Tulisa explained how she had her first Bell's palsy attack when she was 24 years old, and she had a 'massive burst of inflammation' on her cheek, which she said was like having an 'abcess'.
Although she was given antibiotics by her doctor and the swelling went down, then her 'whole face just dropped'.
After her face remained in that state for seven months, and so she decided to have fillers to try and 'balance out the symmetry'.

Sunday Brunch viewers welcome Tim Lovejoy's replacement's 'feminine energy'

To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video Tim Lovejoy has stepped down from hosting Sunday Brunch after 13 years and fans are already loving his replacement. The 57-year-old presenter announced he would be taking a break from the Sunday food and talk show, which he has starred on since 2012. Long-time co-host Simon Rimmer will instead be joined by a fresh-faced TV star who is already being praised for bringing some 'feminine energy'. Reality TV icon, radio presenter and beloved Geordie Shore legend, Vicky Pattison, is taking on the job. She rocked a slicked-back ponytail and a yellow button-up dress for her first day as official co-host, beaming as she stepped up to the challenge. After dancing during the intro, Vicky, 37, declared she was so excited to be hosting, she was 'buzzing like an old fridge'. 'I HAVE SOME EXCITING NEWS!!!!' wrote Vicky on Instagram when she announced the news, days before her debut. She continued: 'As a long time friend of @sundaybrunchc4 it is an absolute HONOUR to be wearing a slightly different hat this week! I will be joining my good pal @rimmersimon as his cohost while the lovely @timlovejoy_official has a very well deserved break!!! 🩷😍 'I am buzzing like an old fridge to chat to all of our gorgeous guests, eat some delicious food and hopefully give anyone watching and nursing a hangover a bit of light comedy reprieve 😂 'See you bright and early Sunday my loves… and wish me luck 💜🥹.' Along with the message, Vicky shared snaps of herself on the Channel 4 show over the years plus some backstage memories. Her news was met with overwhelming positivity from fans and famous friends, as Chloe Burrows commented applause and heart emojis. 'Omg I'm SO excited for this girl 😍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻amazing news,' said internet star Charley Marlowe as Myleene Klass sent applause emojis. 'Absolutely brilliant Vicky well done!!!! 👏❤️🙌,' wrote Celebs Go Dating expert Anna Williamson. Steph McGovern added: 'Congratulations! You're gonna have a right laugh with our Rimmer! 😍😍.' Over on X, her first appearance gained a fair amount of praise with SpiritWalkTalk saying: 'Joke about Vicki all you want, but its good to have some feminine energy co-presenting and female POV on the sofa while chatting with the guests.' TashaConnor shared: 'Haters going to hate but I am loving @VickyPattison on Sunday Brunch! Such a breath of fresh wine!' More Trending Sullivan11 said: 'It's great to see @VickyPattison hosting the show today, she's amazing, hopefully she'll be on again.' There were some who weren't so pleased, with some asking if she was 'drunk' after a glass of wine and complaining they 'can't understand' her accent. Many complaints came from those upset that Rosie Jones was also on the show, which the comedian has regularly responded to. Last year, when she was announced for Taskmaster, Rosie's not-so-subtle reply was simply to stick up her middle finger to the haters. Got a story? Vicky Pattison says 'I'm not proud of it' as she opens up on 'turning point'

Vicky Pattison has been open about her battle with vaping - admitting that she had been trying to quit the habit but 'it all unravelled' after she had a tough week Vicky Pattison, the ex-Geordie Shore star turned podcaster, has candidly shared an update on her struggle with vaping with her fans. On her Get A Grip podcast, the former queen of the jungle confessed to co-host Angela Scanlon that she's picked up the e-cigarette habit again. She explained: "Giving up things is really hard. I can't remember the specific turning point. Last week... it's always emotions with me. Like, I know I'm doing that... I'm craving relaxation. ‌ "In a world where I can't cultivate it naturally because my schedule's a bit unrelenting, I'm doing it synthetically. I think I will give it up at some point, I am really trying." ‌ She admitted to a setback in her efforts: "I was about five, six days in, but then it all unravelled. So I'm back vaping. I'm not proud of it, but it's who I am. I am a vapist!" At 37, Vicky isn't alone in her vaping woes; other celebs like Good Morning Britain's Kate Garraway and musician Matt Willis have also opened up about their own struggles last year, according to Chronicle Live. Garraway revealed her own vaping journey, stating she had stopped before her stint on I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! — only to find herself hooked once more. On Good Morning Britain, she shared: "The last thing I want to do is in any way sanction [vaping], because I don't now. But my experience was, after Billy was born, I did smoke before and I was craving going back to smoking [but] didn't want to. "I thought it was amazing, because it didn't smell, at that point you could do it anywhere, it must have been like smoking in the 70s — you didn't have to stand outside. Everybody said it was better for you, and I did feel much better. I got the nicotine hit." However, after her stint in the jungle, she confessed that she fell back into vaping — a habit reignited by a segment on Good Morning Britain. ‌ Kate said: "I think we had some props in here or something ridiculous, and I picked it up and I was instantly addicted — like, beyond anything! I couldn't believe it, and it made me realise how particularly those disposable ones are so addictive." In a similar struggle, Matt Willis opened up about his own issues with vaping during an appearance on the On The Mend podcast, where he recounted a telling-off he received from a pal during a round of golf for being covert about his habit — notably from his wife, Emma. Matt detailed the encounter, saying: "I try to live a very honest life. For instance, I was recently playing golf with a mate of mine, and he's in recovery, and I was vaping on the golf course, and he was like: 'Does your wife know you do that?'" ‌ He shared his response: "I was like, 'No, I only do it when I'm at golf and I do it when I'm with the band, so I don't do it at home or around the family.' So he was like, 'You lie about it.' I was like, 'I don't lie about it, I just don't talk about it.' He was like, 'So you're holding something from people, you're keeping a secret.'" Matt candidly opened up about his vaping habit, confessing that he'd often sneak in puffs both during the day and at peculiar hours of the night. He detailed: "Before I knew it, I was doing three to four a day of these disposable vapes. I was even doing it on stage. I was walking to the back of the stage and vaping, thinking no one could see me." He added: "I'd wake up in the middle of the night and go for a wee and vape in the toilet in my hotel room on my own and then go try and get back to sleep." Remember to tune into Channel 4's Sunday Brunch featuring Vicky Pattison, which kicks off at 10am today (June 22).

Months after teasing fans by wearing a ring on her engagement finger, she confirmed in an interview with British Vogue that she and Callum, 35, are set to tie the knot. More Trending 'Yeah, we're engaged,' last year's Glastonbury headliner cooly shared. 'It's very exciting. This decision to grow old together, to see a life and just, I don't know, be best friends forever – it's a really special feeling.' Dua revealed that Callum popped the question with a custom-made ring, which he had consulted with her sister Rina over. 'I'm obsessed with it,' she continued. 'It's so me. It's nice to know the person that you're going to spend the rest of your life with knows you very well.' The happy couple began dating in January 2024 and made their relationship Instagram official in July. Got a story?
