
'P77' starring Barbie Forteza releases official poster
"P77" has released its official movie poster!
GMA Pictures uploaded the poster of the upcoming horror film on social media Monday.
The poster features lead actress Barbie Forteza inside an elevator with a different reflection of herself mirrored back at her.
"THE WORST NIGHTMARES HAPPEN WIDE AWAKE," GMA Pictures wrote in the caption.
In "P77," which stands for Penthouse 77, Barbie stars as Luna Caceres, a young woman who takes on a cleaning job inside a mysterious penthouse. Adding to the mystery of the film is Luna's mother, Natalia, who has gone missing.
The film will also star Euwenn Mikaell, Gina Pareño, and Jackie Lou Blanco.
It is directed by Derick Cabrido, the filmmaker behind Metro Manila Film Festival 2023 entry "Mallari," and written by Enrico Santos, based on an original concept by Anj Atienza and Xtian Julao. It is produced by GMA Pictures, GMA Public Affairs, and Clever Minds Inc.
"P77" will be distributed by Warner Bros. Philippines.
The film will premiere in cinemas on July 30.

"Green Bones" has become the no. 1 movie on Netflix Philippines, a day after it premiered on the streaming platform. Ruru Madrid expressed gratitude and pride anew after 'Green Bones' premiered on Netflix this week. The Kapuso Primetime Action Hero and 'Lolong' star took to Instagram to announce the film's availability on the streaming platform, and said it's a film "na habang-buhay kong ipagpapasalamat—at ipagmamalaki ko kahit kanino.' 'Beauty Empire' to premiere in GMA Network on July 7
"Beauty Empire," the upcoming murder-mystery series starring Barbie Forteza and Kyline Alcantara will have its primetime debut next month! In a recent media conference, the series announced that they will be premiering in GMA Network on July 7 at 9:35 p.m. Produced by GMA Public Affairs and based on an original concept by CreaZion Studios, "Beauty Empire" dives deep into the intense rivalries and high-stakes drama among powerful women as they navigate the beauty industry driven by ambition, revenge, and power. The story will follow the life of Noreen (Barbie), a rags-to-riches beauty entrepreneur who is out to tear down the empire that her enemies have built. She goes head-to-head against Shari De Jesus (Kyline), a crass but social media-famous beauty CEO who is mentored by Velma Imperial (Ruffa Gutierrez), Noreen's idol and a powerful industry veteran whose ties to her go beyond business.
